I usually shop at tractor supply an algae for hardware and whatever I need that other stores don't have but I won't be coming here anymore. How can you sit there and blatantly? Lie and tell me you all are out of propane. And there is nobody in town that has any. But yet I just called four other places in elgan that has propane. This old lady that checks people out she's rude. She's a liar and she doesn't know what the hell she's talking about. And I do not understand why she still has a job here. The way she treats people, this is ridiculous.If I could give 0 stars. It's because of that lady right there. I don't know her name. But she has short hair and she's old and she doesn't have any teeth. I've come up here almost every day asking for propane. And they're always out from what they just don't want to fill up a propane tank. While it's cold outside,

The staff here very curteous and helpful. They are a well stocked store. Clean store and prices although corporate they are very reasonable. I've been to a few tractor supply store this one is a better one. Don't forget to always check their clearance rack for the best deals on miscellaneous items.

Tractor Supply in Elgin, TX is one of my favorite stores. The team members are always polite and helpful.I have a bad back. Today a young woman at the store loaded three 50 pound bags for me.I can drag them out of my small SUV, or open and empty into buckets, when I get home.

Called ahead because I had to drive 45 minutes to get there. First was on hold for 10+ minutes because the worker forgot they had even spoken with me. Not a huge deal. Then asked specifically if they had a large selection of high visibility work wear, jackets in particular. Also asked specifically if they had any in my size. Was told they had a huge selection with all sizes. Drove all 45 minutes to store to find they had very little selection, maybe a handful of light rain jackets. Nothing in my size. What a disappointing waste of time.

Until I went into my first TS store I didn't understand why anyone except farmers or ranchers would shop there. Wow, how wrong I was! They have such cool stuff. I went for wild bird food and came away with all sorts of knick knacks and things I didn't know I needed. My critters and pets are very happy I am a regular customer of Tractor Supply.

They have an amazing variety of items for sale. You might think just farm stuff but no. Clothes, pets, shoes, candy, tools, hardware, and of course: farm stuff. Great place to shop for the unusual.

Zac is probably the All-Star best employee at tractor supply. He is always very friendly and customer oriented and is actually competent. I don’t know if he’s a manager, but he should be and all the other employees treated as if he is the boss or at least the guy who knows what’s going on.

Updated review: I've been back several times since my first review and it seems things have turned around. Everyone was helpful, all the shelves and aisles were tidy (even the v-belts!). Staff seem to take pride in their work now. I've not had to wait long for a load-out the last few times either. Kudos managers/owner for taking notice of reviews and improving. Any of your workers that aspire to own their own business one day certainly have a good example to follow.Previous review:(None of the staff seemed to want to be there. They certainly weren't in a hurry to do anything. If you go outside into the yard watch your step, there will be no shortage of wire, plastic straps, wood scraps, and spilled gravel to trip on.)

Great staff! Super friendly and helpful. They have a great selection of feeds and every time I leave this store, I end up leaving with more than what I came in for! It’s very well organized and they have everything! We left with some Christmas decor for our yard and my three year old and I are so excited to put it up!

We love this Tractor Supply!! The best customer service and employees are very attentive and always happy to help! Karen is our favorite she is always there to help and makes sure you have all you need before she walks off and helps another customer! We drive 40 mins to come to this store instead of the two that are 10 miles from us because of how great Karen and the team has treated us! Always feel so welcomed and leave with everything we need! Shelves are always stocked and always have everything we need and some! Very clean and fast service!!!

I went to get a propane tank exchange, and every time I went they told me to come back in an hour and i did and they would tell me the same thing, but there were lots of workers not doint anything people just dont want to work anymore

I shop here frequently, as I have a variety of animals. Sometimes they don't have the mini pig feed my pigs prefer, but sometimes it's in the back and I have to ask for it. Other than that, everyone is very nice and helpful. They also have a decent selection of clearance items.

Store is clean and well organized. However, the employees there are lost and don't have a clue about what they have or don't have. Not a single person in the store knew what a hog ring was or where to find them in the store. Its a new location so hopefully it will get better. They need to hire some rural knowledgeable people for the store. The kids that were working there had likely never been farther from town than the sidewalks they skate on.

Unique selection of farm and ranch related goods. If you are looking for something not on the floor, then it gets much tougher. The sales people are nice, but spread thin. There is hardly ever enough of them to meet demand. I get my ranch work clothes here all the time. Good prices.

I am hopeful customer service and check out speeds improve. This is a new store, nice layout clean and organized. Mid-day on a Friday I waited way to long to be checked out. Waited to get access to load bulk T-posts in the yard, and finally went in the store and into the yard (locked from the outside with no one around to assist) and helped myself. I then had tocarry the T-posts through the store and out into the parking lot. I was asked in the process "do you work here?" by and older gentleman who had made circles around the yard attempting to be loaded up. I am hopeful and I will go back and give them another shot.Update.I went back 11/27 Monday around 630. There was a young sales associate on the floor who was not knowledgeable about any products, but was very willing to help as best he could. I noticed tons of empty pegs and blank shelves. Then a single cashier who didn't know how to ring the two people ahead of me up. And finally a manager who was just as inept. The store was still nice, clean and new. Hopefully they improve.

This place is awesome! We used to have stores like this in Austin, but development pushed most of them out. So it is great to find a real and large ranch/farm supplies store within a half hour drive of Austin. This one is in Elgin. Get some great sausage nearby if you get a chance.

I love this store. They have so many interesting things. You can buy Carhartt clothes, toys for the kids, chickens, and replacement tires for your lawn tractor all in one spot. They carry a wide selection of quality tools and hardware.

Convenient location and friendly staff. They have only been out of something that I was looking for on a couple of occasions. Ordering online got easier recently after a site update and the folx are always helpful and courteous at curbside pick up.

Just so folks now. The boots sold at tractor supply are made in China. The cheapest made boot on the market. Yet they charge like it's made in America. 216.00 for a pair of china made boots. The right boots are smaller than the left boot. Buy American Made produce. Help save our Country. These china made boots SUCK. Thank you Tractor Supply for helping Biden sell out our Country. I will never shop there again. NEVER....
