Used their pickup service for the first time at this Wal-Mart. They were very good and very serviceable. They were ready for me just as I arrived. Loading was quick and well done. No broken eggs or smashed bread.The bakery goods and chicken were very fresh and delicious. Staff very friendly and helpful 👍

Samantha at self checkout super rude no customer service at all. You should get a training for manners like hi hello. The basic is not to hard. When you work in retail you need to learn how to be nice to customers. Or go work somewhere else

I was visiting from NM needed some things, so went inside looking for cups, asked an employee working in the clothing department if she knew where the cups were, she could not speak or understand one word of English! So she proceeds to ask her associate she doesn't understand a word of English either!! What is going on??? This is an American company!! With employees that are hired to work in an American company that cannot speak a word of English!! 🤬 Shane on you Walmart! For hiring illegal immigrants!! I don't care how close El Paso is to the Mexican border, this is still America! And Walmart is an American owned company! Hiring people that are illegal! So wrong. The store is like the ghetto.. I wouldn't go back.

As always I can get everything I need within one visit. I was able to get my son his 1st pair of glasses, luggage, international plugs, and other items for the house in one quick visit. Also didn't even have to wait in long lines.

I was checked out by a cashier, all my items were in bags, yet I was accosted by a very rude person at the door to show my receipt, like I had done something wrong. I normally don't have a problem showing my receipt, but not if I'm going to get treated like that. A line was forming to get out the door while she was very rude to everyone trying to leave. I will no longer show my receipt when I leave this Walmart.

Our groceries were delivered to a different address 2/9/24, 12:00-1:00 PM. We did not receive our groceries, but we were still charged for them. No managers could help other than give us the 800 number.

I went to buy some legos for my family as a fun activity. I processed to check out and I used a coupon code to purchase them and it reduced the price. A employee helped me put the coupons into the machine to pay and then I went to the fore and an employee saw my receipt and proceeded to yell at me and tell that I did something when on the receipt it clearly showed that I payed for a Lego. They proceeded to take me to customer service and the manager there started yelling at me on what I was gonna do with the legos and how I did it when I showed them clearly the coupons I used were verified. She called me a liar and said I was being hostile and called a cop on me and he even saw I was calm. They eventually gave up because like I did nothing wrong they gave me a refund for everything I bought and she said we could’ve bought them full price and changed her mind and said we can go back tomorrow and repurchase them. She then told an employee to tell management that she actually does do her job. Her customer service was really bad and she must’ve acted this way just to prove herself to somebody. I was innocent and they knew I was that’s why they didn’t arrest me or anything. I will never be purchasing from here again.

I just love this Walmart cause their staff is so nice and kind they’re helpful like one time a lady trip and one of the staff members helped her up their so kind I suggest coming here cause they have a variety of food to toys,and mechanic tires and more so that’s why I love shopping at Walmart it’s just so much fun with the people helping you find what you need and sometimes they have samples so that’s why I love Walmart so come to Walmart!

Overall, the process for in-store pick up was very easy and so convenient. I had never utilized the service but was surprised at how simple it was. I was able to find the products and the quantity I wanted online and was promptly emailed with a confirmation. I was also given an opportunity to update the order in the event that I needed additional items. I received an email when the order was ready and the staff delivered the items a few minutes after I checked in. It was a great experience and I’ve continued to use it with the same great results. I couldn’t have asked for more! Great service!

Walmart everywhere is dirty. The employees try to avoid you and I got tired of spending $10k a year only to be treated like a theif. I'm not. And you're quick to call police on innocent people. I'm hoping you go by the way of K-mart. I guess I better not ever wear a helmet in El Paso Walmart... You'll call the police and have me trespassed.

Quick service with grocery pick up and verified both my items and substitutions they made. But I guess maybe they were joking around and accidentally called me after they loaded my groceries (caller ID said walmart grocery pickup) and all I heard was laughing and screaming on the phone, I thought I forgot something and then I asked if they meant to call and all they did was scream and hang up, they could've at least apologized because it's not a big deal, I just found it odd.

They lack any attention to the people who shop here. Employees are rude or curt most of the time. They have twelve registers and only 2-3 are ever open. I feel that they force me to use the self checkout, and I personally enjoy having a genuine human experience. Better off going to Target or Albertsons for the few extra bucks. I also would love to examine the ethics of this place. Apparently they can time travel. It's currently 4:36 PM on August 21,2022, but supposedly this hot dog was packaged at 6:33 PM two hours in the future. First they offer terrible service; then they lie. They're cheap, yes, but that shouldn't mean less quality for their paying clientele.

While shopping at Walmart I was surprised to find that every person working there took a minute to answer my questions.I must have asked about 5 individuals.All were polite, and answered correctly, because I found everything.I’ve never been to a Walmart for over 20 years.I will come back.The deal I got on a TV I couldn’t find anywhere else.Is it the people here in El Paso that make it nice?I’m from Los Angeles, CA.As long as I’m here, I’ll be returning to Walmart.Thank you Walmart clerks.

There is a lady that pretty much screams disrespectfully into the intercom every 5 min, 30 minutes before closing by saying that the store is gonna close. This has happened a lot lately. I feel very frustrated by the way this lady makes these announcements.Tonight there was this lady encouraging her by saying "or else I'll hit you" as a way of completing the announcement she was giving. This means they are aware of the way they sound.This is just horrible customer experience.We never had any problems with any other employees, they are always so nice.But tonight that lady was VERY disrespectful.I hope Walmart switches this position to someone who cares about the customer.

To keep things on an even keel, it is known that I am not a fan of Walmart shopping. Yet this specific location off of the Interstate at Mesa is impressive. What appears is a clean store with friendly staff and an abundance of product selection. We found everything we were looking for, and I even agreed to try their packaged extra lean ground beef. I think I will return to this location, again, at some point in the future, and explore more of the store besides just the grocery section. Thanks.

Customer service is awful! Ladies at self checkout are rude. They don’t know how to say thank you or you’re welcome. If you don’t like your job getting a new one.Update: Our family will no longer be buying from this store in any capacity. Return lady treated us like thieves from the get go. We did not put up with this nonsense. I understand the store suffers from theft but we were stopped and accused of not scanning something we were returning. Chola lady ask for receipt we gave it to her she said she was calling manager. We agreed left the car to be inspected and went to buy lotto tickets. When we returned the chola lady employee said it’s ok go. No “im sorry my mistake” Nothing. Extremely rude and unprofessionally dressed.Another thing, last we posted in 2020 store had 2.5 stars now they have close to 5. No way. The store has gotten worse not better.

Just a regular Walmart, I wouldn't recommend working here though. Also sometimes it is a bit messy and I do wish it was open for longer hours I like to get groceries late at night sometimes.
