It was a very long line at the service desk, and they had only one cashier, but she did a great job getting to everyone in an orderly and efficient manner.We also were here to get a few things for the new house.This Lowe's location is convenient and they always seem to have everything that we need.

7:00 AM shopping. Went in to exchange and item. Well all workers where stocking. Very quiet and clean.Customer Service gentleman was polite and quick.Parking lot was clean from debris and of course empty at that time.🖤🤘🏼

The assistant manager took me to exactly to what I was looking for. She was amazing, knowledgeable, and with a smile. This kind of service makes a loyal Lowe's customer in any city in the U.S.

Wish it could be zero honestly. My wife ordered a washer and dryer at this location. They didn't ask about dryer connections (even though this dryer doesn't come with any) My wife paid for drop off not installation.Delivery service dropped off washer and dryer tries to flirt with my wife and asks if she needs them installed. They take the power cord to the dryer and the exhaust to the dryer. Even though the new dryer doesn't come with anything.I come home that weekend to install my dryer. The dryer doesn't have either connection. I call Lowe's. They tell me to hold for a manager I wait 5 minutes. It hangs up. I do this three times. End up driving back to Lowe's. Wait in customer service for 20 minutes. They give me a power cord.I suggest skipping this Lowe's. Go to home Depot or a different location.

BUYER BEWARE!! LOWE’S DOESN’T CARE ABOUT YOU AS A CUSTOMER!!Lowe’s hides behind their Arbitration and makes you sign all documents so you won’t Sue them before anything starts on your project.We paid for an expensive kitchen and have had many issues with customer service, lowes contractors and the overall design the of the kitchen. We are 4.5 months into the project and have had many, many issues. No one at Lowe’s seems to oversee the Kitchen design people and honestly they don’t seem to be interested in that area of the business. With that said, it is apparent as to why these kitchen designers can manipulate the estimate numbers, tell you lies, then blame the customer and it’s all allowed by Lowe’s. I have tried to complain to Management about this situation, but they are never available. I have called the Customer Support number and have spoken to someone to get our situation corrected. But they never called me back with a response of some type. We have hit a huge wall and dropped almost 40k on this kitchen and it’s still not completed.The biggest issue we have is the island counter top is too large and the refrigerator doors are too close to the counter top. Thus it’s a really stupid mistake. But Lowes refuses to make the correction by cutting the countertop back a few inches. They blame us for the size of that island countertop and say Well you signed off on it!! They won’t do anything and they don’t give a damn. Lori Stroud is only nice to make the sale. After that, it’s all downhill from there. I will never shop at Lowe’s again. The only way lowes will listen is enough people stop shopping there. When their bottom line is affected, only then will do something! How unfortunate.

I have visited this Lowes many times and they always provide excellent service. Today I worked with Maria in Sales, who assisted with my garage door opener install. She was great and very friendly. Very satisfied with the service and prices!

Like always, their staff is very helpful and professional. The only issue is that the entrance garbage can is very dirty. They need to pressure wash their entrance. I was contacted by Headquarters that the issue would be addressed by the local Lows, and a month later, nothing was done.

This place has the worst check outs their check out systems are always breaking. This Saturday I had a bad customer service. I sent to pay cash at customer service, because the machine wasn't taking cash and a guy told me that I had to wait I said fine he end up skipping me,I got upset and end up going back to pay with a credit card just something of 4.05. I going to start going to home depot. They have better system.

Very poor service 2nd time I wait over 45 minutes for my order. Its much easier to go inside and get my own stuff on my own. After waiting over 45 minutes and going home I received a call asking where I was. I called back and canceled my order.

This location does not honor corporate return policy. My wife and I attempted to return a holiday item( inflatable) that had a hole in it. We tried to return in on christmas eve the 24th of December, but were told by dominic an assistant manager that it had to be by the 23rd. He told me to call customer care. I did and they said the policy wss correct and i should have been permitted to return item. This is in direct conflict with lowes return policy. The holiday item return policy states item may be returned on or before the holiday. Christmas day the 25th is the holiday. Not the 24th which is not a holiday, nor is the 23rd. I just want to return an item that is defective. Here is lowes policy that was photographed at their return counter on redd road in el paso. There is also a big sign that is over the doors. These words, however, are apparently not true.

Updated after poor response times that left me at curbside with no ability to check in. Big drop from 5 to 1 star. Seems to be a corporate problem. Calling the store the phone just rings and rings.Sometimes hard to find stuff. But staff usually doesn’t blow you off. They are very helpful and attentive. Selection is great here and you can order what you can’t find and pick up.Order pick up has been very problematic when you do it after 7 pm EST. Login in to your account to check in to pick ip a curbside order, both times (order #s 928025721 & 927141678) I waited 40 mins and 30 mins tryinv to call customer service and getting a technical difficulties error online in my account. Seems like they don't care. Worst excuse for a large organization taking advantage of the consumer. Clean your act up!!!

