I went today after work went picked up my wife and kid to go see if we could add another fish to our tank and they were closed says they close at 7pm got there at 530pm came all the way from horizon and it wasn’t a short drive !

I’ve gone at least 7 time 3 of them on a Friday 2 on them on a Tuesday and 2 more on a Monday this guy is never there. This is a very unreliable place to be and the number listed on the business panel doesn’t even go through it’s a disconnected number. If you plan on never being open at least list it in your website hours instead of saying you’re open. I drive about an hour and a half to El Paso to see these fish stores because there’s not many in my city and every time I make the trip to this place he’s never open.

went to check this place out during "store hours" but they were closed tried twice now on 2 separate occasions...I just don't understand saying ur business is open when it's not

Right when you walk in, you are greeted by, who I later learned was the owner, Julio.Right off the bat, he made my girlfriend and I feel very welcomed. As I looked around at his WIDE range of colorful corals, he would tell me the names of what i was looking at, as well as the care needs of it. On top of the welcoming environment, he gave us an amazing deal on several corals my girlfriend and I purchased. Julio is a very "down to earth" kind of guy and makes it feel like he is more catering to your wants and needs, more than trying to sell you something. I would HIGHLY recommend going to Reef City for beginners and experienced hobbyists. There is one of everything and I am more than sure you will find exactly what you want.

I purchased an aquarium, perfect size that my family wanted! Miguel helped with the set up and answered all questions I had. We got the clown fish which he included with hermit crabs and a snail. If you are looking to purchase I highly recommend him!

Drove all the way from Las Cruces and the place was closed. Called number and no answer. It seems that the stores in El Paso are managed by the same people. Stores open hours late or just don't open at all.

Well, if your into saltwater fish and corrals definitely try this guy outVery friendly and willing to help you out without making you feel like your bugging him. And the prices they can’t beat him good quality fish. My new hang out.🤓

Reef City and more is amazing!! I had a total knee replacement and my 56 gallon saltwater tank was looking really rough. I messaged Reef City and they set an appointment to come clean it and they did amazing my tank looks brand new!! He even went out of his way to repaint the back of my tank. The following day I went into the store and purchased more fish and coral, nobody can beat there prices and loyalty to their customers! When it comes to my saltwater and freshwater needs I will forever go to Reef City!!!

contacted this place to convert my aquarium to salt and provide fish. Made huge promises but when it came time to change the water all the fish died within 2 days and he quit returning my calls and texts. BEWARE
