We are currently in the middle of moving and I did not have time time to groom my dog before our trip. I called last minute for what started out as a pawdicure and turned into a full groom. Natalie groomed my 5lb, 4 1/2 year old toy poodle yesterday and I cannot sing her praises enough. My dog is not easy to groom. She’s temperamental and super wiggly. She hates being brushed, hates clippers being used on her front legs, so groomers always have to scissor her front legs, hates having her paws and face touched. Although she’s been groomed every 4 weeks since she was 10 weeks old, she’s a diva. Natalie said she wiggled, but only tried to bite when her face was being touched. She was firm with my dog as to not let her behavior dominate the appointment, but took it slow with my dog and worked with her preferences. The groom result was pretty much perfect and my dog was so happy when I picked her up and super submissive to Natalie when she picked her up. I have been living in El Paso for two years and had many groomers at this location and the sunland park location groom my dog. They’ve all either stopped grooming her or not been able to finish something and said she was biting the whole time. I would highly recommend Natalie for any dog. I just wish I had found her sooner!

Erin did a great grooming job on Daisy our 10 month old Mini Bernedoodle puppy.Stephanie did a great grooming on Toby Bichon frise 7 years old puppy.She also did a great job on Ruby our 6?years old Cavachon puppy.So will miss both of these special people, because we are moving to Philadelphia PA.Thank you so much for the patience you all have at PetSmart in EL Paso , Tx

First time coming to this location due to moving here. I think whoever tried to groom him first was either scared of him and he didn't get groomed. I went online and scheduled him for the next day and it was a success. The guy was fast and very friendly and knew how to work with dogs. I will definitely come again to the same guy..

my dog has been sitting inside the crate with no water, and no food for nearly 2 hours after his grooming was done. Not a single phone call or text message has been received. Spoke to the Manager, he didn’t even care. Terrible 👎🏽

Grooming personnel tried to charge $10 for extra brushing which I did not authorize. When I spoke with them that I didnt feel that I should be charged extra for something I didnt preauthorize they removed it but seemed deterred. Unfortunately, I will not use this locations services again.

I recently visited PetSmart and was thoroughly impressed. The staff was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to assist and answer any questions. The store boasts a wide selection of products, catering to all pet needs, ensuring I found exactly what I was looking for. I love having this PetSmart 3.5 miles away from my house at West Towne, here in El Paso i have bought a TopFin 55gal tank, TopFin 37gal tank, and a TopFin 10gal tank all at PetSmart. If your a fish keeper you know that you can never have enough fish and now when i want one they have it. My favorite fish is the pink kissing gourami. Every time i go to PetSmart i always find something i like!!!

PetSmart at WestEnd is always clean, not crowded and easy to find what you need. May be less stocked than other bigger PetSmart's but still pretty good.

The location wasn't the worst. Just can't agree with affixing the word super at the beginning of a guinea pig and charging 25 more dollars. Sad enough away that the animals are homed while in store, now creeping up on the cost of a ferret and they don't live any longer you want your guinea pig to live longer you feed it fresh no bagged foods and pesticide free hay. Veggies all day to keep that piggie going forever. Crying out loud check your local pages and see if somebody's trying to get rid of a Guinea before you buy from a major retailer.

Ruben is awesome and has A LOT of patience to handle my sons questions! We purchased a bearded dragon. William my son is a cancer survivor and was not allowed to touch any reptiles while undergoing treatment for the last 3.5 years. We promised to get this for him when he was done! Thank you to Ruben for answering all the questions and getting us set up for Drago!

This PetSmart always has what I need. The customer service is friendly and prompt every time. I especially like this store as the shopping center has many options so I can get what I need for my pets and my family.Update: No surprise nothing has changed. Good customer service remains to be a priority. Store is clean and well stocked.

Horrible experience with the groomers. I will never set foot in any PetSmart ever again. Not only did they accuse me of lying and stealing my dogs rabies tag off another dog (?!?), they ruined my Golden's haircut. No apology after I produced proof of vaccination either. My poor girl has a huge chunk of fur taken out of her side and looks ridiculous. If I could shut this place down I would. Horrible customer service, horrible manager who let's his employees run all over him, awful groomers. Never again.

Went here late at night right after I had just found a puppy. They gave me amazing advice, remained as unbiased as possible and were extremely useful. The store itself isn't that big so don't expect A LOT of selection in their inventory but the staff more than make up for it

Most unprofessional groomers ever. Not only were they rude as can be to me but they also did the worst grooming I've ever seen; management is even worse. You're better off spraying your pet with a hose then taking them there

I’ve never been more upset than today. I’ve taken my dog multiple times here for a bath and a haircut and this is how they return him to me. THEY HAD HIM FOR 2 HOURS!! and couldn’t even give him a bath. The girl couldn’t even explain why she couldn’t cut his hair. She even had the audacity to tell me “ we won’t charge you” it’s absolutely ridiculous especially being a big company! They didn’t even try to even out his haircut nothing!!!They claim that he had been super nervous since the beginning which is understandable but if you see a Dog not cooperating since the Being don’t try to cut his hair then!!!! Just return him to the owner!!!!WORST PLACE EVER!! If I could rate it zero stars I would.

We really love this location and especially our dog Nacho. They went out of their way to take care of him he is such a loving dog. He had a bath and haircut came out looking handsome. Thank you to the staff we really appreciate what you do.
