People order online pick up orders for a reason (so you don’t have to wait in line) walked in to pick up, long line at the store had my ID ready asked the employee named Brianna if I had to wait in line and she rudely she said yes. No urgency at all line was so slow. By the time it was my turn literally took 10 seconds. Please correct this or don’t offer online pick up

The staff is incredibly friendly here and some of them even remember my dog after just 1 visit. It's nice when the staff show they care about your pets and the prices have been very reasonable.

Took my baby Lola to get groomed here at PETCO for her very first time…she did amazing. I will definitely keep bring her back every month to get groomed. Kourtney took very good care of her!

I only take my dogs to Petco to get groomed. The staff is always quick, helpful and friendly. Jennifer was amazing. And my dog was very relaxed and happy.

Not happy with the prices and quality of work getting my dog groomed here. I've had 2 great grooming services and all the others have been bad. This last time the lady kept trying to change my grooming package. I normally get the shedding treatment but this time I ordered the better shampoo package and didn't want the shedding one. After 3 time of telling her no. She printed out my order for me to sign and again it stated shedding treatment, she finally fixed it. I thought it would be about 90$ like normal. But for some reason it was 120$. I'm just not happy with the customer service in the groomers part.

I’m so disappointed in the service and care we received at this Petco. They completely botched my puppy. We bathe him weekly so I only asked for his face trimmed and shaped, paws, nails, and private areas cleaned up. They left hair between his paws, shaved his forehead and inner lashes, left his muzzle crooked and charged extra fees for the service.Then turned around and blamed the puppy!! Complete lack of professionalism. These folks need better training. Do better Petco!

After buying three parakeets and two died soon after, we decided to return the last one and the cage because we obviously had a bad experience. We bought all the supplies, the correct cage and toys, and correct food as directed by the associates. I spoke to Heather the manager, explained the situation, and she agreed to refund our purchase. We explained that we would like to buy a hamster instead, but she told us to come back tomorrow because it was too late to charge us. So we did. We just left the store without a hamster because Heather instructed her staff not to sell us any animals because she felt we could not provide ANY animals a good home. I am just shocked at her actions and truly disappointed. We were honest with the situation and I would expect Heather to be honest with instead of hiding behind her staff.

If I could give zero stars I would. Took my dogs here for grooming services and waited 30 minutes in front of grooming with no service. Asked the cashier if grooming was open and she said yes but made no other explanation. Left after 30 minutes with no service.

Great staff willing to help and very knowledgeable. Good variety of products, better brands than other places. The only complaint is that they are not on the west side, and I can't always go east to buy.

Nice location and helpful employees. I bought 2 fish and they assured me that they had a 30 day return policy if something happened. Unfortunately, one did not thrive and they were so helpful during the exchange process. I got another beautiful and healthy fish.

This location put an alert on my account and now I can’t book anywhere online because of the managers fault I have called the store she said she would fix it but the issue has yet to be resolved. I am extremely upset because I travel with my dog and always would use Petco for my go to in every state hassle free. Now it’s been a hassle and nightmare this happened

Adopted 2 medium rats from here. One thing they advise you upon adopting is that their rats are no longer held or socialized. Don’t let this deter you from adopting!! Rats are naturally curious and friendly. It took all of 30 mins to gain the trust of our new little ones. 💕Very happy and looking forward to future visits!

First time there for my pet grooming. Really nice experience groomers and store staff great with pet's. For the first time both my dog's left the store with no stress. Seems they enjoyed it.

Brought my dog here for a grooming session at 1:30 pm and the employee stated that it would take approximately 30 mins for my dog. Time elapsed and it’s almost 3 pm. Walked back inside to check on my dog and I was informed it was going to take 3-4 hrs. None of this information was listed on the grooming wavier. Worst experience I have experienced so far. No initial communication what so ever. Highly disappointed please make sure to ask how long it’s going to take for you pet to be groomed they will not tell you unless you asked. Please ask!!!
