We used to love going to the pet station. Not today. We take our malamute and pomeranian during shedding season to get rid of all the hair and do full grooming othem. Meaning bath, conditioner, hair mask, nail trimming, hygiene cut and trimming hair this usually takes us 3 hours tops. We got there and within 30 minutes we had a worker asking us how much longer. I was barely doing a shampoo on my malamute. If you know the breed you know these dogs will take a good amout of time to be able to rinse out all the shampoo from their first and under coat AND dry them completely (they could get fungus in their skin if you don't do this correctly). One hour later I am blow drying my malamute and we had another worker come in asking again how much longer and asking if we would be okay if another customer used the tub. Mind you its already my husband and myself with 2 dogs in there. We did not agree and he started cleaning the tubs making our dogs very nervous. Behind him a girl with a pit bull on a muzzle came in being rude and screaming to us telling us to get out already. To which the worker who was still inside with us cleaning didn't say anything. We have gone other times and the workers always tell you they don't know the wait time if someone is already in there and we had never minded because we understand each breed takes a different time. We have also had employees other times tell us it might be a good waiting if they have big dogs. But these employees made the situation escalate instead of helping it. This could of turned into a very ugly situation.

If there was an option of zero stars that’s what I would give. Bad customer service. Manager on August 25th at 6 pm Laurie Esparza was very rude. Did not communicate properly when asked about an even exchange on an item. Not very professional was eating and smacking on some candy. She proceeded to tell me that she couldn’t do an exchange on an item of the same value; she asked for receipt but I didn’t have it and told her I was a member and she couldn’t find the receipt and said no exchange could be done without it. When there has been other occasions where I was able to.

I just left tractor supply for the first time. As a new vegetable grower I was excited to enter. No customer service what so ever. I was looking for potatoes and was in line when one worker said the other lady can help me out at other register. When waiting in line the employee that told me to switch lines called the person behind me to ring them up. Then I asked if they had potatoes for planting and very rude not even looking at me in the face said “we threw them out” I don’t know if I was being discriminated against since I’m not a regular but definitely not coming back here

I was on the search for dog food and not sure what to get. Daisy helped me find the perfect food. She ended up convincing me to get the credit card so I can get rewards for the dog food I will be buying.

I was fortunate to find my cats vaccinations. They have all kinds on animal health accessories. Such a huge store I did not have time to run it threw. Very happy with my purchase and will return soon. 🤟🔜😄😄

Among the worse customer service I’ve experienced. A long line at the checkout was was moving very slowly. Another register was open and began to assist the staff member took other people from the long line and helped them. I moved to the new line and she told me she can’t help me and I needed to move back to the long line. I would seem to me that you would help everyone and reduce the longer line. I could not tell if she was just being rude, lazy or just plan discriminatory as i see no difference in helping me as she did the persons in front of me. Pathetic. Don’t shop here! There was NO valid reason no to help me.

Today my son and I walked into this store for the first time, we were heading to the back part of the store when a young lady that works there was coming out of some back doors when she walked right beside us showing no manners not even saying excuse me when passing us, nor showing us any time of good customer service. We ended up not feeling welcomed being our first time at the store. The only employee that treated us nicely was the cashier.

I love this place. It has a large variety of merchandise; I shop for dog food, hardware, tools, lawn and garden items, and various other things I use around the house here. The staff is always friendly and ready to help. Being part of their Neighbors Club (free) has some perks too. The one I enjoy most is their about quarterly 10% off coupon on everything in the store for your whole purchase.

To be clear, this was not the store itself.I attempted to buy a horse blanket on their website that I needed immediately. The only filter I used was 'pick up at store'. It brought up two options and I ordered one. To be fair, I messed up and chose 'ship to store' when I got to that page, because the only other option was shipping to my home. I was a little stressed at the time and I relied on that search filter and thought it was the same thing. Had the filter worked correctly it would have said "no resultes" to begin with. I called customer service about 12 hours later after visiting the store and the really nice girl on the phone said no one there could give my money back for 5-7 business days. I feel the whole incident was purposefully convenient to get an order out of me at any cost. And that may get sales but it won't get customers. It is now 10 calendar days later, and and I just now followed up on my list if things to do. The customer service rep said no return had been processed on my complaint when I called 10 days ago. I didn't ask how long this time, when she said she processed the return. I can't picture myself dealing with these people again.

