Rave: we went to tractor supply in Mineola to get propane gas. We showed up about 5:30 only to discover the propane station had just closed. We got ready to leave but a lovely lady came up to us and said she'd be happy to help. After talking with her we discovered she was on her way home but saw us from the road and turned around. That's going above and beyond customer service!!! They have a new customer for life! Tractor supply, you have a fantastic employ!!!

This is an excellent location with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Jeff has helped us with a couple projects, he even remembered what part we needed and contacted me when it came in, thanks for going above and beyond.The store is always clean and orderly, good selection of work clothes and boots. it's a pleasant shopping experience every time.

Overall I am happy with TSC, but some locations have more inventory than others. Some run out of what I need, so I have found that it's best to go to one of the larger locations to be sure I can get what I need.

The store was clean and I got help finding what I needed, the Mineola store isn't my normal store. I had to return an item and my local Gilmer store was out of stock so they called other stores as far as Carthage for me and came with a list of stores and how many of the items I was exchanging were there and what to say if I called to make sure myself if they have the item I was returning. Both Gilmer and Mineola are good stores in my opinion to shop. Friendly staff, clean environment, just all around good place

Extremely disappointed. They told me over the phone they would price match an item that I had a receipt for. When I got there the manager told me she could not. Drove 2 hours to get the item…….

On our journey we had a blow out on our trailer. Although we didn't find the right rim for our trailer the customer service here was unbeatable! Absolutely thankful for the nice manager and the check out lady. They were both so kind in our horrible moment. Because of them we decided we love Mineola...thankful for nice people.

Lines moved slowly but excellent help with buying a gift card. The dog and goat treats I buy are often out of stock at this location. Also the goat sweet feed and alfalfa pellets. Need to call first as I travel a ways to get here.

Place place to go for animals in wood county hands down!!! Love taking my dog in with me during Christmas and letting him pick out his own toy. The employees are so helpful finding something and are like family.

Tractor Supply in Mineola has friendly and helpful staff. I’ve never had a problem with anything I’ve bought and they often have good sales on stuff I’d love me to have. The location is also easy to get in and out and the parking lot is nice sized.

We shop for just about everything here. From tools to pet food they have just about everything. Its convenient to run in and grab what you need. I may spend a little more money here versus other stores but its worth it if you don't want to stand in line for a long time.

Tried to buy a garden cart from this company, was supposed to pick it up at the Mineola TX store. Turns out they didn’t have it at this store so they canceled my order. They would have been glad to order one, for $100 shipping. Who in their right mind would pay that kind of money for shipping a $200 cart that offered free pickup in the store? Lowe’s had a nice cart that works just fine. This after I bought a $3,300 lawnmower from this store.

This is one of the nicest tractor supplies I've been in. Most of the staff have actual animal and farming experience. There isn't a huge selection of feed here, but it is a nice clean friendly little store.

This is the first time I've gone to Tractor Supply and was not happy. Almost makes me not want to go back. There was so much stuff in the isles I ended up going backwards down isles I had gone down because of being blocked. Things were very hard to get to and the isles seemed to be closer together to accommodate more merchandise.

Mainly it seems like the staff does not want to greet you at the door or even talk to you in the store. I don't know what's going on usually management has something to do with stuff like that.
