Been going here for two years now we saw manny who sadly left! So today i took both my babies to Chris Alejandro he did an amazing job with my two yorkies ages 1 and 2 years of age. My baby Trixie this was her second visit as she’s only 16 weeks old cuts came out amazing super happy with everything. Will still be going back to see Chris! Thank you so much for making pepito and Trixie looks their best!

I’m disappointed in the service I received. At the start of appointment I gave the instructions to not cut her hair on her head including her ears and to not cut her tail. Lulu stated that if she couldn’t cut her body than she will just do the face. During pick up, Lulu did okay cutting her body beside the minor gashes but she cut almost all her tail hair. She cut majority of the hair on ears and all her lashes. Which has never been cut since she first started getting groomed. Her face wasn’t cleaned only around her eyes. It really makes me sad because we spend nearly $100 on grooming just for us not to get what’s asked for. Very disappointing. Please hire groomers that knows what they are doing. Thoroughly!

First of all, My appointment was at 8:00 am, they arrived at 8:05. They added extra charges for $7.00 brushing and cut which I paid for full groom and the extra package for $26. When I got home I realized his teeth weren’t brushed and his beard was still matted which I had to cut myself. I spent $100 for a mediocre experience and unprofessionalism.

Manny is a great groomer. He has created a terrific relationship and a friendship with my Goldendoodle , Teddy. I will always recommend him and Petco to anyone that has animals. Worth every penny!

I came in today with my sally and didn’t get the employees names but both the woman and man working were amazing and gentle with my 5lb pound nervous chihuahua! I normally go to pet smart but the last time I went they cut my dogs nail to much and bled , I’m definitely coming back to petco because I felt like they treated my dog like they’re own! Thanks so much guys!

My dog got Parvo after visiting the Zaragoza Petco grooming. My appointment was on Friday, December 1, 2023. My dog is currently in the care of the vet and I paid $1100 for treatments. I do not know if my dog is going to survive the Parvo. I usually take my dog to petsmart but i decided to take him to Petco for the discount- my biggest mistake ever!

I set up my appt at 9:30 AM and they did not open till 10 AM. However, they saw me standing outside waiting and right away they assisted me. I went in there with wanting to basically shave my pups hair because I had an understanding that it would reduce the shedding. However, the stylist weighed the pros and cons with me and helped me understand what would benefit my pup and I. They were able to substitute the nail clippings for something else since I requested that they did not clip his nails since my pup did not like getting his paws touched. After picking him up, my pup was not scared he looked so happy. I have had experiences from prior grooming shops that made me feel weird leaving my pup there. I did not have the same feeling here. I was very satisfied with leaving my baby there. I will be coming back

My dogs transformation was amazing. His coat was perfectly groomed considering he had some knots in his hair. When i picked him up he didn't show signs of discomfort or anxiety which tells me he had a good experience as well.

This place always finds a space to take care of my little girl Sugar. It’s the day before Thanksgiving..I needed her taken care of last minute. Let me tell you this little girl came home smelling like pumpkin pie!!! I can’t even y’all!! Her nails were also perfect and she wasn’t even stressed out. Take your pet here, I highly doubt you’ll regret your decision!

We have visited many independent groomers and never once did they buff down my dogs nails. The groomer educated us on the benefit of buffing down the nails for comfort. Our dog was very happy after her visit. We will return.

I used to take my fur babies to PetSmart to get groomed but they traumatized them both from the groomers and I was hesitant to bring them to another place. After I let Chris groom my boy he was so happy and always gets excited to see Chris. He has already gone above and beyond and is so helpful and amazing! Chris really does such a superb job he's the only one I'll let care for my dogs Perfect 10 for PetCo grooming!

Jesse was great! I let him know about Shadow's dry skin and he recommended an oil treatment, which I appreciated it. She also had a couple of accidents during her appt and I appreciated him telling me about it and how he handled her nervousness.

Groomers are very nice, I just wish the pricing was more consistent. The first time my dog went in for just a bath I was charged one price, second visit he went in for a bath and furminator and was charged less...made no sense to me