I like going into this place fir things I cannot find elsewhere. Needed a pump for out water well. Found it here. Found the best diatomaceous earth for my animals. I use it too fir cleaning my carpets from any critters.

Thought I picked up two of the identical item because they were located in the same spot. The cashier was very rude about the situation, made me go back to get the correct item, and wait in line all over again after already waiting for several minutes. Went in for two items, came out with nothing as I'm not going to spend my money somewhere that wastes my time.Responding to owner: I was excited when I saw there was a Tractor Supply Co. as I just moved here and TSC was always reliable back home. I won't be spending my money at this store.

The redneck, white, blonde and blue gun toting, beer guzzling cashier made my experience below par. Here I am, a disabled veteran, seeking help. His attitude was misogynistic at best. I'm glad he is miserable here. I just needed help. Go back to Lubbock, "Travis" ....

Very disappointed at service. Went for pain medicine for one of my six dogs the eldest is 16 years old I get to register and I tell guy good morning while keeping my distance he heard me he didn't response while I put my bottle of dog aspirin on counter for him he picks up but drops on floor next to my side he didn't say nothing just waited for me to pick up not sorry or anything. What is the problem with him

The products they carry are fine but customer service is horrible, especially at the cashiers, where they are rude and unfriendly. The store tries to convey an atmosphere consistent with that of a country store but the employees behave as if they were trained at the largest retailers store WM that sits across the loop. They are in such a hurry to get you out that they cannot answer questions. Heaven forbid they show you where something is that you have already searched for. It was once my favorite store but treatment is very discouraging. Stores in other parts of the country do not have noxious treatment at the end of the shopping experience. Tractor Supply Company is a traded company and one would expect better.Update: I have continued to shop there and the service has improved. The cashiers are friendlier than they were when I initially posted this review.

I really enjoy tractor supply for lots of stuff. But the hi pro dog food is awesome. My dogs never get sick on it and never loose weight like on some of the $40 a bag brands. Half the price its worth it! We use half the amount of dog food because they dont have to eat as much of it.

I have shopped at a few of these stores as I buy a lot of animal feed. Unfortunately, they are all the same. They seem to have a problem keeping things in stock, and if they have it, don't stock their shelves. I have to ask for what I want just about every time I go in there. They need to hire someone just to keep the shelves stocked. How hard is that? Very frustrating when you have to drive an hour to get there. I'm considering shopping elsewhere for feed. Update: June 2019-Again, went to buy horse feed, my brand not in stock. I asked employee why they can't keep feed in stock and they were quite rude. I am now buying my feed elsewhere.

Prices Have been Going up extremely fast in all dog food and chicken feed. Not so happy with this place now :( might start heading somewhere alse for that. . . .but they come up with good deals at times in other products

Awesome 👍. They always are. First time though they didn't have my grain for my horse. It was their brand that we buy and they were out. Did not come in for 3 days. Not good..

Great selection of everything. Sometimes they sell chickens.They also sell vaccines for ur dogs to put ur self.Staff is always friendly and very helpful even to carry ur items out to car. Sometimes the mobil vet in parked out front for all ur furr baby shots.

These stores are more oriented toward working people and Farmers. They carry a more diverse inventory that covers the gaps left by the pet supply stores and the home improvement stores. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Tractor supply has it all if your a land scaper or foreman, or whatever. I'm not great in this area but they have almost all you need for your outdoor necessities. From gardens, to ranches and farms! This place is nice and the staff is very helpful.

Great service!!! Today I received a complete exchange for a water pump I purchased last August 2017. Why is this so great? Well the manufacturer ignored me but when I told the manager of Tractor Supply he said bring it to the store and I will give you a new one. I received it today the whole process was simple and smooth. I highly recommend This Tractor Supply on Alemada in El Paso Tx. Their customer service is out of this world!!!!!
