took my dog to be groomed. she was very well taken care of not only did she smell amazing but they put the cutest bows in her hair. the gentleman that took her in was amazing. Would definitely recommend this shop and will be going back.

I have been taking my dogs there for YEARS and today will be the last time I take them. I took my malamute for grooming. An hour after I dropped him off, Manny (the manager/owner, whatever he is) called me and told me my dog was misbehaving and was trying to bite them. I offered to pick him up and he said it was fine, however, he would not groom him if I do not bring him more often. He said I have not brought my dog for 2 years. I have barely had this dog for 2 years and I took him this past fall. (I checked my bank statement.) I called him and told him I would pick up my dog and would pay him for what was already done. When I entered the establishment to pick up my dog, my dog had a muzzle on... not really sure how my dog can bite with a muzzle on? Completely disappointed... definitely do not recommend.

Have been taking my dogs to this groomer since I was a little boy. Always good service!!! Manny and his staff have continously given my dogs the best groom ever. With my recent permanent move to California we never seem to find such good service as that of PAULS PET GROOMING!!!THANKS Manny !!!!! Rayon family!!

Been bringing my yorkies here since 2011. I've never had a problem dealing with Manny. Today, I had the unfortunate pleasure of meeting his disrespectful wife. She has no class, no sense of customer service and even threatened me. I had an appt for my dogs and due to car troubles I was going to be late. I called to make sure my dogs could still be taken in and they said yes. When I got there, she said she couldn't take my dogs because they had taken 2 walk ins already. She said "its not my fault you had car troubles" and I told her that was rude of her to say. She then told me "if you keep telling me I'm rude, I'll show you how rude I can be". GREAT customer service lady....if I can even call her that. 5 years of loyalty to this groomer gone down the drain, just like that. If that's the way she treats human beings, I wonder how she treats the animals.

Awesome service. I bring my shih tzu here every two months and have never had a problem. They're so kind and gentle. Even helped me when my great dane broke a nail and she was in pain. They are actual dog people who take the time to get to know their clients.

I have been taking my dog here for several years, and before I had seen things I didn't like but they were more towards customer service, but since my dog seem not to get stressed out and they always did a good job, I continued taking her here until today. The first incident about customer service was with the lady that sometimes answer the phone, She's just totally rude. The 2nd incident, one time I was picking up my dog and I witness they gave the wrong dog to the wrong customer.But today when I when I was dropping off my dog for grooming I witnessed my own dog been mishandled right in front of my eyes. My dog is just 4 lbs really petite and they just literally thrown her into the kennel in a really ugly and unsafe way for such a small dog, she even had a hard time balancing after been thrown in there. which got me thinking.... if they do that in front of me.... what would they do when no customers are around..... Never again...never coming back.... All that sweetness towards the dogs is just fake...

Took my blue nose who is an amazing good dog. he was in need of a good wash, and they did great. Smells good, and feels clean. Thank you for your great service!!! Will be coming back :)

I debated on writing this review or not. I will never take my dogs there again only because the people are rude and have horrible customer service. Which makes me think if they treat us like that and we pay them, how do they treat our dogs when we are not there?

Manny is a Kool guy, he will work with dogs that aren't so helpful when washing them or cutting their hair.

They're really good at reminding you about picking your dog into go good groom's the call you up and let you know when it's time so that way you can make an appointment or you can bring in your dog early they're closed Sundays and Mondays

Terrible place. I do not understand how it can still be in business. It had cut my dog (bleeding) while grooming and never said a thing.

My dog was treated the worst out of all the places ive gone to... my dog's eye had an internal bleeding and popped out...after that incident they even covered the windows so people couldnt see how they treat the dogs from the outside... the place is poorly cleaned and not good customer service and they dont know how to treat the dogs correctly please be careful and go somewhere else!!!
