My mom bought a round bale for $149.00 brought it home, upon taking it off of the truck, our horses will NOT eat it because it smells moldy. I called to see if we could get a refund OR a replacement and they told me we had to bring it back to them to look at it. We live less than a mile from their store, but do not have the equipment to load it on our truck. I asked if they could come by and look at it. The answer was no, I HAD TO BRING IT BACK. We have never had this problem with the other company in town. The other company also delivers, same day and stands by their product. The ONLY reason we didn't use them this time, is because they were out of round bales. I do not recommend Evant Feed & Fertilizer if you want quality product for a fair price... along with excellent customer service. Until this is resolved, I stand by my review!
