My boys were looking rough and we decided to try out a mobile service for the first time, so I called and we spoke about coming out here and giving them a cut and bath. I told him the breed and weight to quote us. Everything except the pricing was great (we had agreed to 200, maybe 220 for the three dogs but in the end they bumped up to 250 after they were done -:) While the Boys are looking good for summer, just wish they were more upfront with us. Not sure the extra hundred we spent is worth it.

The worker was very nice and I felt genuinely cared about my cat however, the shave was ok. The worker did tell me that he struggled with it because my cat kept hitting him. So, maybe not his fault that it was a bit choppy. All in all I would go back for another hair cut. It's better than being matted.

Alisha was AWESOME... she arrived before appointment time and got to know the boyz... Kolbie, Castiel and Billy Bailey ... they look great after not being groomed for 4 months...April 10,2024---- I am TRULY satisified with the service that Alsiha has given us ... very happy that she is getting married but said that she is leaving us. I lived in El Paso for a bit over 3 years but only found Vom Baron 10 months ago. I had previously tried multiple groomers for my 2 full size doodles with terrible luck. Both dogs loved seeing this groomer, they were always cut exactly as described, and I never had issues. I seemed to be charged differently on each visit but the total was always reasonable for my dogs. I’m moving to Germany or I’d continue taking my dogs here! Great service.

Highly recommend Alisha! I had a hard time finding the right groomer for my poodle clan until I gave Vom Barons try and I was not disappointed. I do not have to worry about my dogs being mistreated, they do not come back knicked or traumatized. Alisha is so great with my dogs, she has so much patience and is truly a dog person and does a great job. If you are looking for that right person who will take care if your dog and do a a fantastic job, this is the the place.

I recently used Vom Baron's Mobile Grooming services for my boy pit and girl pit/lab mix and I couldn't be happier with the service. My boy is just a full grown puppy and loves bathtime so I wasn't worried with him at all but my girl is a bit mean sounding when she barks and is an excited barker and scares people sometimes so I've been concerned to have her groomed by a stranger because I figured she might seem mean and they wouldn't go thru with grooming her. Shes never bit anyone ever and really she is a sweetheart if you just don't let her scare you. I informed them of this and they were fine and my dogs were pretty well behaved and came back happy and strutting their stuff and smelling lovely. Would 100% recommend Vom Baron's mobile grooming service!

Our poodle doesn’t do well with grooming at all. While every place I tried to check for her, they didn’t even try to get her trust. Ruben is great with Cinnamon. He Has the patients she needs to calm her down. He does a great job every time.

It was great...very good service and didn't take that long at all. Prices were fair for different size dogs, they also include a deluxe package for a bit more $ but worth it. I would definitely come back.

Danielle is amazing! My cockapoo is a little nervous Nelly and he loves her! She does a great job, and my pup comes home happy. The location is very convenient, and the prices are super reasonable. I'll never take my dog anywhere else!

This place doesn't deserve 1 star! This bad situation occurred a couple years ago. I was so worried because I was waiting for my 3 dogs all day. I dropped them off in the morning and they were done around 9pm. They never answered the phone to let me know what was going on! So finally around 9pm they called me to tell me they were ready. So when I asked them what happened they said that they were very busy so they took my 3 dogs to another location in the northeast! I can't believe it how they nonchalantly just told me that !!! How did they dare do that without my consent! My dogs looked so sad and were hungry and thirsty. To make matters worse their cuts were not even nice.

I used the grooming mobile service and the groomer was on time. He was also very accommodating and full service for a long haired dog was $60 which is reasonable. Suggestions would be discounted after multiple dogs or provide deals.

I've been hearing mixed views about this place. Thankfully for me, this place has been doing an outstanding job with my dogs whenever I've taken them. The dogs always look clean and well groomed. It really helps that they are open on Sundays as I sometimes have errands or work related activities on Saturdays which take up most of my day. Keep up the good work!

Professional, answered my questions, prices are good, and my fur baby looks great! He's a really hairy dog and sheds everywhere, so I got him deshedded and no more fur in the house. Highly recommend. I did the mobile service!

I do not live in El Paso, but I visit my sister often. When we do, we bring our dog with us and she absolutely loves her "spa" day at Vom Baron's. It's obvious that the staff enjoy their jobs and love the animals. Easy to get an appointment and very affordable prices. We have a very large dog (120 lbs) and they've had no issues handling her.

Honestly I'm not hard to please with service but this is the worst dog grooming experience I've had. I've taken my dog (medium size dog) to the groomers multiple time and never had an issue. Each groomer didn't have an troubles if only minor problems since my dog doesn't like his feet played with too much. In fact they all said he was the easiest which I was watch them groom my dog and believed them. Plus I've groom my dog myself too so I know how easy it is. However I took my dog here cause my clippers broke. Normally it only takes an hour to groom my dog but instead took a little over three hours. I could tell my dog did not have a good experience here either with the way he was acting afterwards. Prices are cheap but I will not be taking my dog here again.

