ABBI is rude and disrespectful and her work ethic is ridiculous. Her behavior to customers telling them to figure out their own life while the customer was trying to ask who lost $ on the floor all while she complaining about being here for however many hours is not our problem and seems she needs to work out her own problems. All she did while we waited for our food was complain about wanting to go home. To go food waited while she flirted or chatted with the boy in the seating area. SWe stop here at least twice a month driving through.

This is the best burger I’ve ever had. I had the boxcar burger, which came with bacon and a fried egg. DELICIOUS! With fries and a 32oz drink, it was about $15

Took 22 minutes for chicken strips basket. Food was hot and fresh though. Tasted good. Friendly.

The food is pretty good but quite often they forget part of the order. But it's not enough to prevent us from continuing to grab food from there 🙃

Smh $9 for a stupid big bag of Cheetos and a candy bar almonds $5 for Cheetos $3 for a small King size almonds 3+5=8 + tax smh $9 smh greed highway robbery ripping people off ripping me off screwing people over screwing me over this place the store is just because it's a gas station Who cares wtf does it have to do with anything lower the price and be reasonable stop being greedy and a tight wad here chump change

I'm a trucker, and I can tell you they have by far one of THE best bacon cheeseburgers i've ever had. Tomato slices were huge, crisp lettuce. Everything blended in perfectly, and even better were the fries. Those homemade style fries, the type that bend over when you hold them up. I've been thru a lot of small towns and tasted a lot of burgers, but never been as satisfied as here

Food is awesome here!!Their fuel pumps haven't been inspected since 2021 and some pumps are slow. They hardly ever have receipts at the pump and you are forced to go inside.... for that reason alone, I don't not purchase much inside anymore, I hate making multiple trips into the store...

We love the convenience of Not having to go into Palestine to Walmart or Brookshires to buy a few items. They have a Meat Market Too. You can easily buy a Small Bill of Groceries in there.And Don't Forget to pick up a BBQ Sandwich or Pound of it & Pkg of Buns. All the Kims Stores I've Tried so far have had To Die For Chopped BBQ. Another Winner @ Kims #6 is A Lg Order of Fries Smothered in Gravy.**I'm told & recently saw a small sign that this location accepts SNAP or Food Stamp Cards, (Over on the Grocery Side of course).

Not good service at the deli. I ordered a breakfast to go (bacon, hash browns, and grits). I waited and waited and waited. No apologies, or it’s on the way, or nothing, 2 women back there cooking like they were half asleep. I finally just left, didn’t get my money back, I did get a bottle of milk, so basically I spent a little over $8.00 for a 16oz milk.

opnd time we have visited for breakfast. Not happy the 1st time, with my order never put in?Today, too much to discuss! But...here goes! ~Bread tasted like the rancid oil off the grill as did the hash browns. When order brought after a long wait...I was offered apology as waitress handed me a SPOON to eat my omelet, hash browns and toast? Time to wash forks she said! (A plastic set would have been fine!) AND, my Husband saw me start to eat my omelet and asked "why is it green inside?" I LOST MY APPETITE and shopped for anything nutritious to eat as soon as we get back home! Sardines!~Please get new staff for the kitchen! Kim's #6 NEW store has OLD ways; and will loose this customer for a while! Grilled bread is great cooked on a clean grill!~ 😝 I'm glad I didn't check the public restroom! I can only imagine! Good luck for any future progress or repeat customers.

New gas station is excellent. The pumps are nice and easy to work. Their is a grocery store and meat market inside. The meat taste good better than store bought. They also have a little cafe. Bathrooms are nice and clean.

A relative ordered a chicken salad for me and brought it home. When I opened the lid I could tell immediately that the cucumbers were no good. As I dug through it I realized that the tomatoes were also no good. Both veggies were slimy and disgusting. The shredded cheese didnt look very fresh either. Worst salad I ever purchased.

This new clean place has it all. Fuel up, groceries and even a butcher. I stopped and had lunch. Cheeseburger and fries cooked when ordered. The burger was quite tasty. The menu has quite a variety of choices.

So normally when I go into Kim's the employees are polite and hard working plus the Boxcar always has delicious food. But today the gal with the young ponytail buned black hair gal that took my order was plain rude and acted like me placing an order of food was going to make her whole day awful. She really needs to work on her people skills and count her blessings.

I’m choking down a cold over cooked cheeseburger. French fries are not great and not hot. This food was not fresh. Come on now. Being one of the only places to eat in Elkhart, you should really step up your game. Waste of my money. Should’ve drove right by into Crockett.

Not the worse experience we have had. A bit pricey. They didn't have tea. Bathrooms were not gross so thats a plus. Was a bit scared to try any of the food. Employees seemed like they didn't want the jobs they have. We all need money so we must do what we must to earn. I hope they are in school or just doing this for the short term.

Get home after waiting patiently for almost a hour on our food and my chicken is pure raw!!!! I spent almost 60 bucks on food for my family and extra gravy wasnt in there they I paid for, my chicken is raw every single piece and I got a 3 piece, and my husband paid for a 5 piece steal finger and only got 3 fingers as well!!!! Not to happy what so ever

I seriously wish certain places in Elkhart were open more than one day a week. Instead this is an option. When ordering a chicken fried steak at Kim's with extra gravy.. You get a tablespoon of gravy with the consistency of water. Way to go.

Get your watered down gas if you have to. Food is worse than the old roach infested store. There's one rude older lady cashier. Won't return. I thought elkhart was actually getting a good gas station. Guess not, you know its bad when the owner of kims is working in the restaurant side. AVOID IT IF YOU CAN

Always stop here while traveling on HWY 19. Restroom is fairly clean and they have a mini grocery store which is cool and convenient to stock up during a long drive.

I told myself I will not order food here again. The cooks half effort cook your food and are rude most of the time. I’ve been up with an upset stomach after eating my last meal from them. Very displeased.

Don't bother with the food if you want minor changes done to the order, they won't do it. Ask for mustard or onions not to be on the order and they still put it on the order. Might as well go into Palestine.
