Waited at drive thru speaker for 8 minutes, no one came on, so we drove up to the first window, waited 10 minutes for employee to open window and acknowledge us at the window. We placed our order, paid, and waited 20 minutes at the window for our order, we were handed a partial part of our order and we were instructed to park and wait for our two chicken wraps. We Parked and waited for our wraps for over 20 minutes. My husband went in and asked for a refund.Be careful when ordering here please. 🙏 The meat was undercooked and tasted a bit funny. I’m not sure it they are following food safety guidelines.

Different times I have gone here the wait at drive thru takes a while. I have never eaten inside so I can’t help there. But today my family member went to get a meal for me. When I opened the wrapper the sandwich looked like it was just thrown in there and it had two hairs in it. I didn’t even look at the rest of the sandwich I just threw it away.

Cold onion rings, just ate them because we had to go back and order the sandwich I asked for again, ended up paying for a stupid chicken wrap we DIDN'T order in addition to what we DID order. The staff were friendly, so there's that. Orders took way longer than they should have to come out, for everyone who came in. Felt bad for the family with children who came in because not only did it take a ridiculous amount of time for them to get their food, the play area for the kids was locked.

Gotta be the worst Burger King ever. Waited forever at the drive through speaker before anyone even spoke to me, only to tell me that they would be right with me and waited another 10 minutes. I finally get my food and drive home and all my food is ice cold. Can’t get anyone on the phone at all, because they don’t pick up at all. Terrible customer service coupled with terrible food.

Whole point of ordering online is for it to be ready when uiget there, not to start making it when i get there. Plus it wasnt busy.

This is a first for me for sure. Normally, I only comment on fast food restaurants when they do a terrible job. However, today is a different day and this Burger King was absolutely phenomenal. There was a young woman with purple hair, I think her name was Layla, but she went out of her way to help me and the cashier was super sweet !!! I will definitely be back.

On the way to church stopped to get a biscuit at Burger King. It was burned to a crisp. There was no chicken in it, only breading. Hard to believe they didn't know it was burned.

Stopped here because I thought it might be less busy and faster than some of the other fast food in the area and boy was I wrong...I hadn't been to a BK in *years* and honestly the food wasn't bad, it was hot and fresh but the service was awfully slow. 20 minutes for 1 basic burger and fries... they had 4 people working during dinner hour but the manager wasn't helping, and it seemed like only the cashier felt bad about how slow everything was. 2⭐️ only because the food was decent for fast food

First time here as my family and I were just passing through to get to our hometown. Definitely was a disappointment. We got 4 number 1 combos and the food was cold, even our COFFEE which is always supposed to be hot. We also asked for French toast and didn’t receive it in our bag so we had to drive back in line for it. Oh, that was also cold! $30 for cold breakfast.. this franchise needs to do a lot better.

I’ve seen grass grow faster than the service at this place. I waited at the ordering menu for 10 mins while she told me to wait for her because they were busy… there were 2 cars in the drive thru… Definitely would NOT recommend if you’re on a road trip and are looking for a quick stop for food.

Three months ago I had something positive to say about this place. Now it’s gone down hill in the drive thru she hands me my drink , the lip on the cup is all bent up so the cap doesn’t fit and it spills all inside my car and on myself. She turns her head trying to hold a straight face smiling and whispers sorry then hands me my food that is cold not even room temperature COLD . No wonder nobody is there. Just level that restaurant already and put a pizza place

I honestly don’t know why I keep trying this location, more than half the time the orders are made incorrectly. Today I ordered a number one and a number 3. Received two number ones in the bag, one of which had either an old patty or just over cooked patty. Either way the patty was hard as a rock on one side. If you risk coming to this location, do yourself a favor and at least double check your order before driving off. I ended up driving back to the restaurant, about a ten minute drive, to return the incorrect part of the order. This location seriously needs some corporate intervention or something.

The last couple of times I have ordered food from this Burger King something is always forgotten. They're always out of something drinks,ice cream, condiments, even ingredients for the burgers. Services takes way to long and we always come back with something missing that was charged to us i.e bacon on all burgers from our last visit. There's no communication going on In the back and at the window the server asks us if the drinks at the windows where ours as if we poured them ourselves and knew what was what. This used to be a great place to get something to eat but now it's a place to avoid
