Couldn't find the dog food I was looking for so I waited in line for TWO exchanges to occur only to find out this particular dog food is located with the CAT FOOD! After the food I get in line and wait for ANOTHER exchange. The representative was helpful but I could see and hear it in their voice (the overpaid executives made this STUPID decision).

Took my dog in for grooming. The lady at the front desk took my immunization records and asked the groomer if the date had been changed. The groomer verified the documents information. She then said she was going to change my dog breed in the system because she looked like something else. When I came to pick my dog up with my daughter she said one of you can go pay while the other waits for me to bring the dog out. Rude! I don’t need to give fake immunization documents and I didn’t go pay before getting my dog from the back of the store. Dare I say I was stereotyped. Smh. The groomer did a great job but I will never go to this location again.

The last 2 years it's been good until lately the aquariums are in bad conditions. Very dirty filthy water and some fish are dead. I hope something is done asap. It's the majority that need deep cleaning or maybe equipment need to be replaced, not too sure.4 months later, after last review in May. Now today is September 7, 2023 and went by to hopefully purchase a fish and tanks were just as bad as last time but worse of the amount of dead fish... one tank had about 6 dead fish and others has at least one. This is my local Petsmart and I have to travel to Roanoke to buy from there

Do not waste your time making an appointment here. The last 2 times I have had appointments, they have canceled them same day because of employees calling in. Two different groomers.. They are also always!!!! Out of crickets so much so that they got rid of their cricket guarantee!! switching to petco for all my pet needs now.

Called to get information on a prescription for my dog and the person who answered didn't give her name just stated Petsmart. Then i proceeded to ask the question she said she couldn't look it up because they are short handed and she is on the register. I could have waited until she was free but she didn't even offer. It really sucks calling a pet place to ask a question and the person who answers is so unwilling to help. I called about a medication and she gave me a list of dog food i hung up in her face. Just don't answer the phone atp.

I am very disappointed with the help I received. I placed a pickup order on 11/12, 2 hours before closing. on my email it said it should not take more than 2 hours to complete my order. I headed my way into the store 1 hour before closing just to check if it was ready. Instead of getting the help I needed she gave me her attitude and told me I was being impatient when all I was doing was checking. Furthermore, she told me to come back 11/13 at 9am to pick it up with an email confirmation. The confirmation email didn't go through until 10:30am. When I arrived, they only gave me 3 items and 1 out of 14 toppers I had asked for. Not only that but the section for pickup was a complete disaster she herself, couldn't find other people’s orders when they would come and pick up. Lastly, to put the cherry on top, I decided to go and look for the items that were allegedly not available. I found every single item that was on my pickup order after the manager said they were out of stock. I had to pay double and now I have to wait for my refund. Not sure what's going on with the management, but they sure do have a mess everywhere. Hopefully she processed my refund right at least...

The online pickup service is terrible with this store and the Lake Worth location. I don’t mind going into the store even tho the food should be brought out to my car. But to have to wait in line inside the store defeats the purpose of me ordering online. Please hire more people!

Austyn is terrific! I needed to get a lion cut for my Siberian who is shedding his winter coat. He has matted fur on his chest and legs from licking, poop keeps sticking to his back leg fur, and fur all over the house, but now all problems are solved and he looks great! So glad I did it and Austyn was very good with him. His brother is a little confused with the haircut, but he is next!

Ever since we rescued our dog, Ranger, we have been bringing him to this PetSmart for his pet supplies and grooming. Ms. Devin has always done an amazing job with him and ensures that he looks top-notch! She is very professional and especially sweet with our fur baby.

Wow, first hair cut for my 10 year old mixed Terrier. My dog came out looking absolutely great. Cant believe the awesome haircut by Austyn. My boy will be going back for sure in the future. great job Petsmart!!!!

I shop at Petsmart a great deal and today I had the worst experience that I have ever had at a Petsmart. Myself and an employee rummaged through a bin of life jackets that were on sale. They were all marked $14.95… I have a bulldog, so it took a minute to find the proper size. She helped me and then went and told the front. When I got up to the register the lady is like oh some of these are not marked right. I said well in the bin, it said $14.97 for all not jist some, which is why I spent 20 minutes looking for the proper size for my bulldog. She calls over a manager who then goes and looks but never comes back. He says no it’s 2495 and nowhere was it marked. This particular life jacket that I was buying was the only one in that size, had no tags on it… None. So I know it was a return anyway. They were lacking in the most important thing that a person needs that is going to be dealing with the public and it’s called customer service. I will never come back to the store and I don’t recommend anybody come and shop at this Petsmart , drive an extra five or 10 miles to a different store, if at all!

Feels a bit cramped when walking in, but the associates are friendly, and willing to help. My only complaint is that they don't have a place for carts in the parking lot. It can be very difficult to get what I need when traveling with 2 kids and a dog becauseof it. I would have to leave my kids and the dog in the car just to return the cart, and during the summer, that can be dangerous sometimes.

I came to this PetSmart this morning to bring my Ollie to be groomed for his first time. We love him so much and really care about him so I was very nervous because I know he can be a little shy and timid in new situations. I was completely blown away by the amazing customer service in the grooming department. We were greeted by a really sweet woman who explained what to expect on our first time having Ollie groomed (I forgot her name but she was very nice). Both her and Amanda got to know Ollie for a few minutes and handled him with so much care. Amanda was the groomer and she called several times to give updates to us and asked us specific questions on what we wanted his haircut to look like. She was SOOOO helpful and kind and informative. When we picked him up I literally almost screamed when I saw him his haircut was IMMACULATE and even better than I expected. She brushed his teeth free of charge this time (which I appreciate his breath rly smells sometimes), trimmed his nails, gave him a full haircut, and a bath. All of this was only 68 dollars which is definitely worth it and she deserved the MORE THAN 20 percent tip she received. We will be coming back for a very long time and y’all have gained some long term customers. Excellent work ladies in the grooming department and THANK YOU AMANDA :))))