Ruben was very nice and affordable but they had a loose cat in the reception area. Luckily my lab doesn't care about cats but I'm allergic so I didn't appreciate the cat roaming around. The front area was extremely dirty and the couches they had to sit on were stained and pretty dirty. Not sure I'll be back. I get its a grooming place but I don't feel comfortable leaving my dog in such any uninviting and dirty place.

I was very happy with the service that was provided. My 3 Bichons came out looking wonderful and they were in really bad shape. We just moved here from Illinois and had a really hard time finding a groomer I was comfortable with. Besides my puppies really liked the groomers from the minute I walked in the door. I will continue to go to Vom Baron.One more thing I want to add since I did read the reviews, why is it that many of you complained about something going wrong but when you all had previously gone to this shop and were happy with the service you never posted anything then?People just love to complain but never ready to praise people.I am definitely going to need to adjust to the ways of this city, don't think to highly of it as of yet.Well anyway, I will praise you guys (Vom Baron).... you did a wonderful job.Thank You

I adopt dogs with adjustment problems and trust issues, so sometimes regular things can be a bit of a challenge. Today, I took my 85 pound scaredy dog, Phoenix, in for a bath and a blowout. Phoenix has trust issues we have been working on. She gets regular baths and brushing at home, but I don't have a power dryer to blow out her undercoat. I thought she might finally be able to handle a desperately needed bath and blowout. The groomer was willing to work with me to deal with my dog if I needed to be there, but also willing to try to deal with Phoenix on her own. Thinking that if I wasn't there to hide behind, Phoenix might relax for her, I sat in the parking lot in my car, waiting for a flag down from the groomer if she needed help. After about 30 minutes, the groomer flagged me. I raced in, and there stood my little chicken, wagging her tail, bathed and blown out, with her nails trimmed too. The groomer was fantastic, and the prices are very reasonable. I will be taking my dogs there again.

All we can say is WOW! If you do not like leaving your loving pets caged for hours for grooming, then this is not the place for you. We made an 11:00 a.m. appointment for our dog to get grooming services well in advance with Von Boom Grooming on Resler Ave. We promptly took her in 15 minutes prior her set appointment and advised the individual that she is a rescue dog with anxiety issues and needed to be handled with care. We checked in on her at 12:30 pm to see if she was almost ready for pick up, only to find the indifferent response of the “OWNERS BOYFRIEND”, that she had not been attended to and could not give us a time when she would be ready. We advised him that we had an appointment scheduled at 11:00 for the very reason that we didn’t want her caged too long due to her anxiety and his excuse was that they had 16 dogs come in before her. We let him know that the purpose of us setting an appointment and not going in as a walk in, was to ensure she would not be held in the cage for any extended period of time. We have been Pet owners all our lives and have taken our Pets for grooming at different places, and not never have we encountered such a disregard for the well-being of these precious creatures. I dare to ask, What is the purpose of an appointments?? Obviously, this establishment doesn’t know and/or care! UBELEIBABLE, THEY CLAIM TO BE IN BUSINESS FOR 11 YEARS!!! LAST TIME WE SET FOOT IN THIS POORLY MANAGED, UNRELIABLE AND INSENTITVE ESTABLISHMENT!

I took our boxer here about a year ago. Let me cut to the chase and tell you: Don't take your dog here!A simple bath took an hour longer than I was quoted. Also, the store is disgusting. It smells of urine and dirty dog. I really don't understand how they operate a business. The "wait area" had one, rusty metal chair and an old Halloween costume hanging on the wall. That's it. This place looks like a front for money laundering. The place is just gross.And my poor dog wasn't even clean when I picked her up.NEVER AGAIN.

They do an excellent job on our mini Schnauzer. This is typically very hard to find, which anyone with a Schnauzer knows... groomer Ruben is great. Very nice, very professional, very prompt. We are very happy to have found this groomer.

Danille has groomed both my dogs for the last year or so and both of them have come out amazing... great job. The place is not the cleanest but for the work they do, it's okay. Will be back again.

Our dog Mio loves going to Vom Baron for a wash. When I pull up to the shop he flies out of the car and heads for the door. Been going there for a couple of years. Ruben has trimmed Mio's fur several times and we've always been happy with the results. Prices are very reasonable as well.

This place is awesome. They take walk-ins. And will stay late until all puppies have been picked up. Super friendly staff. Always satisfied with my pups when I pick them up. Super fair princess.

I took my golden retriever and my pomeranian to this place on Saturday May 10. The golden retriever was fine but my pomeranian was cut raw from the back. He did have poop sticking to his fur so maybe that had something to do with it. I would had rather they call me and tell me that he was going to be left in these conditions. He has been in so much pain. One of his eyes also had blood in the inside of it and one of the back paws was left long (not shaved). I had taken my dogs there before and nothing like this had ever happened.