Bad customer service nobody wanted to give any information nobody wanted to help out we wanted information on some prices and no one could give us any price on what we were asking for and when we were in the parking lot a driver from Lowe's was driving through at a high-speed it is ridiculous when he could have ran over someone

Everything was neat and tidy in the store, and the help I recieved was fantastic. However I was extremely disappointed to see multiple carts shoved into the Veterans parking space, as well into a parked car. I know its more the customers doing than the employees, but still upsetting to see so many carts shoved into that spot.

Great customer service, but there’s been too many instances where something I purchase (which appears like the box was retaped after a return) or about to purchase is broken. I’m starting to wonder if the damaged returns are being recycled back on the shelves.

Great plant sales. Assortment of perennials and annuals. Anything you could possibly want is there! Great staff, always helpful. Customer service can get long. Sometimes the computers are down. Yikes the line vehind you gets long. Oh well that's the price of huge stores, huge crowd of customers. Yikes Halloween...now Christmas...come on!

Pro desk service team needs major improvements they just stare at the customers in line and continue chatting amongst themselves while not even letting customers know they’ll be helped momentarily.. very unprofessional and rude. That goes for the whole pro desk “team”

My wife and I ordered something online for pick up. When we showed up to the store we checked in, no other cars in the pick up area.We waited about 20 minutes no one showed up. Called the customer service desk no one answered. After about an hour we finally got our package. The worse curb side pick up. Never again will I use this.

Unfortunately you can't post a review without giving it a rating, no option for no stars.Bought washer July 2nd. Delivery scheduled for July 10, wasn't delivered because unit was severely damaged and rescheduled for today, July 14. Got message that it was rescheduled again because of damage to unit AGAIN. Called customer service and all they could tell is that it has been rescheduled for this coming Monday because I didn't answer my phone and unit was damaged. I was told that it wasn't delivered the first time because I didn't answer my phone when I was at work. Upsetting because there is no mention that unit was damaged and had to reschedule, not because I couldn't be reached with their one and only attempt 3 hours before the scheduled delivery time. I don't appreciate being lied to and blaming me for their lack of service and character. Awful experience overall, only reason I went to store is because it was showing a different price online. Employees came and went ignoring us or busy on their phones. Several upset customers because they only had one person the appliance department and no manager to be found.

They deserve 0 stars. Went to replace a propane tank early evening on a weekday. Store was not busy at all with at least 4 employees standing around the customer service area. Paid for the replacement, went to customer service to have them hand me a new one and noticed all of sudden everyone was gone. Was told it would be about 3 to 5 minutes. I didn't mind waiting 10 to 15 minutes because smart phone keeps me buys). 15 minutes later I go ask what's going on. I'm told they should be out any minute. Waited another 10 minutes and decided I should get my money back. I was already walking back in with the empty tank to get a refund as I figured they are not in the business of selling propane and I should go somewhere else. This gal finally came out and I tried to remain pleasant as she claimed "no one told her". Baloney. Sad to say because I like the store but I really get way better service, prices and quality stuff with their biggest competitor. Never coming back to this place.

Now that ALL CUSTOMER SERVICES are gone, customer pick up needs an app to contact someone with an order verification number, that's not enough, Full identification is also required. I guess just in case Lowe's emails the wrong person 😕

Tools, service, and experience is of great quality and extent. Love it that Lowes, or at least the one I went to, had a veterans' parking spot; never seen that anywhere else. Love it.

This El Paso Lowe’s is a pretty good store in my opinion. Most of workers were very helpful one particular was extremely helpful and even walked me to what i was looking for multiple times. She was awesome. The check out was very easy and quick they have both physical cashiers and quite a few elf checkout lines. The self checkout registers are very easy to use. I would definitely recommend this store.

I called the main store and after going through all the telephone options I reached the Pro Desk. I told the young girl that my son was going to buy a wrench set and asked her if i could pay over the phone. She said hold on and I waited on the phone for 20 minutes before I hung up. I called the direct Pro Desk number, spoke to Memo, who in under 10 seconds answered my question. My son was then able to make the purchase.. Atrocious phone and customer care service.

Eddie at the paint department was great! He was very friendly, and knowledgable. If I ever need paint again I will definitely hope he is there to help us out again! Great Job Eddie!!!
