I stood in front of the tool counter for 30 minutes waiting for apparently the one person out of 40 employees that has a key to unlock the tools. I have a pro account. I have jobs to do. This on guy with the key to the tools is making keys and chatting with random people. While there is a line of 8-10 people waiting for him to come open the tools. Unbelievable. I talk to Jacob the manager who told me other people have keys to tools but apparently none of the 20 employees I asked did. What a dumb system. Save yourself some time and go to a different Home Depot.

Home Depot has been my go-to for years. I love their very helpful staff and can find what I need at great affordable prices. I also enjoy going in the summer. Their plants are beautiful (the plants that I'm including in the post were tiny when I bought them) and have a great selection of grills. The one i bought, we have truly enjoyed. Can't go wrong with Home Depot.

Always the same kind of service which is none. The employees are rude or take forever to help you. And when you ask for help they get upset. I waited 10mins in the appliance department and no one there to help. I saw 2 employees working near by and said that’s not my department but I’ll call someone. Then I finally see an employee coming and helps another person who walked in front of her. I’m over this place. Horrible service.

Me and my wife were looking to purchase a washer and dryer and Mr. Gabriel was helping us out to make the purchase. My credit card was offering cash back if purchased online but Mr. Gabriel from appliances was extremely polite, helpful and took his time to demostrate and show us the differences between machines. He should get recognition for his performance and attitude. Definitely recommend anyone to go to this Home Depot and ask for Mr. Gabriel for help, if needed.Thank You sir.

Standard big box store. We stopped going there first when they made veterans use a phone app that didn't work. We've since established a good rapport with Lowes, they give veterans a card to scan, works at any register.

I was extremely confused about which lights to get because I have those flat ones that go in the ceiling. I was wondering around and no one really cared. I bought some but returned them because they didn’t fit and the return lady gave me a hard time when I returned them even though I had my receipt.

This is a review on their curbside pick up. The wait is more than 60mins. Its better for you to go inside and pick up your item. The app tracking is useless. Why even say your order is ready to get picked up & still make you wait because they still have to get it from the back!

I needed to hook up my garden hose to the sink. I went to Ace Hardware, I went to Lowes, I went to Ferguson's. Juventino in this Home Depot's plumbing section, was the only person in the area that could help me. Excellent customer service! I will come to Home Depot first more often now.

Smh I had signed up my kids for the kids workshop weeks in advance…. My kids were feeling under the weather so they weren’t present. The website does say kids don’t have to be present that we can take the kits home. Which employees there refuse to give me the kits and told me to call the next day to see if they had any more kits left. That’s false advertisement and is wack how I signed up and couldn’t get their materials. I could have been any other parent and could have gotten everyone sick having my kids be present….

Shopping in store is not so bad. Lowe’s does offer better customer service, shopping online though….now that’s a totally different beast. I ordered a Ryobi electric riding lawnmower and I had to do it over the phone because Home Depot doesn’t honor the military discount online. I got a Loyal Customer discount instead which is also 10%. The lawnmower included the bagging kit which I paid an extra $349 for. After frantically tracking the item, it finally arrived and noticed it was the mower only. No biggie, I’m sure the bagging kit shipped separately. I noticed that the metal shipping frame was damaged. It was bent and some of the welding joint had been torn apart (pictures attached). Again, no biggie since I didn’t see any damage on the lawnmower but still a little concerning. I called Home Depo a few days later to let them know that I hadn’t received the bagging kit and the rep. was pretty puzzled and asked me to give it more time. A week later, same thing. The home depo rep. could only see that the mower was shipped and delivered and said to either return the item or wait. Ok…a week later and another phone call and the rep. put a tracer on the shipment and said that someone would contact me within 3 business days. 4 days later and another call and the rep. had to be authorized to refund me the original $349 and re-ordered the bagging kit. She gave me a whole 5% discount to keep me as a loyal customer!? That’s about $17.49… All this month long run-around without being able to use the lawnmower was worth that.. Oh well,. Home depo won’t allow me to add this experience in my online review of the mower either…how convenient. any who, I will finally be able to put this mower to work 5 weeks after receiving it and will definitely go Lowe’s, especially when ordering online. I used to love you Home Depot, but this toxic relationship needs to end.

Employees never smile they never be in a hurry to help you, only new employees like to help people, some of the old faces that have been there for 20 years never smile and they avoid people at and are there to collect paycheck.. management does a horrible job getting rid of the homeless people in the parking lot that harass you every time you go

Purchased a shop vac from the store. When I opened it up it was already used. It had dirt and water inside it, and a moldy smell. It’s pretty disappointing the staff didn’t check a returned product before putting it back on the shelf to re-sell.

Theres got to be a better way to deal with installs and repairs. Got a new garage door opener to be installed. Stopped working in a few days. Not a big deal. We contacted the contractor to come fix it. He told us to call home depot. In hold for 25 mins. Still cant find someone to help me. 17 mins into the call, they said i need to come in person to place a work order at the mill desk. I used to work at home depot 13 years ago. This is not right. I cant find anyone to help me with my garage door problem. Edited: I tried online. The website says no on in my zip code can help. I heard someone pick up the phone. The hung it up. They didnt want to deal with me

They have paints, blinds, refrigerators, stoves, lumber, tile, carpeting, light bulbs, alarms, tools, etc. You can just about find everything here to complete your home and lawn projects. Some of your projects can be professionally installed too. Staff is friendly and helpful.

They did not have exactly what I wanted but I believe the fault lies with the manufacturer because they did have something by the same company that was so similar it was obviously an "updated" version.
