As I was passing through town the other day stopped in for a quick look & the staff was so friendly & guided me in the right direction. I bought a few items but my card was declined but the cashier was so helpful & got me all fixed ran my card again and it went through. Will definitely be back to shop when I have more time. I didn't catch any names, but the blonde was absolutely awesome.

Went to Potts to get some deer corn. The young lady rung it up and handed me a receipt, never saying thank you , kiss my foot or anything. Too busy talking to young man standing behind her. Went outside to pickup my order and the young man hollered "corn" . I said yes. He loaded it up , never saying another word. What happened to manners and good customer service?

Had an emergency come up where I needed little baby bottles to bottle feed puppies. Called at 4:55PM on Saturday when they close at 5:00PM. I live just 5 minutes away and was going to beg them to please let me grab a couple bottles from them. I’d maybe be in store for 90 seconds. The lady I spoke to over the phone said in a rude tone “we’re open 1-5 Sunday” and I reiterated that I have an emergency where I needed to get them now. “I don’t know what to tell you. We’re open 1-5 Sunday” was her response; also in a rude, uncaring tone. I would have donated extra money to the store as a thank you if they would have just helped a local out. Never will I ever consider shopping for anything I need here. Yes, I understand rules are rules. I used to work at Brookshire’s and I had a similar situation happen where a lady needed baby formula and I told the ASM about it and WE KEPT THE STORE OPEN FOR HER.. She didn’t even think to ask someone.. “we’re open 1-5 Sunday.” I used to shop local for everything but this is why I’d rather drive 30 minutes to a corporate store because at least they stay open later. Whatever happened to helping the neighbor.. all I can say is I hope I’m heard on this. Thanks for your sub-par business. I made a mistake to even call

Potts had everything I needed after finding a kitten stranded on the side of the road outside Emory: carrier, ointment, flea spray, etc. I was so grateful for the handy location and friendly customer service!

Love Pott's! Here are some pickles I made from their cucumber plants! Great place to pick up horse supplies and food. Mimi and Brenda eat very well 😁 They have a little bit of everything. 👍

Great place close to our campground we always get propane filled here. They have a ton of things from feed, dog vaccines, t-shirts, and jewlery! It's comparable to tractor supply and the employees are welcoming

I had purchased hay. Got around to hay barn, it was locked another truck was waiting and there were 6 trucks waiting to be loaded with bags of feed or fertilizer. They had 1 young man loading everything. I didn't want to have a long wait, so I got a refund. I told them if they would unlock the barn, we would load ourselves. They just said they'd rather refund my money.

won't be going there anymore. The young man was very rude to me twice too many times. Everyone else is nice, but that one kid that loads the hay has a bad chip on his shoulder.

I went in last Saturday to buy 50lbs of dog food. The 50lb bags were on the bottom shelf, I asked a young man that work there what the prices were, none of the larger bags were priced, he ask which one, I told them all of them, wanted to compare price. He kicked around mumbling, but was not interested in getting me pricing. I drove to Quinlan Feed store to get better service.

Great feed store. They have a great selection of knives and boots. They also have some clothes and jewelry. More than just feed here. The friendly staff are great at helping you select the feed you need. And the guys loading out are always on their A game when I pull around to get loaded.

Showed up at 5:58PM. Doors were locked. All I needed was a bag of cattle cubes. People were still present in the workplace and didn't care that there were customers that needed help. Walked right past as I was writing this review. Have had issues with here before and will never come again. Could have made it to another feed store if I didn't try here first.

Got some wood stove pellets from here when we ran low on stock during cold weather. The staff were friendly and worked together quickly to help us load up our vehicle with many bags of the stuff- each weighing 40lbs.We got what we came for and left happier than when we arrived; that's a win in my book for any business!

Not just a feed store, although the selection is pretty good in that department. They have cute windcatchers and outdoor furniture and other decorative items. We probably spent at least 45 minutes just looking around at everything.

Interesting place, feed store and more..found a collar i love for my border collie there so ive got to go back n get that...got a full bale of alfalfa there the ones i get are usually compressed...had quite a good supply of vet meds etc...passed it many times over the years and have always wanted to stop there and im glad i did,next trip ill pick up that collar lol

Wow!! What a feed store! Jewelry, purses, gardening, animal supplies (including bling-bling dog collars), and more!! Clean, well lit and organized! Great prices!! You HAVE to get a Pott's T-shirt!! 2 for $8! And you can exchange it when you wear it out for a new one!
