Crystal was the one who took care of my dog. She did make no effort in calming my dog, who is one used to grooming. We just moved to El Paso so this is our first time sending him to be groomed here. Very disappointing experience! My dog left the shop halfway groomed, she called me to ask me to pick him up because he tried to bite, which I don’t believe he did. I wish I can post a picture to this review for you to see. Crystal does not deserve this job at all, not knowing how to deal with pets.

This was a special grooming for our Belgian Malinois this time because her birthday was tomorrow. So we had her ears cleaned out, nails buffed, teeth brushed, nails trimmed, and some paw cream put on. Desiree knows our “Crush” and handles her so well and treats her special. We will always bring her to this location, which is far from our home.

My kiddo has really bad anxiety when it comes to the vet and the groomers, but they took care of her with no issues other than clipping her nails which she doesn't like, but overall, excellent service.

Our regular dog groomer is closed because of the virus, so this was our first time using the grooming services at Petco and we weren’t sure what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised. Our doggies look beautiful. It was more expensive than we normally pay, but we had to do it for our four legged family members.

Priscilla did such an excellent job grooming my cat Nikki. Nikki had some matting that needed shaving off, had a bath and VERY thorough brushing, nails trimmed, ears cleaned- ALL within 2 hours. Priscilla saw how visibly anxious Nikki was. She was trembling so badly and I'm sure Priscilla kept this in mind as she did such a fast but excellent job on her. I hope she is getting paid MORE than fairly as she is the only cat groomer for Petco in the entire El Paso, TX area! I have two other cats that I am certainly going to start bringing to Priscilla.

They gave my baby exactly what I asked for. Nancy really listened to me about some concerns I had about his ears being washed and told me exactly what she would do for him. Which made me feel valued and respected. Also my little guy was happy to go with her! He looks and smells amazing!

I don't understand why they claim they close at 7 when they don't allow any dogs after 6:30. I got there at 6:20 driving from the Westside and getting stuck in traffic and my dogs were still not accepted. I only needed a nail cut and buff for 2 dogs and was willing to drive all the way over there because they did a great job in the past, but the lady that was working there with no clients seemed very uninterested in helping me. I'll go to Pet's Planet from now on. The hours are inconvenient, but at least my dos will be seen.

Groomer Alexis has been taking care of Tala for a while and even though Tala tends to get very nervous Alexis knows how to calm her down and took my advice on the first time she saw her, to just talk to her and she would respond. Alexis is very attentive and does an excellent job.

Several friends and neighbors had raved about Priscilla's pet-grooming skills, her personality, and her customer-service. We were apprehensive at first since Mia, our older cat, had unfortunately had a terrible grooming and nail-trimming experience a few months ago at a local vets office. Priscilla, however, clearly has the touch. She did a fabulous job with our Mia. We'll definitely be back!

Along with the great prices and deals, Petco has great services as well. Their groomers are knowledgeable. Alexis is very good with my dogs and is obvious in my dogs’ interactions with her.

I used to take my dog's to petsmart and Eva would come home with her eyes red, then they would get full of guck and always itching. Petsmart never owned up to it. And she's not having any problems after going with you guys. And they both look and smell amazing. Thank you Alexis!

Alexis is the go to groomer for our dog, Elsa. Elsa is a rescue dog. When we got Elsa, she had been abused, some of her teeth were knocked out and she feared humans. After we got her, she trusted our family but no outsiders. Alexis has such a kind nature and she is so caring that Elsa just trusts her and is no longer afraid to go to the groomers.
