We are permanent RV’ers and I have a doggie that needs groomed every six weeks so I Solely rely on reviews .it was a holiday weekend and she got me right in.I was very pleased with Potts grooming!The facility was very welcoming and very clean upon dropping off my dog.When I picked up my dog they asked me how she looked and said she could be a little shorter on her legs (bermadoddle) if I wanted, and they trimmed her right up right there on the spot!I was very pleased and would recommend this business. If I’m around that area again I definitely will go back!Great Job ladies!

This was a fine job of grooming and Angie has over 33 years of experience. We took 2 dogs in today and they both look amazing! Angie also told us a few things about our dogs that we have never been told in the 5 years we have had the dogs. What a knowledgeable lady! We really appreciated her care! Thank you! Have a floofy goldendoodle that got terrible matts after I broke my ankle and had surgery. I was sure that he would look terrible after being groomed. Potts Puppy Love Grooming was AWESOME. I can't believe how good my boy looks and he smells great!

I only had my dogs nails clipped, and that went well with Kaila. However, the other groomer there was being very rough with the dog she was grooming while I was there, yelling at the dog and pulling him around roughly and even pulled his leg saying “I said don’t move”. The owner was not present. I will not be sending my babies there to be treated badly.

We brought our dog in today and we told the people to not mess with our dog's ears or neck because we wanted to grow it out. They cut her ears and neck which we didn't want, her nails were very sharp and scratched our seats. Other places usually sand dogs nails down when they cut them, but they didn't. At least she smells decent.

I have 3 dogs. They couldn't get hair short enough. Took them back up there and she said normally they would let fly. You didn't know if it was a grooming place or a kid day care
