My husband has been taking our 18-year-old cocker spaniel here for years. They’re always so gentle and caring with her. Now that we have a malamute and husky, we continue to take them there. They have great prices, but most of all they treat all three of our dogs with care. Both of our huskies are rescues. Our malamute suffered from anxiety. He would get very nervous going to any place, especially the groomer. At Pampered pet they have a specific groomer who always works with him. He feels comfortable going, and I know that he’s in good hands. It’s very hard finding a reliable groomer in El Paso. I’m very fortunate that my husband found them early on. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a grooming service with their dogs.

My daughter has been taking her furbaby here for a few years. Every time, Molly always came back looking great. Today I took my senior poodle there because his regular groomer is temporarily closed.I must say that not only is Pampered Pets closer to my new house, not only are they at least $10 cheaper than other groomer but my Georgie looks fabulous! Very happy with this experience. Believe we have found our new permanent groomer. Thanks, Pampered Pets! Well done

The Staff does Awesome job on my baby's, Zoey & Freedom. From nail trim, baths and Clean there ears. I would have my friend's bring there baby's to Pampered pets.

Very generous people! Helped us when our main water line broke and couldn't clean our kennel or dogs when they were coated in feces. Always do a fantastic job when grooming and never had an issue, very respectful.. highly recommend!

Our smaller dog was perfectly groomed but our older one was trimmed unevenly a her nails were not properly filed. Other than that they were well treated and very clean.

Scheduled by phone the previous day. Was scheduled for 8-11am block. Got there at 8. 3 others in line. Was seen quickly. Friendly staff. Reasonably priced. Very nice detail around the ears for my terrier. Cleaned up her ears nicely. Her grooming was excellent. I was mostly satisfied with the time it took to get her out. She was out by 11:15. In some places, I've had to leave my baby for up to 5 hrs. Will be back in 4-6 months for a redo. Great job!

My girls love going here for their spa day. The youngest was skeptical till her older sister came to live with us then she's like see mom I'll follow my sister inside the bldg.My girls still go here and they come back looking gorgeous as always even the new girl in the house.

A little more expensive than I would like but my 12 year old Maltese is worth it. The staff is respectful and they Don't use drugs to control the pets. I really appreciate the care they take with my pets

My standard poodle came out looking amazing and well groomed. I normally get him back scratching his ears from other groomers. Vanessa explained how to care for his ears after they had cleaned them correctly.

I went in to ask for prices about six months ago, the owner said she was closed because she didn’t know they had to recertify their license. Which was a bit sketchy, how do you not know you need to recert your license. Anyway, from the look of other reviews this place has been mistreating and abusing of these pets, to the point of them dying. I will not be risking my pets life, I don’t recommend anyone take their pets to get groomed here. PLEASE THINK TWICE AND GO OVER THE REVIEWS BEFORE CHOOSING THIS PLACE AS A GROOMER!!!

They were amazing with grooming my fur Baby. She's German shepherd great Pyrenees mix and will be 7yrs old in May and never been groomed before. She was very comfortable and She gave them no problems either. They were amazed that she'd never had been to a groomer before because of how well she did. I highly recommend here to take your pets to get groomed. It's affordable and everyone is so sweet and welcoming to you and your pets. I am gonna miss when ever my husband has to PCS to another base.

My poodle looked homeless when I brought him in. He looks like a prince now! The pricing is very fair and the staff is friendly. It did take longer then other places I have taken him, but I would rather they be safe and patient not to stress out the dogs or groomers. Great place!

I have been taking my large dogs here for over a year about every two months. Normally they do very well but after this visit I got one of my dogs back with two bleeding nails. I know it’s possible she moved or was nervous but wish they had told me while I was still in the salon. This is our first incident with them with other wise good service.

Wait time is unacceptable, over 7hrs to have my 5lb puppy ready. We arrived at approximately 740AM as recommended. This was my 6 month old puppies first professional groom I made sure we arrived early to avoid her staying long since this was her first time in which i made sure the staff was aware off. After 7hrs of waiting I decided to go pick her up regardless of her been finished or not. On arrival they were rushing to have her ready still getting groomed unbelievable 7hrs later on this tiny puppy no! After receiving her she was exhausted. The wait time is just unbelievably unacceptable.The overall groom was okay, you can tell the areas were they rushed. We are definitely not going back.

Owner very rude. When I walked in to get my dog she yelled at me in front of everyone. Even the groomers stopped to stare. She was upset that my dog had been accepted as a walk in. And he is a boy and had bows on him like a female.
