I would not even give this place one star. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I bought a puppy that died within a week. Google this place before you buy please. You will see all the same complaints. They are selling sick puppies at a high price. Just don't make the same mistake I did. Stay far away from this place.

Ok so I leave two stars because they do great grooming but I purchased a small dog under a contractual agreement which stated if the dog had any illnesses I could return the dog and swap for a new one of good health within 14 days. We had our dog for about 10 days fed it as instructed by the girl at pdt with the food supplied by pdt. On the 10the day it was acting like it was unconscious we took it to Elgin pet hospital and found out the dog had a preexisting condition I called the owner of pdt and she said it was my fault and that I was to blame so after two days in the hospital I took the dog to pdt to exchange it but I was told I would not get another dog and that she would keep it to get it better. Well as my vet said, she wasn't able to get the dog better so she offered another dog and gave me another bag of dog food that was prepoored into a baggy in which we later found a needle in. We ended up having to sell this dog because from day one it acted as if it was beaten.I wrote this review weeks back when It happened today I received a call from the owner demanding a apology and that I take this down and she again said " it was your fault it was just dehydrated you didn't feed it right, so take it down or I'll take you to court"Needless to say we will not be returning customers.

Very pleased with their grooming. Many reviews mention the quality and health of puppies being sold here which I can neither confirm nor deny.Is this place closed now?
