We have a 39 year old Amazon parrot that loves the large Zupreem Fruitblend pellets, and we also bought the locally prepared 40# wild bird seeds. Now all our feathered friends are happy. They even carried it the car for me.

Prices are a little higher than competitors but the employees here are always very helpful and knowledgeable. Also located nicely. So we love coming here for pet necessities. Plus they carry items we can't find in other stores.

The manager, who was working on his last day, went above and beyond to give us great customer service. I was thoroughly impressed with the knowledge and concern about pets and animals in general. I would recommend this store to any one. And my dogs love the special house blend of dogfood!!!!

Even though I received the wrong base for my dog's house (the xl instead of the medium size), I called and 30 min. Later I received a phone call from the employee who diligently helped me to tie the house to my car. (It was too big to put it inside). I received a honest apology. Great service

I have to admit Pet's Barn was not my first choice when shopping for my two dogs but Izzy's customer service blew me away. She was very helpful to me and everyone else that walked in to the store but still made me feel like the only customer while still greeting everyone that walked in to the point where it seemed like she was the only employee on the floor at the time. I found exactly what I needed even though I didn't go in planning to make a purchase. Kudos to Izzy and whoever jad the good sense to hire her.

Excellent service. Was instructed on how to get a complimentary bag of Activa dog food. You then get to choose what you want in it. Way cool and totally awesome!!! Came home and gave my pups a taste and they liked it. It had a blend of cocnut oil, stuff for hip and joints(glucodamine chondritin) and 2 other ingredients.Thought that was super awesome. Also, the young lady knew where everything was located prices etc. Will return Service was great!!

Spot-on pet supply store for all sorts and kinds of pets. Big, small, home, ranch, indoor, outdoor whatever your need night be. Feed, grooming, bedding, bin, pen, etc... variety of selections. Locally owned and operated. Inquire about Activa their patent engineered dog food and supplements. Another brand of dog food approximately 40lbs for less than $20! Go check them out!

Prompt, friendly service. Great "local" alternative to pet chain stores. They have their own brand and additional quality brand dog foods that chains in town haven't carried (e.g. Orijen, Taste of the Wild, Merrick), supplies, toys, treats, small live pets, etc.Sooner or later competitors may eventually sell some of these quality brands in-store. PetsBarn was one of the first, few stores I could go to to buy last minute dog food without having to wait for that online order to arrive.
