I appreciate not having to leave my dogs all day long in a cage at the groomer... Lori sets appts where your dog has all her attention when they're being groomed. She's a no nonsense/no drama professional and I am so pleased with her work.

My dogs hated going to the groomer until I started using Pet Dynasty. Lori is amazing! They always look wonderful when she has groomed them and they LOVE her. Makes me feel good to know my dogs are in great hands.

Took both of my dogs to Lori at Pet Dynasty yesterday and she did an incredible job! She even made little monogrammed bandanas for both of them with their names on them! She did an excellent job on both of them and her prices are very reasonable. We will definitely be returning and recommending her to friends!

Lori is the only groomer in Wood County that takes continuing education. Know your groomer! Cowboy has declined going back to several groomers for his bath. He doesn't especially like going for his bath but he isn't afraid like he used to be. We have been going to Pet Dynasty for a couple years even though it's not the closest for us.

I love her work!! She was busy but peas able to take my dog. She did a great job! Very please and I will take my dog back. She's very sweet. She even made a hanky for my dog. What a nice touch!

Trying to find a groomer for yorkie we rescued... we found this groomer tried her out, and she was fantastic. Our little guy looks great and of course made another appointment for next time.

Needs customer service training. The person on the phone was unprofessional and asked irrelevant questions then hung up without notice. Not sure why.
