Rude and very obnoxious. I went in with my daughter to try and find a certain cat food for my sick cat and the staff were looking at me as if i was going to rob the place. One of the staff yelled at me for accidentally walking on the wrong side of register, I didn't realize what he was yelling about as I had never been in there before and was focused on looking for cat food. The cashier rung me up as if I was inconveniencing her. Never going back again.

The people working here are so nice!!! They make it fun to shop here. I called to see if they had probiotics for cats, they do! When I came in they had held it for me without my even asking! My cat is older and having diarrhea because I was letting her eat butter... They recommended the pumpkin and I got the grain food because white rice is supposed to be good too. (Hopefully I will do an update to tell you if this stuff works for her.) They have good prices & a large cat section with healthy options.The affordable traveling Vet Clinic is here right now for a week I think but you’d have to check the schedule on that, I’m sure if you call the Pet Barn they would know.Update: it’s been 4 days and her diarrhea is completely gone!!! She doesn’t mind the pumpkin or the probiotics when mixed with wet food. (I give her about a teaspoon of pumpkin, Tablespoon of her favorite wet food & a small amount of the probiotic not the entire pouch, probiotics can be hard on the stomach & it’s best to start small & gradually increase) The dry food was not the answer. I switched her to dry for about 2-3 days while I researched & considered taking her to the vet. I think it made her constipated. Thank God for wise internet communities, online Veterinarian advice & the team at Pets Barn 💖✨🙏

Great staff, very knowledgeable and friendly.Grain free food is fantastic for our elderly dog with a sensitive stomach. Love the option to add in flavors etc, bacon goes hard in our house.

Very bad customer service. I live 2 minutes away. As you approach the front doors, they have a sign that reads all people that enter must wear a face mask. My wife and I had ours on. As we entered, there was 3 employees standing at the register just talking. One of them did not have a mask. The female employee walked over to us and asked if we needed help. I said yes and walked over to the dog food section. She just walked back to the register. I went back to her and asked if I can have 3 bags of dog food mixed like we always do. Then she did help. I looked back at the other two male employees about to ask one of them to put on a mask. But by that time that employee went to the back. As the female employee was half way done with our order. A customer came in and needed a dog food bag mixed as well. She stopped mixing our order and started mixing his. Then she asked us if it was ok. I said you already started. After everything was done, we paid and left upset. We rather drive to a different location for better customer service.

Customer service is amazing, everyone is very helpful but it is way too hot for me to peacefully look around to get my items. Someone NEEDS to fix the AC ASAP ! If this doesn’t get fixed anytime soon I might as well as go to petco where I’m not baking in an oven !!

Bought some assorted doggie biscuits and kitty treats. I guess the associate that rang us up was new or in training. He didn't tell us about specials for biscuits and treats we bought. Other associate that was there had to redo our ticket and give us the free packet of kitty treats we should have gotten with our purchase. Staff was friendly and one associate was knowledgeable about products and specials in store.

Friendly helpful staff. They offer something I've never seen anywhere else. They have a food you can ad vitamins and things to help your cat or dog eat better and have get so much more from their food. My cats a dog love it!! If you down load the app when you go in you get a free full size bag of either dog or cat food.

This location is only convenient because it's so close to home but something always seems to come up during a visit here. Husband and I visited a few days ago, during COVID-19. We walked in with our masks on to see all three associates huddled together not wearing their face masks. Associates were inattentive and did not provide customer service. We finally got our usual three bags of dog food to be mixed when halfway through, without asking us if it were okay, they stop ours to mix someone else's order when they should've waited their turn as we did. Unhappy with this location, customer service and especially this last visit. Will definitely find another location to shop at.

Absolutely love this place! The employees are always available to help and have the best answers and if they don't have an answer they find it within a few minutes! They have helped me find the best most affordable food for my 5 dogs and 2 cats

This particular store has the most helpful workers as soon as you enter they are asking you if are looking for anything in particular. Although I dont need anything other than dog which by the way I've been buying the grain free for 6 years already they seem to be pretty well stocked. This place has more of a home feel to it that other pet places. Hardly ever crowded and tou always get that one on one with the employees.

My English Bulldog has allergic reactions whenever we go with a big box brand food. The on-site food mixer and the necessary items this store has to add in to the food whole being mixed has me sold. My dog has no allergies when eating food from this store.

I stopped into this location to find out about the sample dog food that had been advertised. ( I had checked at another location previously, but they had given all their samples to a charitable organization earlier that day. ) I was more than pleasantly surprised to find that they were giving a 4.5 lb. ( I don't want to use the word " pound " about dogs. ) bag of Activa dog food in our choice of types and add-ins mixed there. It was suggested that I get the corn-free type since the smaller size pieces are more suitable for Chihuahuas. I chose the lamb for the easier digestibility with the small breed and senior parameters. They added salmon oil ( to help reduce shedding and help his coat ) and beef flavor. They texted the code and activation code to redeem the offer. This was extremely helpful and I am sure that our dog will appreciate it as we bought this type of food mixed with the salmon corn-free before they had their in store mixing program.
