Happy to have found this gem. Great selection of quality treats and toys, they also carry the chuck it balls if your dog is as obsessed as mine! They also have some small pet supplies as well. Service is friendly, Phone is answered quickly, and parking is easy to get in and out for running a quick errand.

It was my first time there and I had no clue what to buy for my chi-poo. The employee gave me samples and explained details of the food. He was very pleasant. I will be returning soon to purchase the flavor she likes best!

It's local and has quality dog food so I like to support them. However, their computer system is antiquated and, I was informed, unable to provide the data necessary to keep track of the bonus points for loyal, repeat customers. They expect the customer to be responsible for proof of loyalty by retaining the purchase receipts which, I interpret, is a lack of customer appreciation .

I have only been to this particular store, located by UTEP. I know it's small but I expected a good selection but there wasn't about much. If you live near the area, you will fare better if you go farther, like to Pet Smart or even not a pet store. Just go across the street to Dollar General or a few more blocks to Albertsons. If you want even better prices then hit Walmart. Perhaps it is because it is located near the campus, Pet Barn is overpriced and not worth the walk. Items also look dirty and in poor quality.

Everything was over priced and the selection is slim. I'm the product manager of a family owned pet store in WA state in a very expensive area, so that should say something.The employees seemed nice, but that's about all it has going for it.

After trying other petshops Britney from the mesa store was the only one willing to go out of her way to find what I needed. She went above and beyond to help my dog and saved the day. The customer service at this location stands out from all other petstores in El Paso, they actually care. Definitely worth the drive!
