I Applied for a position. I called multiple times, left voicemails and never heard back. Weeks later I received email regarding interview. That took about a week later, very slow replies there. Scheduled interview with Sarah. When I arrived the guards were very warm and welcoming. I was then interviewed by Emily instead. During interview she was persistent on how CVS requires pace rate and about how the company “cares” for everyone around the building. She then told me to expect an email by a certain date. I waited and didn’t hear back so I then emailed back again and later received an automated email that they would not be moving forward. The amount of wait time and how they expressed “caring” seems so utterly disappointing. Hopefully in the future they do a better job with the hiring process.

It hard to get Intouch with company.. they don’t and won’t answer their calls ..?when they do answer half the time they hang up on you instead of answering the question about applications. I’ve done called 2 weeks straight

No stars for this place checked in before appointment time 6 am got a door been here 6 hours so far because they take load off of my truck getting it bundled up to go elsewhere while my trailer is being used as part of their warehouse i sit and wait paid outrageous lumper fee hours ago

This place takes forever for just paperwork.. I was unloaded fairly quick.. maybe because I was the only one here.. and they took 2hr for my paperwork.. I won't be coming here to deliver again..

Give rate for parking lot cleaner bathroom bigger place nice security but ,come on one product water 18 parleys appointment at 9am arrival at 8:30am out at 13:00 CVS logistics a failure only three delivery trucks does not make sense recommendation think before you come

Whoever comes to the place, comes with understanding and takes the load only on payment. I had checked on six PM and within 5 hours they unloaded mine. Their service is very bad and some trucks came later than mine and sent them first. No Service was not good, it took a lot of time and my load also got canceled which I not good service My load also got canceled which I had to pick up and the people who came later in mine have already left, their service is very bad.

9am Appointment. Arrived at 7:30. I was told to come back at 8:20. I was able to park in front, on the street until then. I returned and was unloaded expeditiously. Upon reading the reviews, I dreaded going. But I actually departed by my actual appointment time!! Completed in under 40 minutes. Thank you and keep up the good work!!

Parking on street apparently. Terrible unload times. Honestly wouldn’t be too bad if they got their unload times under 3 hours. I’d probably give them 4 stars if they did. Limper fee isn’t too bad for capstone but it’s capstone so get the lubrication ready regardless. 7.5 hours to unload btw

Unloading was ok, but they drop huge part of broken pallet inside the trailer, it’s not a garbage truck! I don’t throw my trash in your facility!

I don't know what would happen to me but everything was normal in a delivery in a company like it is, it would be because my load was cardboard boxes. Since I entered normal security and the same receiving office without any problem

arrived 2 hours early for pickup, was checked in, loaded and gone before scheduled pickup time, wide open lot with plenty of manuvering room, friendly staff, overnight parking across the street tho it's not authorised CVS parking lot

Avoid this place appointment was for 9am arrived at 8:30 am was done unloading me and got my bills at 2:00pm. No overnight parking there's a Loves about 2 miles south on I-45. Lumps fee high as hell. To pay lumper its an electronic process so you won't need a comp-check

Probably should say yeah don't go here guy next to me had one pallet, 3 hours $300 in lumper fees. I showed up 3 hours early didn't leave until 4 hours after my appointment

One of the worst loading and loading facilities across the US. TOOK 5hours to unload 1/2 of a 53ft trailer. No consideration of what time I have left of my drive clock.. but who cares. .they get paid by the hour.???America never gets to witness the behind the seen of these companies..

If I could give you 0, I will, The ladies at the security place were super warm and nice, the nightmare starts when they unload your truck, The appointment was at 6:00am, we arrived at 6:17am, the security took me at 6:23, then the office lady (Karen) wrote I arrived at 6:45 😒😳. It's Fri February 24th 14:10 and still HERE! Then I asked to the lady (Karen) inside the office for the time my truck can be unloaded she said -probably in 1 hour-, she continued with -you arrived at 6:45am- I said -No ma'am I came at 6:17am take a look at the camera, I can't responsible for your performance- They Sooooooooooo slowwwwwwwww, I never going to get any load to CVS again 😒 😑 Finally I asked for a time in an out prove for my detention, she gave me a paper, telling they suppose to unload me in between 6:00am and 1:00pm 😒🤯 ... 7:00 hours to unload? Guys do you think I live by the government? or I eat leaves from the trees? I HAVE TO WORKKKKKKK... If I don't move I get $000000000000. So DISRESPECTFUL 😡😠😤

Stop next to the guard shack he’ll give you a door, then dock and go to the office to check in. My appointment was at 6am to unload left around 9:30. They don’t really care to much about your time, so if you feel your unloaded already and 1hr goes by go ask the lady if they have your paperwork just in case they forget about you.

I arrived on time, for the red light maybe 10’mins after arriving. 2 1/2 hours to get unloaded. Not bad I guess for the wait time since they always take longer. The lumper fee is what is what I’m having a hard time with. They charge $435 for lumper. That’s outrageous price for non grocery item getting unloaded on skids. I guess I had it better than previous drivers who had to wait 6 hours plus to get unloaded.

By far the worst place to deliver.! Getting late 30+ minutes of your deliver appointment will cost you days weeks or even up to 3 months as per the guard check and receiving to get unloaded, I spent 40 hours to get unloaded after 1:30 hour late to my appointment.

Don't show up more than an hour early for your appointment. You will be turned away. Arrived at 17:00 for my 18:00 appointment was docked and checked in by 17:30. Got the green light at 21:00 and the call from the lumper with the lumper fee for $505 at 21:20. They have a nice restroom, vending machines and microwave for driver use. Only down side is its 21:30 at night and i can't get a hold of the broker for the EFS code for the lumper fee. Oh well looks like I'm sleeping on the dock tell morning.

Warning, DO NOT WORK HERE!! UNLESS YOU LIKE BEING CHEATED AND LIED TO!!!! Got told no overtime, but they'll sweep it over your way by not helping you out at all. I'm literally the fast worker there, and I've been the last to leave way too long. Also made clear I had religious exemptions for staying out after certain hours and they just ignored it. Just a shame I had to give you a star, cuz I'm the only one y'all have, well had.

Took 6 hours to unload 10 pallets appointment time was at 6 the office personnel is no where near friendly for a major chain you would think it would be more time managed but that's the least of their concern. As a driver I wouldn't recommend anyone deliver or pick up here this place has a 2 star rating no way I would ever deliver here again. CVs you need a whole new system and better unloading policy in my opinion you guys suck

You can not check in early, we had 3pm appointment and they unloaded and had us out of there around 7:30 pm. Nice people but have lumper fees or payment, $415 for 8 pallets.
