I have been using pets barn for years for my dogs food, however this location is seems to always have rude employees. They don’t greet as we enter and always seem like I am bothering them to customize my food, and don’t even help with offering to take bags out to my car. This area is convenient to me because of where I work, but I rather drive to another area now to avoid the male and female workers here

I have bought my pet food products at Pets Barn for over 16 years. It's a wonderful company to do business with however, I'm a bit vexed because when I pay with a debit card, it's being charged as debit. I want it as a credit card charge. When a debit card is hacked a person has no protection. When the charge goes through as a credit card there is more security and you're covered as a Visa charge. I selected the green button and expected it to be a credit card. The clerk told me the company told him all debits must be debit and I disagree! Please fix it or I'll have to stop purchasing from Pets Barn for security reasons.

I actually rate it a 4.5. Although the store is relatively small, they still have a nice array of quality products, including some hard to find items. I consider it a little pricey, but the excellent customer service makes it well worth it.

Just shopped there. Clerk was friendly, customer oriented, acknowledging us as we entered and he was busy with another customer. He was helpful, knowledgeable, confident in himself and In products sold there. We were there a couple years ago and back then the store looked neglected, dusty dirty, the clerk was shady. I hadn’t returned until today when an errand around the corner brought us back to that neighborhood. We were impressed and so long as this clerk is employed there, we will return. Thanks for spiffing up the place, that dust was horrible for my lungs.

Overall I love Pet’s Barn! They have the best high quality food and treats for fur babies. However I recommend going to any location besides this one! The men that work here are beyond rude and have no interest in helping customers. I’ve gone to this location a few times simply because of convenience but it will be my last time shopping here!

My dog hated the food that we got her, and I called the store and they allowed me to switch the food out for the one she likes. No matter what location you go to, the sales associates are always lovely and ready to help you with any questions or concerns you may have. I prefer to shop here, because of the customer service alone!

My husband and I just moved to El Paso and have several dogs and cats with different needs. From the moment we walked in, the employee - Alex was helpful in guiding us where we needed to go. There was this one-of-a-kind enhancing station where you can add health booster powder and oils -- this is included when you purchase their brand of kibble. We were very pleased with our purchase and service. 10/10 will go again!

I always stop here when visiting El Paso. They have very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great deals on fresh made, flavorful treats that our dogs love! Sure wish they would come to NM!

Always get my pet food and doggie treats here. Amazing selection! They carry food for just about every type of pets. Staff is always friendly and will even carry your bags to your car.

One of the worst in customer service. Seems like the people running the store are just there to collect a check and have a "don't give a s**t attitude. Went in looking for a male mouse and a large dude was like "honestly, I don't know what they are (gender)" why the hell are you working there if you can't help a customer. As I said. People here just have a don't care attitude and seem like there just there to collect a paycheck without any knowledge of the animals there. Sad sacks of s**t.
