We just got off the highway and it's 6 minutes until they close so we called them to let them know we would be there right at close. They said no we're already closed. They should stay open until 6:00 PM like they used to so people have time to get there after work. I work seven days a week, 12 hour days. I visit your side of town when I visit your side of town. We try to combine trips to save on gas. We did not say we would be there after hours nor did we ask you to wait after hours. We just said we just got off the highway. Your employee said, "No ma'am we are already closed. We close a little bit before 5:30 PM." Please don't lie about what the employee said. Perhaps you should learn how to be honest and accommodating? Most people work until 5 PM. If someone needs something they need something. You should try and accommodate your customers. Asking customers to race to your location in 5 o'clock traffic to beat "a little bit before 5:30" is asking a lot. You would think you would want to serve your customer. You would also think you wouldn't post a rude response to a customer on a public forum like Google.

Iam shopping there since 1998, and Jr. Is a great owner now, he worked his way up ,this is a family owned with wife and kids ,working hand in hand .And still the best prices for dogfood and other special pets.

This is a family run, go-to place for all your feed needs. Not only do they have feed for your reptiles, birds, small animals (gerbil's, ferrets, etc.) they have feed and supplies all the way up to horses!But wait, this isn't just a normal feed store. They also have pet vaccinations that come with a DIY shot record!!!Now how can this review get better? I'll tell you!Take a walk to the back of the store and you'll see rabbits, mice, rats, chicks and chickens, a wide variety of birds, and a HUGE snake (took a picture of it).This is by far one of, if not THE best place to go for fair prices, friendly staff and a wide range of supplies you didn't even know you really needed.

One of the few real feed stores with animals as well! I needed a specific tool that all the big stores did not have. They sold me the one they use at the feed store for real cheap price! They said they would order another one for the store. Great people that will go above and beyond to help you out!

Amazing customer service. Everybody was so friendly. They Answered all my questions, didn’t feel rushed. They helped me find what I was looking for my puppy. They have a wide variety in animal food at a really good price. Can’t beat these prices! Definitely recommend this feed store and I will be coming again.

Their prices and dog food selection is wonderful and the customer service is over-the-top. I have yet to carry a bag of dog food out to my car. They have a wide range of pet supplies for many different species. If you are struggling with pet costs right now, check this place out. You won't be disappointed.

This is my hopefully my one and only review that I ever write, as generally do not like reviews, but I feel utterly compelled to share this in hope that what happened to me yesterday will not happen to anyone else again.Normally, I get my pet supplies from Petsmart, as I live in West El Paso. However, this weekend I was enjoying a barbecue at a friends house in the North East and figured I would try a new place, as all I really needed was some rabbit food and bedding.When I arrived I was greeted cheerfully by who I believe to be the store owner, and a kind woman, they asked if I needed any help, but I declined as I was intrigued to see all they had at the store.After looking around (the store is very nice and filled with A LOT of items), I found the rabbit bedding and picked some up, and then proceeded to walk over to the feed section for rabbit food, and that’s when everything shifted from great to absolutely strange and undesirable.As I was walking to the rabbit feed, a younger man walked in, at first I thought he was a customer, but after he spoke with another customer it was clear he an employee - let’s call him Bagel from here on out, which will make sense later. It seemed the customer he just spoke to wanted some large bags of chicken feed, and Bagel was going to be helping him with that.I arrived at the rabbit food and was looking over the different brands, and as I did, Bagel past me and asked if I needed help. I said no, "I think I got it". He responded: “you need to potty”? I said no - laughing awkwardly, responding: “I think I got it”.He stopped and looked at me and just kept staring. I was a bit confused and didn’t know what to say so I just laughed out loud - bad idea!I turned around slowly to dissipate the awkward moment and started to grab the rabbit food that I had chosen. As I reached down to acquire the food, I found it abruptly removed from the path of my hand, only to then find my face being graced at a high rate of speed with not only the rabbit food, but also something wet, to which I am still unsure of its source.As started to come to from the confusion, I kept hearing him say “bagel fatal doesn’t need your sarcasm, I am the Bagel, I am the Bagel, and I am the fatal fatal”.I have no idea what any of this means, as it was totally incomprehensibleHe kept repeating this over and over. I started to wonder if this was a prank, he then started reaching for something in pocket while saying we should test man hoods.At the point, I looked to see if there are any cameras filming, as it’s a thing these Gen-Zeer’s like to do - prank people and film it - only to notice that the other customer was no longer there, nor was the kind lady, nor the gentlemen who greeted me.In a moment of clarity, I threw the rabbit bedding that I still had in my hands at him, and as he knocked it out of the air, I took off running to my car, locked the doors, and took off.After driving a mile down the road, I pulled over and contemplated all the thing in my life that brought me to that moment, and what I must have done in a past life to deserve what occurred yesterday.I woke up today at 4AM to iron my good cloths, put them on, and then went to all the church services that I could.I still don't know who this man was, but I will not be going back ever, unless he’s fired - which I will likely never know.Needless to say, I went to Petsmart to get what I needed - it was a peaceful experience.

Customer in front of me was short a dollar and cashier told him but he walked away. I wondered if he would chase him and tell him again that he was short but he just started helping me instead. He charged me for a bag of dog food and gave me my change.I counted it in the car and i was short $1 😡. I didn't want to get off and argue with the cashier. I will just never go back there. I buy a big bag of dog food every 2 weeks.

This has been my go to for pet supplies, bird, chicken, dog, cat, hamster etc they have the most amazing supplies. Whether it be bowls, treats, bird cages, I love just to go in, and see the birds for sale. You won't be disappointed. The pet toys are so unique as well.

I like shopping local as much as possible. The people are very nice and the store hours help a lot on the weekends. With a simple phone call They waited for my arrival to make a purchase for necessary items to avoid driving to another feed supply store.They have a good selection of livestock and pet feeds/grains. Most of their equestrian supplies are limited but adequate. The last time I purchased hay the price was way up and the bale's were moldy inside.

No it's not the cleanest but I wouldn't call it dirty. It's just ranch dusty. Was our first time going in just to browse. Plenty of selection and decent prices too. Allot more selection than you'll find at a big box store. Definitely will be going back

Everything is great about this place except that they cannot and have not ever maintained good stock of rodents since i've been going here for probably two years now. They need to make an honest effort to improve this part of their services. Every time people come here and you're out of stock is wasted opportunities to make money. I never go here without calling first to see what they have because it's likely not much.

A great place. They have so much! Not just for dogs and cats! Horses, birds, lizards, etc. Good prices and the friendliest, most helpful staff! (No, they are not paying me! Lol!)A superior competitor than those chain store pet supplies! They even sell birds! They are quite the operation! Everytime I go there, I leave very pleased! Great prices! Highly recommended!
