I am kind of displeased to say it, but the best I may be able to do is at least a 2 Star to the establishment.I had been coming to this Walgreens for a little while because I was coming in to grab waters over here, but throughout my time a good chunk of my visits have been rather strange, but my most recent visit back in Mid August was very unprofessional and not really up to what I had expected.While visiting I had came into the Walgreens because I was going about my daily routine, grabbing some waters like how I usually do, but earlier at the time a random gentlemen had originally started getting a little too close to where I was (He was a homeless man, one of those types that stand out in the front) He walked into the store to get something, but by doing so he was attempting to cut the line, pushing my cart and got in the exact same register I was in, of course I was there at the register before him, and the person at the counter took him in first (I believe it was a lady) Instead of me and instead of assisting me first she kind of blew me off as if I didnt exist, Did not ask me at all for a phone number like they usually do, and she completely ignored me when I was trying to place my coupon to get the Walgreens savings, I actually placed my number on the kiosk where you get the coupon, I had even mentioned it as well but she didn't put it in and ignored me. I was going up to purchase the waters at the normally discounted price as I get them for the savings, But I was not bothered to be checked up on and instead treated unfairly, rudely and she was unprofessional. Normally I'm tolerant, but this was the last straw.Throughout the whole time, the experience wasn't always bad, there are some staff members that did do a good job and I applaud them for that, but I am very disgusted about the last experience. I am personally disappointed with this establishment and some of the workers who are not taking it seriously, I won't be returning anytime soon.

Don't really have a problem with the employees, The issue is the store itself, The outside is absolutely filthyTrash everywhere human waste on the sidewalk overwhelmed with Illegals panhandling not a safe area to shop.

Employees are uniformly helpful. Pharmacy is always crowded, so go early with time to spare. Company rules are illogical. At age 73, I can't buy beer without an ID. Between food stamps and insurance benefit cards, I can spend it all when they wouldn't have a clue if the cards were even mine. Stupidity and lawyers reign. Got to mention 3 standout employees, each who have gone the extra mile for me. Adrian (mgr), Pat (cashier), and Melissa (pharmacy). Fact is, I've never met rude or indifferent workers there at all.

Great for common items that most of the downtown stores sell in lower quality. Nice for a quick snack or to grab a few things to make a meal without having to go to the grocery store. Usually get In and out quickly since its not really packed with people most of the time.

Extremely bad customer service by the woman at the cashier around 7:40 on 10/9/20. The man who checked me out was great but when I asked to use the restroom the woman said she closed them already even though the store closes at ten and they’re public bathrooms. Clearly she just wanted to leave early and doesn’t care about her customers. I’m from out of town and had nowhere else to go. What was I supposed to leave my dirty tampon in the parking lot? Terrible customer service by that woman definitely won’t be going back.

The woman very rudely would not let me use the public restroom at 7:40 pm saying they were closed when I have used that restroom well past that time in the past. Very rude about it and I'm from out of town. Clearly she was too lazy to open it for me. Never going back there

This is the only drive thru pharmacy and the second in El Paso's downtown. Their restroom is accessible and available upon request. This establishment is generally busy with patrons that are traveling to or from Juarez, Mexico. There is plenty parking spaces.

The place is always very clean and they serve you kindly, the only problem is that sometimes they take a long time to serve you when you ask for help in the areas with locked products.

Now I am here at the pharmacy, I came to get a refill and the employee very despotically tells me to wait an hour, the pharmacy employees are always angry and are very despotic or they are not friendly at all, very bad experience. It's the Walgreens that is at 302 South Oregon St in El Paso Texas 79901, it's 4:00pm....Thank you.
