This store is almost beyond help. It is in such a disarray that you can not find what you need and if you do you can't get to it. We left store without purchasing anything.The Manager of this store needs to send a SOS out to other stores to get assist with stocking and organizing. All Dollar Generals need to work together as a team . This is what we did in the olden days.

They're usually out of a lot or low stock. I recently heard one of the cashiers talking badly about a customer to the manager when she didn't realize I was in the next aisle. Which isn't uncommon at all, but it surprised me because the customer hadn't done anything to really talk about. I've also had trouble using my digital coupons there a few times.

This store might have really bad reviews on being disorganized but maybe the people complaining should apply First of all when no one wants to work and there is no time to stock the shelves because there is only two people willing to work be patient.The two times in the last week I have been in there the people running the cash register were so pleasant and that is so nice to see now days because people have lost their minds and very few are nice..Thank you to the nice guy that was working the register last week and today it was a sweet girl name Sherry.

To the gentleman working 2/28 at 8pm, best customer service and super sweet. He didn’t have to purchase an item for the customer but did anyways because her card declined.

I live with in 6 miles of this store and usually go there for convenience , but store is always messy and always cluttered with dolly's that seem to never get stocked to the shelf. Cashiers very friendly, but management is not. Saw what I needed on a dolly . When I went to dig it out she said you cant do that. This store needs a definite overhaul and a attitude adjustment with their management and or their district manager? Note I'll drive an extra 6 miles to Athens for a cleaner and fully stocked store if time allows

This place was a big wreck! Customers had things thrown down in the floor & employees had big piles of stock in most of the aisles blocking things we wanted to buy. Usually we love it here but was too close to Christmas I guess. They do have good prices.

Although I categorize Dollar General as a necessary evil, just barely ahead of Walmart; this trip was pretty good. I did NOT have to wait in line to pay behind 10 other people, and I was able to maneuver through the store without having to remove roadblocks at every aisle (usually items that need to be stocked on shelves). I found what I needed to get, and spent less money than I expected to pay. All in all, thumbs up this trip!

They have lots of things you need but store needs enlarging and up dating like Canton Dollar General which is extremely nice. I think the people of Eustace deserve the same care. The employees in Eustace are very nice and helpful. The outside grounds are well taken care of each time I vist.

I only go to the store in Eustace, when I absolutely have to and because there is no where else to shop in town. The front doors of the store are filthy and have old bits of tape all over them. The store is often very messy and cluttered. The 1 good thing is that the staff are friendly and courteous.

I quit going to Eustace dollar general months ago cause it is always messy isles are blocked with products on carts that needs to be put out but left for days on the carts. But the main reason I quit going is due to them not having buggys readily available they are always in the parking lot never any inside the store, I have breathing problems & it’s hard for me to go get a buggy from out in the parking lot then fight with it getting in the door. I will drive to the next town over instead of going to this store.

Needed a doormat to put in front of my tent while camping at Purtis Creek State Park. Found one for $2.50. Large clean store. Even gave me directions to get firewood. Very helpful staff.

I wish I had taken photos, this place was a disaster. I've seen some bad DG's before but this was the worse! And the fridges were definitely above required temperature. #oddestDGever

Small bargain store adequately fit for small town patrons. Ideal for daily swift shopping, as well as a physical training obstical course for evening shopping. Not recommended for those who experience claustrophobia. The already petite store might seem to shrink as to a vacuum seal. A snug interior makes for a tight squeeze between an obstruction of roller racks and the dicenteric items that are strown about in plastic bins, of which the shoppers may consider to purchase after successfully completing the course. This store will test your patients, the people may try you temper however they mean well all in fun.

Dollar generals are good places to shop. But this specific day it was saturday all dollar general global computer systems where down. Employees wasnt so friendly at gun barrel store about issue. They usually friendly.

Really great place to find the small staples you need. Milk, cereal, coffee and bread. Just wish they had more staff. It's obvious that need more people.

Kind of crowed but only store other than service stations to purchase anything.town would be lost without it. No prodice but frozen foods Dairy products canned goods and general grocery needs Clothes shoes etc.a big variety of stuff for such a small store. People who live there would have to go to Mabank Gun Barrell City or Athens to get something they forgot or ran out of if not for Dollar General

Needed $5 to drive through the Christmas light show. I asked if they did cash back (knowing they do), the cashier said "Not tonight we don't". Ok then I don't purchase anything there tonight then..
