This used to be my "go-to" Ross. Now, they NEVER have enough employees checking out customers, even on weekends when the store is packed. The line will be all the way out in the aisle and they have 2 checkers. One time I asked if another employee could start checking and the manager-not sure of her name- wouldn't even look at me. So rude and really poor customer service

Best place for decorating finds, I just live every single Ross I've been in. Really need one in Horizon City, Texas great for unique finds. Also great for affordable clothing especially when you have teenagers. They grow so fast. Everything is so affordable.

I'm usually not a fan because I get overwhelmed... there's just too much in the store! But today we needed shoes, we went in, straight to the shoes, found what we needed for a good price, paid and left. I just can't go there to browse. I have to know what I need in order not to have a melt down.

It's horrible, I love to shop. This place is so nice to shop at. Yes it's a bit messy sometimes and there are usually a lot of people but there are some great options here for anything you might need in your home. The staff is friendly enough, the prices are usually great too.

Great Selections. Clean Store. Bathrooms weren’t the cleanest but 100% Blame Nasty Customers. Cant go to the Restrooms like Adults!!

I think it's so weird how one Ross can be so awful and then ones Like this Ross is amazing, from the management to the dressing room attendant (Liz) to the customer service representative (Jennifer) everyone was so polite and courteous and wanted to help me get what I needed. I know for a fact that I will continue coming back to this Ross even if I end living on the other side of El Paso.

It's OK deals and huge selection, plus the hours are great considering most stores close too early around 9pm or 10pm, however the shopping aisles/rows are way too narrow, two people can't be on the same aisle at once, and it's always way too overcrowded.

Great deals, friendly staff. I wouldn't go on a weekend though because the lines are WAY too long. Is a great department store though with very unusual items (particularly in the home furnishings) as well as all the regular items. You can't find better prices on pet supplies and children's clothing. I love the housewares department. All kinds of deals! They are great about returns or exchanges. If you like designer clothes, possess, and shoes check here first for prices about 1/3 of the regular price. Almost all employees speak English and Spanish

I like what Ross has to offer, just not their employees. Like today for example, I haven’t been to this location in months because of the bad customer service I always get, but today was just such a horrible experience. I came in to return something and I was told to wait in the return line and I did, but every time they’d call on someone the cashier would see me walking towards her and would look at me and then just ignore me. Finally after 10 minutes of waiting in line I got to a cashier and I told them what happened and she didn’t even apologize or even care. I’m not expecting top notch service but a little kindness would be nice.

I went in Ross today to get a rug. I asked for help because the rug was leaning behind around rug and I did not want the rest of the rugs to fall on me. The employee at the jewelry counter told me “ we are super busy” basically telling me no one could help. So I said no problem and walked out the store. I then called the manager and he again said “ I will address it but again we are super busy” that is not the answer I am looking for. If the employee would’ve said “ Can you wait one moment and when I am done assisting this customer ahead of you I will assist you” that would have been better. I was fine with waiting but it seems like no one wanted to help me. If the rugs would’ve fell on me it would’ve been their issue because of the way all the rest were thrown up there. The store is messy and the customer service sucks! Never will I return there.

This place is a great place to find good deals. My only complain is with the customer service being provided. I’m currently 6 months pregnant and none of the male greeters were able to help me load my purchase into the car because according to management they’re not allowed to leave the store. I completely understand that, but if you won’t allow your customers to take the shopping carts out of the store the least you could do is have an employee allowed to help load. I pulled up the car right in front of the store and had to make 3 trips to the car back and forth. If I weren’t pregnant I wouldn't have mind but since I am and with this Texas heat, I was no impressed with this place.

It's a good place to shop here. You can find awesome gems! There is an older man with long hair that works here and is Super friendly ( I will try to get his name and post it later). He goes beyond to try and help you. I have visited this store many times over the years and have not encountered many employees to help or care. Other than that unique finds are likely to be found. ( I finally saw his name tag..I hope he didn't think I was weird lol his name is Miguel)update..I have not encountered problems here so far. However, don't expect it to be a five star shop lol

Found some great stuff in the home section. Clothes are still hard to find because sizes are off unless you try and the isles are crazy narrow. I also wish shoes weren't tied it's almost impossible to try on. I've had to return shoes twice because of fit you can't try them on comfortably at the store. Other than that kitchen toys baby items mats are pretty good
