Calm store, whenever we were looking for the next thing, an associate just happened along. All (maybe 6 during our visit) were fluid in their knowledge of the store's stores & humbly helpful in recommending direction for our project. But... We've checked out about 4 times now & no cashier has offered for us to join the Ace "club" nor the military discount we qualify for. Prices are much better for most items we've needed.

These folks are always helpful! The guy with the white beard on electrical or plumbing, Mia the manager, Jaden the clerk! I can't rave enough about them! ACE is the helpful hardware store. Plus they are open on Sundays!

Wonderful place I go here at least twice a week for something and it's less then five minutes away. It's a handymans home away from home. Last time I was in there this younger lady I think her name was Diane was very helpful.

This store has ugly management that discriminates dedicated people. They might as well have a self checkout line cause they don't appreciate cashiers or customers. I would not support this store and find somewhere else to shop.

It's where I go for hardware, etc. The folks all know me. Good to be able to talk to someone who knows you, what your project is. Helps you get the right thing.UPDATE 02/04/2024: Can't get a lot better than my first review, but they have. It's just that I know several staff there, and they're all awesome, exemplary!

This store has Great service. The night I went in there, I actually got 2 of their service guys to help me find the products I needed really FAST so I could hurry and get done so I could get home! REALLY GREAT SERVICE! ONE GUY EVEN TOOK MY BAG TO MY CAR. SO POLITE! ❤❤❤💞💞

I was a little worried when I found out my old go-to woman, Mary, left to go into wine merchandising but there's an excellent NEW go-to woman--PRO TIP: She knows more than any of the guys in the store. Always well stocked and reasonably priced compared to the big box stores.

Update and it's still five stars I now go here couple times a week and they almost always have just what I need. Love it here. So glad I found this place. So helpful.Well first off there was nobody there so it was a pleaant shoping experience. Secondly, I was there for one thing yet ended up buying other things and wouldnt you know it - most of it was at least 25 % off which is way cheaper than any other store I go to almost daily. Let's just say I know where I'll be shopping at from now on.

They are super helpful and gave me some great options when. Helping get things for my project. I brought my dog on with me and they were so sweet to my dog. They gave him a treat and petted him. I love these people here they are so awesome.

We have used this store for years. Always a delight to shop there and the employees have always been extremely polite and helpful. Until today!!!! All the employees were as always extremely polite and helpful but I had a situation beyond their “pay grade”. I purchased an item on line (that was in stock) to be picked up the next day. We did pick up the item and because of the poor quality I went to return it a couple days later. While at the store I was told since I purchased this item on line, I had to request a refund on line. PLUS, the policy was I had to leave the returned item at the store. Without proof that I left it with them and no refund money. In other words leave WITH the HOPE I would receive my refund.Then I asked for the phone number for The Bailey’s and they said they didn’t have that number but instead gave me the “General Managers” number. His name is PAUL HADLEY. A real JERK!I called him and of course straight to Voice Mail. I guess his “Customer Service” practice to screen his calls. He did call me back but not immediately. By waiting I guess makes it look like he was very busy. Anyway he is a Very Rude obnoxious man and should not be in that position. In his words “the ladies at the store were correct that I would leave with NO proof that I purchased the item, NO proof that I returned the item and NO refund. He got very defensive to me and I asked for the phone number for the Bailey’s and of course he refused that. Then I told him I didn’t care for his attitude and…………..you guessed it!!! He hung up on me. Yep. Not even a have a good or go jump in the lake. Paul Hadley doesn’t have the skills to handle such a minor problem so he hangs up in hopes the problem will go away. Well this problem is here and Ain’t going nowhere. Paul Hadley is NOT an asset to the Bailey Ace Hardware chain.Jim MorganMineola,Tex

I love this store. It makes you feel like you have come home for your friends and neighbors to help you. Staff is extraordinary. I had a problem with matching a paint color. They put their heads together to solve the problem and I walked out with a PERFECT color match.

Ms Mary runs a tight ship, lol and with a great crew who've always been courteous and as helpful as you could ask and not expect... To be honest I work for a small family owed business and I drill and service water wells our supply house is in Tyler huge facility (another one of my reviews is on them) there's times when I've needed a part or component of some kind to get a job complete and I will usually stop in if the Ace is closer and very few times have I not been able to get it there and save an hrs worth of driving!Great place to do business with!

Good selection and service but prices are a little higher than the competition around the corner. Senior citizen discount with card which I appreciated. Helpful employees. Although prices are a little higher still a good value because of the extra help they give you.

Great selection of hardware, especially considering it's a relatively small store. The staff is always available to help you find what you need. Appreciate that they're open on Sunday afternoons (unlike other hardware stores nearby).

Store was fine and we'll stocked. Texas is under a state-wide mask wearing mandate in places like this. NO customers, other than me, was wearing a mask - one guy sounded like he was going to cough up a lung. Employees were wearing masks, but no enforcement or even asking others to don a mask. I won't be going back.
