They usually have what I need. On the upside they offer DoorDash delivery. The customer service here is great. All the employees are helpful and friendly.

Terrible Customer Service. She tried to charge me twice for 2 items. I went back in to demand and explanation and didn’t even get an apology. Got my refund. CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS

I am changing my review to positive! Dollar General has stepped up and this store is shining more everytime I visit!!! This new group of employees are constantly working to make this store what it should be....Great Work Ladies!

Very unorganized, merchandise laying everywhere. An employee took an item and just threw it on the floor instead of finding the correct spot. I should have driven away the minute I saw all the sidewalk sale stuff and the way it was displayed. (FYI it didn't look as though they were stocking, it looked more like mini hoarders).

Everytime I visit this location it's very crowded with boxes & carts on almost all of the aisles & you can hardly get around in the store because of all of the congestion. Even the parking lot was hard to get into because there were 2 trucks unloading in the parking lot. Staff is usually very dry emotionally & you get a sense they are just there for the paycheck. The congestion of the store leaves you feeling a huge drain of energy & I would say it's reflected in the staff & environment as a whole.

I stopped in pretty late not far from closing. I was omw hm from work, it was cold still high humidity and the wind was sharp. Why does this matter you ask? Because if you have to work out in it all day it can try to have an adverse effect on a other wise normally good attitude

Very unclean, attendant's wondered around store not helping customers. Floors were horrible, shelves unorganized. I would have given this store a negative 5 star if possible. Very unpleased with visit and WILL NOT BE BACK.

The only person who ever works is super slow. There's always a line, and it takes 30 minutes to check out at times. The store layout is decent though.

It's a pig pen there. My children clean better. Can even walk around in the store without stepping on something. All the mangers can say is sorry.

This store has a little of everything for home and auto. And the selection has increased. Staff are friendly. Great when you don't wish to walk miles within the store.

Called 4 stores. Quitman refused to help me. Grand Saline wouldn't help either Mineola was helpful and Emory said they didn't have what I needed. Looking for Christmas lights that we're in this past weeks sale. Multicolored on a wheel

The customer service was good. The store is horrible...dirty, cluttered so that you can hardly move, boxes and dolleys in front of merchandise (that I needed to get to). This store has seriously declined!!!! Sad.

The cashier seemed to have NO clue. I asked if they had a product and she said No another employee said that she did and told me that they did and told where to look. when I went to check out she was just standing there with a long line.

Make your employees wear masks FFS.Edit: went in again today and there is a sign on the door saying anyone who enters is required to wear a mask. Same employee as last time was not wearing one. Mineola is a retirement community, this virus kills elderly folks the most, she could infect and kill tons of people. Make your employees wear masks.

Always has a variety of things! Another store to shop first, before you go to your main groc store, as this place can save you several dollare in items that you can get cheaper for $1.00!!! And who can't use a few extra dollars these days to buy groceries!!!!!
