The last several trips I've made to this particular Walmart I've noticed a definite decline in selection, availability, customer service, and a big increase in prices. Tonight I went around 9:30 pm and the aisles were pretty much already impassable. Totally blocked with cases and boxes everywhere. Some kid with a floor washer insisted on making me move out of his way instead of just going around me as I'm trying to get cereal for my kids so I said you know what, I'll just go if my presence in the store is disturbing your ability to clean the floor over a hour and a half before closing time. I took my cart of groceries up to customer service and left it there without buying a thing. It will be a long while before I return to this location. They had no decent fruit, meat, or bread anyway so why bother?

It's great to do pick up, but some of the staff can lack sometimes if you go into the store. I had a poor experience with a manager. I had to leave 300 dollars worth of groceries because of a system issue and my card got placed on a hold. I was then told that there was nothing they could do for me. It was a frustrating situation. Thank the lord for the other manager Lucy who stepped in to help.

Tire department is horrible. They had my father unscrew his tires, remove the tires, and then they balanced the tires and LITERALLY made him remount the tires soon after and reapply the screws.... because they didn't want to be liable? What's more liable than making a customer use the company's equipment and have them do the company's job on their work site, with a risk of the customer getting injured? Doesn't make sense at all. If they were unable to do the job due to incompetence or perhaps safety, they should've never allowed my father to take the screws off the tire or given the option for him to do it himself.Other than that, the manager present in that dpt assumed my father didn't speak English and was making unkind, unprofessional remarks.Very disappointing. Especially since it was my childhood Wal-Mart and having to experience that after 20+ years of loyalty. So I'd suggest you look elsewhere for your tire needs if you care for your safety and your families.

Tire Department Bad Customer Service.Yesterday March 21, 2024, around 8:30 am took my car to get new tires. They told me it will take 2 hours to complete. Around 10:30 am, I received a call from them stating they cannot remove the tires on the driver side. I told them to go ahead and replaced the tires on the passenger side since they were able to remove them. At 11:00 am, i received a text stating car is ready. When i get to pick up the car, i wanted to make sure the lug nuts were not stripped. The Team lead - Carlos removed the cover and i inspected the lug nuts. They were in good condition so i decided to give it a try to loosen up the tires. I was able to lose them up and I ask the Team Lead if they can now install the other two tires. One of the technicians (female) stated they cannot touch my car because they heard a weird noise when i loosen up the Lug nuts. I explained to her that those have been screwed with an impact power tool, so they were super tight.They instead of doing the job, stated that if i wanted I can remove the tires myself and they will do the mounting and balancing. Because they didn’t want to be liable if anything happens to my car. I didn’t have any other option but to take that route since I was traveling that same day. They lend me the hydraulic jacks to lift my car and removed the tires. Finally, they mount the tires and balanced them, and I proceed it to mount tires myself.The car I took had license plates from Mexico. So, while i was waiting for the tires to be mounted i can hear how an ACC Couch by the name of John started telling the female technician that she should be screaming back to them and then he turned towards me. Every time he would pass by me, he would look at me with an angry attitude.When I asked the Team Lead to add the Hazard coverage to the other 2 tires, he declined stating they didn’t mount the tires in my car. They didn’t installed them in my car but they did the mounting and balancing... I don't understand their reasoning...What worries me more is that they allow the customer to put their life at risk using their tools -Hydraulic Jacks without knowing if I had experience with them. What if the car accidentally falls on top of me? what if I get hurt by doing their Job? Even one of the manager's agree that once i have loosen up the lug nuts they should've done the work.I will think twice next time to go back to this Walmart for my Automotive needs.

This is one of the worst places to work at they treat u bad have no respect for you I put in so much hard work and they don’t even recognize what I do for them plus I was supposed to get 1$ more for being overnight and I didn’t get it. I end up finding out they lower the minimum wage jajajaj like what company does that it’s ridiculous!!!!!!! I’m putting in my 2 weeks notice soon good riddance 😌NEVER WORK HERE YOU WILL THANK ME

Bad experience wanted to do some quick shopping, but one of their csr in the infant clothing section was rude to my eight year old that snapped my buttons and let one of their managers to call her attention and it was like nothing happened it felt I should of talked to the wall instead she is a lady Latina with red hair and glasses in the night shift.

