Had to wait the weekend to unload, Monday morning I showed up be 6am, around 6:15am I'm backed up to the dock as I stepped out of my truck my feet were under water clear up to the top of my boots, the lady driver next to me dropped her truck keys in the water, there we were getting rained on in total darkness with my flash light looking for her truck keys. Not a very pleasant experience!!

Truckers, easiest way in is off US-287. Take the Oak Grove (FM 1183) exit. My GPS argues it's weight restricted, but only weight restriction signs I saw are east of 287.

This place is very tight. If you have an extended frame or a long nose avoid this place. The weekend security guard was very sweet and professional.

What you coming here use your good map not GPS and then you’ll drop your trailer and wait for next day so they will unload they’re not working 24H only security is 24H here

Upon entering the facility I approached the gate was greeted by a friendly guard shack guy he instructed me to read the instructions posted up on the wall. Put the information either on the front of my paperwork or the back of my paperwork wherever I would have the room.Within 5 minutes they called me to a door as soon as I do the door within four minutes they started unloading. Took my paperwork to the receiving office was greeted by a nice young lady she told me that my paperwork would be available and a little chart holder next to the door as soon as I had a green light.Pretty straightforward efficient. Make sure you bring a pen with you to the guard shack to put the information on your paperwork if you didn't see the posted images of what you need to put on it before you get there. Slide your tandems to the rear before loading. Many other reviews stated that you drop your trailer and you have to leave the facility that is not my experience. You stay attached to your trailer for the duration of unloading. Also keep your doors open when exiting the facility so they can inspect. No overnight parking. plan ahead.

Once you know the routine it's pretty easy in and out. You cannot park on their property but there is parking nearby. On average your totals stay is about 2 hours from check in to check out.

Big Buck security guard was very rude and hateful........ (got his momma's anger)very slow unloading!!!9am appointment .... docked me at 10:30am ... 😑No overnight parking or restrooms and you have to drop your trailer to get unloaded.....Loves is 5 miles awayThe weather was nice though 😎

This is a distribution hub which receives, warehouses, and ships product to their retail outlets. Their entire receiving process is seemless. Simply check-in at Guard Shack. Be assigned a dock door. Drop loaded trailer in dock door. Deliver paperwork to Man Door 3-B. Bobtail to staging area. Wait for phone call to alert you when your trailer is unloaded. Return to door 3-B for signed paperwork. Hook to your empty trailer. Return to Guard Shack for final check-out.As freight deliveries go, this was smooth enough to earn my 5 star rating. They even had a "roach coach" come though for refreshments. Beat that.

They have no overnight parking also be carefull don’t go over the grass or you going to stuck there and need towing truck to get u out, come on ur appointment time or an hour before 45 minuets unloading

Drivers, they have no overnite parking!!! Typical PetSmart, follow procedures and you will be out in under 2 hours with no problem.
