Just driving through ordered my usual drinks for me and my husband. We ordered a sweet tea and a sprite with peach and they both tasted like nasty water. None of the booths were on and working. And the waitress at the window seemed to act like we bothered her even through there were no customers at the restaurant at all. Horrible service!

I hope they keep the Chicken Slinger on the menu because it’s pretty darn good. Food was wrapped well so it was nice an hot when I arrived home. The burgers are pretty good too. Could put a little more candy in the Blasts though.

Seems most of the ordering kiosk/Stalls are broken. No screen.Use the drive through.Ordered the chili cheese tots to hold me over till supper.First time with chili cheese tots.Not to bad.Of course a Vanilla milk shake without milk is a favorite from here.

Okay, this location marks the worst.From the time I ordered our food (two burgers and a hotdog) to when we received it, 25 minutes. And when our food arrived, it wasn’t hot. I checked everything to see if it was even cooked, like not raw. It wasn’t raw so I’ll give them that much.Customer service is meh. Glenda came up to our window and said she lost our ticket so she was asking us what we had ordered. She wasn’t rude, that counts for something.This location is just gross, there was trash/used sonic cups lying on top of the menu boards (yes, more than one!) and on the ground. Flies everywhere, looks like a dump.Anyway, if you can just let your stomach growl a bit longer then find somewhere else. Pretty much anywhere else.

I wish I could leave them zero stars this is by far the worst sonic ever. I have never been here and got my order out correctly even the drinks will be wrong. I know they can read right there’s no way they have gone this far in life and can’t read a simple order or much less just make sure all the foods in the bag. I have even gone and ordered like three burgers and got a big bag of all kinds of food. It’s to the point where I’m just gonna tell them to start giving me whatever they want because that’s what it seems like they do. If you complain they get mad and act like it’s your fault. I hate that this is the closest place to try and get something quick

The drinks were okay, the bathroom here was horrid. There was garbage, used tampons everywhere, plus no toilet paper. All of the garbages were overflowing outside and in the bathrooms. The toilet seat was falling apart and they really need a new one. They didn't have the drinks we asked for so we had to order things which were fine. They were speedy at getting our drinks and they are fine, but overall a disappointment.

Stopped here passing through. My first impression was not to stop, no cars at all there and two employees sitting outside. My husband said oh it’s okay so we pulled in. We placed our order then he went to the restroom. He came out and said not the best but a bathroom. I went in and to say not the best was an understatement…..it was the worst restroom I’ve ever been in!! All kinds of trash over flowing from the trash can onto the floor and piling up. No toilet tissue or paper towels and toilet nasty! No reason at all for that bathroom to be like that especially when two employees are just sitting out front on their phones and definitely not busy!! 190 alexandr chk 347 was on our receipt if that helps with employee info.

I have recently had bad experiences at the Sonic in Electra. However tonight my experience was amazing Glenda was very nice and very professional the food was great and delivered at perfect temp.

Stopped here on the way to Dallas and my food took 15mins (thanks GPS for constantly being annoyed I wasnt driving) yet my fries where cold and they forgot the straws. There was 2 other orders but I think they only had the one runner so this isnt the minimum wage workers fault

I stopped on my way home to just grab a snack. The person gave their name and asked how my day was before taking my order. I ordered a large mozzarella sticks and that was it. So when it was delivered the girl once again told me her name, gave me my receipt and asked if I needed anything else. I didn't. As I'm rolling up my window I said to myself 'they are really up beat and happy for a Sunday morning' which isn't a bad thing. This is the part that put them over the top. I was asked if I wanted sauce with my sticks. I said yes. Usually I would get ONE thing of sauce. Today I was just expecting maybe if I was lucky two. I opened the bag... I had FOUR!!!! I don't know why I found this so amazing but I did! They had excellent service and we're happy and up beat and went beyond what I expect for a sonic!

Restroom was clean. Service was kinda slow for just 1 slushy. I asked for a extra pump of flavoring (you know..it it'll taste good from start till finish) she said "i put A LOT of the flavoring in it for you"😣😖 i only wanted what I ORDERED. (I'm a diabetic.. and don't REALLY NEED THAT much sugar)

Nice place, I love to see young people work. The young lady came out and took my order, made sure it was right, then called me on the speaker and rechecked the order. I thought that was pretty special. I knew she got the order right when I said it the first time. Maybe, it was the look on my face that I wasn't to sure that I wanted what I ordered. All in all, I was grateful that she asked again.

These people are cheese happy. I ordered 5 hamburgers WITHOUT cheese, got home, and there's cheese all over - melted so we couldn't scrap it off. Since this happens ALL THE TIME, I sent a complaint to Sonic Corporate. Want to know what they did? They offered me a free CHEESEburger!!!! Even the corporate offices pay no attention. My family and I just don't eat there any more.

We passed thru the area and saw Sonic. I was so excited! We hadn't had sonic in years!! Unfortunately I was very disappointed. It took 20 minutes to get our food. And what we ordered was that complicated. We ordered 2 soft pretzels, an order of mozzarella sticks, 2 chocolate shakes and a "#1" which I did special order my cheeseburger but that doesn't really count since they made it exactly the way it is on the menu, not as I ordered it. Which went in the trash. The rest of the order was ok. But if I lived nearby, I definitely would not be back.

They were out of mayo and my cheddar peppers where cold when she handed they to me. And they're ice cream machine wasn't working so I couldn't get the shakes I wanted. When I got home my husband had gotten a grilled chicken sandwich. It had nothing on it it was completely dry and cold as hell.

2 medium drinks $5.28 took 14 minutes to be brought out. Assistant Manager was arguing with a guy in the truck next to us in a personal conversation, she finished it before she went back inside. Then came back out and tryed giving us someone else's order. Then got our drinks but ordered a diet Coke with lemon, was given a lime instead. She went back in and got correct drink Then tryed telling us it was $5.72 and I said no it was $5.28 then she laughed and said oh that's the change. We won't be back.

We visited this place in June 2021 on way to Amarillo TX. We ordered chilli sandwich(no meat) but it contained meat. They replaced the sandwich with no extra charges. But I think their chilli has beef in it. We also ordered onion rings, chicken tenders and a strawberry shake which all were great. Restroom needs more attention here.

We ordered 2 small shakes there was 3 cars in the parking lot and it took 15 min to get our order. The shakes had been sitting out so long they were melted and the restroom was disgusting.

I have been stopping at this Sonic for years headed to see family. Last 2 or 3 times the service was slow. The restroom is beyond nasty. No toilet paper or paper towels. I was there before noon so there should be no excuse. Pure filth. Never will I stop here again... I can drive on down the road.

Food was old. Tasted like it had sat for awhile after being prepared which makes sense because it took a long time to get after ordering. We ordered three meals and all of them were the same, cold and unappetising.