Update: i had to do a return, customer service lady was not up for it, i had my phone ready since it was bought online, she pulled my bag out of my hand and said scanning the bar code on the bag would be faster. She got upset because i paid with paypal, she kept smirking and making sounds. I said she could refund me whichever way was easier for her, she gave me cash and never a receipt.

Their Money management team was inappropiate in their actions towards me. They kept finding "excuses" not to process my Western Union cash receiving situation. Even though I had a passport and a written form of proof of residency by my landlord, because I was waiting to get my driver's license renewed. Edit July 2023, this Walmart just doesnt care about pets mixing in with human food. Another one with pet inside where human kids would sit in. Workers at walmart walking by without informing that patron "pet ls are not allowed".There is something special about some of the dog owners in El Paso. Service animals do not need the padding to sit in where people put human babies in. Walmart is a place that sell foods, why do walmart let pets in to begin with? So those pet owners think it's okay for human foods to cover in their pet's hair? We have to worry about fleeces from your pets? My pet stays at home, if you can't house train your pets and leave them at home, maybe you should take a step back and think if you qualify to be a pet owner

I have been coming to this store for about three years now. One thing I see is they let most Hispanic person go but if they see black person they insist asking for receipt. Today i slowly moved and watched. One of the employees let everyone go except he had to see my receipt for loaf of bread and case of water even though I was helped ringing it by a nice lady right there. I wish the management there revise and educate these kids working there.Treat everyone equally. Dont be biased by your personal emotions....

I bought a gift card at Walmart. As a gift for my sister .we both went to Walmart to use it.the cashier said it was no good it did not have no money. I had my receipt. The manager said that the receipt did not match the cards..so I wanted to see the video..which shows exactly the card I bought that day. The cashier help me that day .with the giftcards .that I bought..And I talk to 3 managers and none of them did nothing. I lose my money .someone took my money...how can I trust them now ..Security are looking out for thief's.so they dont steal fror Walmart. Who looked out from me.

My fiancé just bought this defective and in terrible condition PS5 remote controller from this Walmart last night. We paid in electronics with a guy named Sal. When my fiancé got home with his friend to play he opened the box and the remote was not only in terrible condition, but didn’t work and was missing the cables. We couldn’t believe it. So we obviously went to Walmart the next day to return and get reimbursed. We were greeted Vanya who sought advice from the other clerks and said it couldn’t be returned in that condition. We explained that’s how it came in the box, that’s how it was purchased, they sold it to us like that. She called over her manager Rosie and she told us no, it can’t be returned like that and said something about the box being tampered. She tried insinuating that we stole it even though we had a receipt and I told them they can check the cameras to see we were there last night and purchased it. Then they insinuated we took out the new remote and put in an old one to return and get the money back. I called them out cause they were insinuating we we scammers or something! So then they offered an exchange but we didn’t want to buy from them again and get another defective remote. So we demanded the money returned to the original card. Rosie said she was going to make an exception this one time. They gave us they money back (pending 3-5 days) but we’re extremely rude and unprofessional. Vanya didn’t want to give me her name and when she did rolled her eyes and said it with sass (was not wearing her badge). This needs to be addressed. Both selling a “new” item in this condition and their attitude and lack of customer service.

So went here and got a few things saw some good prices and was pretty excited, went to pay and that’s where it went bad.the pajamas that were marked down they had wrong I asked the lady who was there why they were advertised that way as u clearly see there is multiple, she rudely pulled them away from me and said they had barely gotten in and didn’t even let me get them back. I went off and got the same pjs and when I paid, the same employee came back to check my receipt as if she was assuming I stole something. (I’m not a thief so that was a bit embarrassing.) she saw that everything was paid for and I was able to go. It was not at all a good experience more humiliating than anything

My go to for pretty much everything! Workout supplements, food, diapers and baby products, video games, home decor (not so much but every now and then), cleaning products for sure and shampoo/soap are some of what I buy the most here but there’s just about anything you need.

IL like this location overall, easy to get everything and with the self checkouts it makes it faster arleast for myself. Update they have so many pickup spots now and a whole building just for pickups. If you're trying to get your items picked up, you need to order 4 to 5 hrs in advance for morning, I ordered at 11 and had windows available for 4 pm and later.
