This is the worst Walmart I have visit so far. management is very unprofessional. Management feels entitled. They see their customers as no value. Be aware they display prices that are not accurate. And management will not honor or price match. Miss Rosa the management on staff is very unprofessional after I had showed her the price and made her aware of as management she could adjust the price. But she refused and in front of my eyes she moved the incorrect sign over to give me the feeling I was not a valued customer.

The manager in the autocenter was very nice and helpful. Store was neat and tidy during shopping while I was waiting for my flat tire to be fixed.

I am not a fan of the auto service center. Had to exchange a battery. It took 40 minutes for someone to even come out and when someone did they were busy talking to another worker after 10 min he finally asked me if I needed help. 😑 8 months pregnant and another child with me. Waiting 50 minutes for a simple battery exchange was not my favorite 😒

Like that they have brought Real People to check you out. I believe cashiers are much more efficient than automated machines as people error n thus you must wait for a Human to correct error n put machine back online. Again time wasted where as real people can correct faster.

This morning it seemed as if the person at the front only greets Hispanics. Both time she did not acknowledge me however was able to speak Spanish to the other customers. Not too mad just wish your front door employee didn’t use selective greeting skills and just greet everyone that walks through the door or just don’t greet anyone at all. 02/08/2024 8:47am

I needed help in electronics and one of the girls referred me to the lady at the counter.While I appreciate the fact that she looked to be busy with a technician at the photo area, she told me to go over to the ear buds to see what is wanted. When I responded that I did not know what I needed nor where they were located in the store, she waved 'over on the wall'.I waited a long time.I needed help.The blond lady never came.

This store is further away from me but it's 10 times better than then one on hondo pass and on transmountain. Customer service is great the food is always fresh and not about to expire like food at hondo pass store. The employees are alot nicer and you can tell this store is managed properly and its very clean inside and out.

This Walmart is not bad at all on the inside. It’s what’s going on outside that scares me. When you are trying to put your groceries up or sitting in your car you constantly have drug addicts or homeless people asking for money. I had one to sneak up behind me quickly to ask for money and I didn’t have no idea where they came from or didn’t see them coming. Do not leave family in the car while you shop your family will be constantly harassed by them because they want money. Be Safe!!!!

It's never full at the times that my daughter takes me and there real nice they answered your question and help you the only problem is the entrance to come into the parking it's kinda small to turn as you come in in front of store parking lot if you can remove some of the where the trees are make it more wider it's the curve right away thank you but other than that I love coming to Walmart plus I used to work for 7 years at the other Walmart

Terrible!!!... Awful customer service, nobody to offer ANY assistance !!!! ... Every employee walking around like Joe Biden..... not a care in the world!!!! (Obviously, night crew does ALL the stocking)!!!! .... I guess that's the new employee policy, avoid all customers. Period. Nope!! Sad location, sad business! ... and EVERYTHING, but what you really need !! .... there's better locations, people !!

My sis and I love potato bread, but I've noticed that they only put out 2 loaves all the time. That's super frustrating for me! I like to buy at least 4 loaves at one time! Also, entering the parking lot always feels dangerous because of all the traffic and stop signs near the entrance!

This store has horrible stocking. There always out of the most basic stuff, which is annoying because it means you have to go to two stores to get your shopping done. It's like they don't pay any attention, or just don't care. They will be out of the same stuff two or three weeks in a row. Today, they had no cilantro (and staff said they were out, but were probably just too lazy to go in back to check). Eighteen different produce bins near the cilantro bin were completely empty. That's ridiculous.

Very busy and the lines were ridiculously long, there were 2 checkout lines with human workers backed up around 25 mini and both ends of the checkout areas have “Self Checkout” that was backed up at least 20 minutes. The store itself was very organized and clean but very crowded. I went on a Sunday so it was totally my fault but I will go either on a Tuesday or I will go during the overnight hours.

Great place to shop for everything. Associates are very friendly and helpful. Luis the store manager is super. Open 6 am to 11 pm except some holidays. Everyday low prices. Two to three dollars less than Albertsons and Walgreens on everything.

This Walmart is similar to other Walmart here in El Paso TX. But overall, this outlet has more collection of different types of products especially gift items during any occasion like Halloween/Thanksgiving. Found some products always that are not available to other Walmarts.

Got everything we needed and then some. Twice the employees helped us find items we dont buy alot. But we got several items for Christmas gifts done. Today was also the opening day of the Wal-Mart that was closed since aug 3rd murders. May the innocent rest in peace in heaven. God bless to them and their families.
