bought mice and 35 crickets today, once I got home and was separating what crickets go where I ended up counting only 27 crickets maybe even 28. I called to ask what I can do since I paid for 35. She told me they use a cup which measures how many crickets we get. Which I understand fully, but I also asked for large and it was a mix of both, the lady who gave me the crickets in store replied with “well I don’t know what you want to do about it” with the absolute worst tone ever, not very helpful. No apology , just rude. 👎

Great store....but they never answer their phone. Goes straight into a voicemail. Have made many attempts, but no luck. Had to get in my car and go their, where I could have handled over the phone.

If your a pet aficionado this is the place. Contrary to the its counter parts the staff at both locations I've been to are patient and very courteous. Down side is the doggies like it too much and its a little pricier than the box stores but we'll worth it to see these guys happy.

It was my first time tbere. Got greeted as soon as I walked in. Went looking for a hair brush for my dog, and the young lady that greeted me was so friendly & showed me the way. She asked for what type of dog, I showed her a picture. She then took the time to explain the type of hair brushes they had. Quick in and out. Great experience there.

I love it here. Nice young handsome young man helped me with my goldfish. Goldy wasn't eating and the young man upfront handed me medication and now Goldy eats all his food. 10 outta 10 I'd come back again. Especially because that handsome man is there with a them domesticated, cute, adorable, fluffy furballs & fishes 💕

It's a good place to get fish, fish supplies and anything pet related at affordable prices. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful always a pleasure to visit. I also buy honey from local farmers.

I have been coming here every week buying the huge basic dog food bags because it has always been 32 dollars for 2 of them and we have a lot of foster dogs to feed. Today I went in and there was a lady with red hair running the cash register who was extremely rude to me and charged me 40 dollars. I will not be returning to pets barn for any of my purchases because of this lady.

Very helpful and friendly I have been shopping here for a few years since they are the only place in El Paso that sells my dog food. If I would be staying I would continue to purchase from this "small business". They also worked with me with my free bag of dog food with my UPC codes though it had been a while since I used them. Great store.

Great place for dog food. Wide variety and free extras like supplements or flavors added. Max is enjoying the no corn formula chicken with olive oil. Plus there locally owned.

Great customer service. You're always greeted as soon as you walk in the door and asked if you need help. The staff is always very helpful and polite. If you have questions they have answers. A very good place to shop for pets.

Don't think they are as good as they used to be. New location isn't any better (Lee Trevino). There are always 2 people behind the counter....but they are not helpful. They are out of items frequently. (they say, "let us call and see if another store has it"....I do not WANT to drive all over town) Their "buy 2 get 1 free" dog food deal is a rip off. For example: regular type dog food, single bag is $12.99 each. But...if you want to buy 2 to get one free..the cost is $19.99 a bag. So.......single bag is actually cheaper.

I was greeted the minute I walked in. Very nice costumer service. I was there to get the costumized cat food they now offer and the lady helping me was very helpful and answer all my questions, explained the process, benefits and ways to customize the product.
