Good Hospitality... Can't say anything good or bad about the food, it's exactly the same at every location... The Only feedback I will mention is that when we ask for a blizzard we expect it to be properly mixed.. Unfortunately, the last several times I've noticed that all the toppings are only in the top of the blizzard cup (1/3 top of the cup), so it looks like they are skipping out on the toppings.. If I'm Mistaken In Thinking This Is Happening Then Please Properly Mix All Of The Customers Blizzards, So We Are Not Eating Ice-cream With No Toppings After The Top Layer (1/3 top of cup)!!

I know it is hard to get people to come to work these days, but it seems like this place will just hire anybody with a heartbeat.. I’m not sure what kind of training I go through, but I can guarantee you customer service is not part of it.I’ve been through there multiple times where the person in the window rolls their eyes at me, or just simply gives off the vibe that they hate having to interact with you..It’s basically nothing like it was when I went to Dairy Queen as a kid..Moving on from that, yes, they flip the ice cream upside down when they hand it to you to prove that it’s frozen… But somehow you managed to get one block away and it is almost liquid..I don’t know if it sat in the window too long or maybe they just didn’t flip it all the way upside down because I wasn’t really paying attention… But this is happened multiple times..PLEASE DO BETTER.. TY

This specific location doesn't carry chocolate ice cream. I contacted Corp they said some locations offer chocolate and some don't, that sucks. 🍨🍦

Passing by I stopped here today and ordered a Country Fried Steak Sandwich. I customized it in several ways and it was made perfectly. The sandwich was hot & had a light crunch to it. Great job! The service was warm and friendly & I received my order in under 5 minutes even though I asked for it to be cooked well done.

When you pull up, you’re greeted with an automated message saying “We’re sorry, we’re closed” thats interrupted by “welcome to diary diary”. This happens with everyone at the order box. I ordered a number 1. Was asked to go to around. Waited as 4 other cars came and went. Finally got my food. My shake was almost done, so wasn’t happy at that point. Got the food, went home, they added cheese. Not at my request. All that and the cheese is what made me post this review. Never mind the attitude of the girl with 4 inch long pink nails. How Is this allowed? Pay them more maybe you’ll get higher standards to expect.

Not too happy here the girl couldn't say ' sorry we don't have large at the moment.' She just said 'NO' real rude. The the amount was 21 something we get to the window and its 29. A huge difference. She didn't even apologize for her mistake. Then my son is talking to her and she just closes the window on him. Its my hometown but it will be a long while before I come back here again. We are still waiting for our food. By the time we ordered its been 20 minutes. Food is missing too. NPW.

Dined in, burgers were hot and made fresh, we got the lunch special with the sundae. It was all good. Place is very clean and tables separated to maintain social distancing. Friendly employees! 😇

Whether drive thru or going inside, the service is so slow. I was once in line through the drive thru with 3 cars ahead of me and I watched McDonald's next door serve people left and right. I counted 11 people that were served at McDonald's before I got to the window and 4 more while waiting for my order. Their food and ice cream are great but their service is very SLOW.

I was very disappointed with the steak dinner basket meal. I'm surprised how a couple of years has diminished the food quality since I've dined in here. The fries and even the toast seemed like it had been cooked in weeks old cooking oil. The steak was a very poor or cheap quality or was months old over it's expiration. I'm not even tempted to try other items on their menu, unless it's ice cream.

The people they have in the window at night are so rude. She did not even let me finish my order, her attitude was so ugly. She gave me a total when I was not even done ordering. And then she kept interrupting. As well as she had me wait in the window for more then 10 mins like really. No car in front of me at all and I waited this long. Not even to verify my order did she come to the window. Or get my payment. Rude!!

Good customer service and well cooked food. However the drive threw could be managed a lot better than it is. The speaker is horrible and whoever takes the orders is hard of hearing. Plus drive threw is slow.

The worst DQ ordered a large strawberry sunday with brownie peices and whipped cream. They gave me my order overflowing from the cup with a lid that was forced on and just 2 napkins needless to say I asked for more napkins and the cashier seemed mad for that. Never going back to this location

Worst service ever..They've gotten my order wrong several times and usually take a really long time to give me my order.But what really did it for me was that I went by one night at exactly 10:05 pm and they were already closing when they are supposed to close at 11. The manager inside said they were closing already due to slow service when at that exact moment there were 3 different families eating inside..How is that slow service? Sounds to me like they just wanted to go home early. Really bad managing going on at the DQ in Elsa Tx.

I literally just waited in line for 20 minutes for them not to take my order… I checked what time they closed before I went it said 12, it was 11:06 when we got up to order waited for someone to come on the speaker to take my order and nothing, I called no answer, we ended up driving to DQ in Weslaco all because the employees here can’t tell time and realize they close at midnight not an hr before.

This last time i went there i noticed the burgers are getting smaller and smaller they look like mcdonalds burgers and there getting more expensive and i noticed they starded to shred the lettuce just like the lettuce in a big mack and the meat is getting smaller too not good no more Dairy Queen for me i rather stay home and make some home made burgers. My wife had a country basket and the country gravy had no taste at all not good DQ.

Went to DQ in Elsa Texas went thru the drive thru was not greeted she said "can I take your order" we have her out order she didn't respond we kept saying "HELLO" CAN YOU HEAR US ? twice then she said yes told us the amount and said go ahead and drive thru for my order the tea was the worst ever it tastes like it had been sitting there for days vey POOR Service will go to McDonald's or Stars instead no more DQ for us
