I really hope Walmart recognizes the hard workers they got specially Julian & Miguel. Because without your help my husband & I we would have not make it home on a very low tire. Thanks to Miguel & Julian for this day April 10,2024 around 7 pm. I had a bad low tire half way. These two folks were closing and they save me from staying in the road. These are the kind of workers walmart needs. I really appreciate them for helping me out. Working extra when they could of say no. They are hard working and very professional. Thanks once again

Some employees like Leah have no customer service skills. Aren't able to adapt to the language of our elderly. Work with a frown on their face. For a company as big as walmart I would expect exceptional service from those hired to serve the community that serves you.

Need more thief protection weather morcamera is whether secret shoppers. It's sad that they check receipt but I see open empty boxes of merchandise ,especially in garden area

BEWARE CHECK YOUR CARS!!!! My daughter and my son went there to have an oil change, and they did the worst job. My sons car they didn't put the gasket of the pil filter and spilled all the oil, and my daughter went there as well, and they did the same thing. Worst of the worst.

Why is it that the ones who actually pay for merchandise are the ones having to show receipt and it would be okay if it’s a quick min glance, oppose to literally employees taking out every single item then goes a passbyer who clearly has 1 item on receipt yet cart is full of all types of merchandise. This location needs to do better at selecting individuals who are asking for receipts! Happens every time!

Went to check out two of the automated machines did not work I waited for the lady to get there 15 minutes later she got there and then I had to wait for them to open it up and wait for my $19 at the machine cheated me what a bad experience never will go back to this Walmart in Alamo Texas

The lady at the exit door made me feel like if I was stealing from the store. I can understand that I was wearing my worn down clothes, but it was ridiculous. I had everything in bags. But she wanted to see the recipe. Did not see her do that to the person in front of me . It was if I was targeted..

This is the 2nd time a customer service rep named Nilse assists me. Both times have been unpleasant. She obviously loathes her job and her attitude & body language shows it. She made me feel guilty for bothering her with a return. No greeting or "have a good day"... She'll give you nothing but curt responses & negative energy.I was going to return another item but her inhospitable attitude caused me to go to another location.She even wears a pin that says "literally no one cares." Quite unprofessional & off-putting & idk how her manager allows it, especially in a customer service position.If it were up to me, I wouldn't tolerate an employee like this.

It’s gotten better than it was 5 years ago, but still got a ways to go.Most of the people that work there are nice and helpful but it’s definitely not storewide.Eddie is always out there getting carts and working hard, nice man.FYI self checkout is not cool some of us like people interaction, open some lanes up.I get the vibe that the managers aren’t that great.

The photo lab is the worst. They need a button so ppl can press for assistance because it doesn't matter how many associates you ask for help NO ONE comes. I had to call the store from my phone and tell them to send someone and even then NO ONE came. This is beyond ridiculous. Y'all go to CVS or Walgreens for photo needs.Update: someone finally made an appearance. And lo and behold they cannot find my order. I got an email Sunday that it was being processed and today is TUESDAY and they can't find them.

Went to the auto center to exchange my battery they did not want to honor my warranty cause an ex employee sold me the wrong one. The lady manager wasn't helpful at all and did not seem friendly giving me a hard time. Went back when she was gone, and someone else took care the problem with no issues.

0 stars. I went to get an oil change and left with an oil leak and no oil 🤡 ..I went back told them about the problem and they "checked it" and offered to put more oil in it.. I asked is it missing oil? They said they don't know. Sooooo YEAH I KNOW I said it's fine I'm taking my vehicle somewhere else instead.
