Donna helped me with some fittings for my new stove. Apparently the contractor decided to use 3/8 inch hose from a washer and dryer and not the mandated 5/8 in hose. She was incredibly patient and was overwhelmingly knowledgeable in all aspects of Home Improvement. She is the singular reason why I will continue to shop at Lowe's on Rojas she is unbelievably fantastic and a delight to be around.

Horrible customer service! As someone that doesn’t like to carry a wallet I like going to Lowe’s since I can pay with my phone. But it’s been multiple times I have checked online if the store had an item in stock before making my way there only to find it out of stock. So I made a rule not to risk the drive unless 10 or more in stock. Well checked for an item, 97 in stock, went down there and nothing in the items slot. So I asked for help and was told if it’s not there they don’t have it in stock, even tho the employee’s little machine told him it was in stock as well. All I can say if this had happened at any other Lowe’s or even at HD, the employee would have helped look for the item.TL;DR this store fails to maintain inventory accountability and poor customer service.

I want to commend your employee LARREAN. She saw me looking for something and ask if she could help me. unfortunately, it is the first time in a long time someone actually asked to help me at Lowe’s. You need more employees like her.

The assistant store manager is a real piece of work, he apparently likes to belittle customers and deny help when a fellow employee asks. He first was obnoxiously rude when we inquired about purchasing an ac unit. Mr Henaro assistant store manager you could really take some notes from those below you when it comes to customer service. I have worked in this field and let me tell you the way you treated us is uncalled for and plain out disrespectful. I am a frequent shooper here I might not purchase cash or even with a credit card but I have made enough purchases using other methods and I have yet to default in any of them. If lowes takes their customers seriously I would like to suggest that he be coached and taught some manners. It seems like it's always someone here that us either unhappy working or just plain are racist and or disrespectful.

Two of the nicest employees I have encountered. They went above and beyond to get me what I needed. They met or shall I say exceeded the standards for the costumers. These young gentlemen by thr name of DANTE & ALEX P are such great employees. Besides the store never failing on me needing my house needs. Thank you so much young men. Hard work never goes unseen. Special thanks to Jorge Ochoa for premier service. My hot water heater died and I was already stressed when I came in. Jorge was highly motivated to get me the new unit and parts I needed to get my house in order. I was in and out in 20 minutes with exactly what I wanted and in a much better mood.Thanks Jorge for making me feel like I was the only customer in the whole building.

Better than the alternative. Everything is nice and organized. Could use a little more help every once in awhile but you adjust. Still better than home Depot. By miles. You'll find what you need or they'll find it for you. Plenty professionals with ideas around the place. They have classes for kids during the month. It's cool.

The last review I made on Lowes was during the peak of the pandemic. They really not organized or prepared to serve the needs of the public with curbside pickup. I have been there many times since the pandemic has improved and store restrictions have been slowly lifted. Today I browsed their tools section, and I was really impressed by their wide selection of ALL KINDS OF TOOLS-- hand tools, power tools, table top shop tools, and so much more. They are really quite comprehensive!! :-)

Went in Sunday morning April 11, 2021 to buy a square head shovel and found not 1 hanging in stock. It took us 45 minutes to get some assistance. 45 minutes to get someone in a manlift to go up and pull 8 square head shovels from the very top. I also had to move several boxes for the manlift operator. I asked to speak with a the store manager after my purchase and they send me the head cashier, aka the pajama girl to hear me out. She said her store manager name is Omar but doesn't know his last name so good luck to me talking to the right Omar. Come to find out store managers name is Jose Canelas.

This Lowes has the worst associates. You can be there looking for so someone to help and they are nowhere to be found.. They are all young guys who just walk around killing time. Very few of them know about the products and those who do are rude!! I rather drive a bit me and go to Home Depot!!

I recently purchased a dishwasher and stove through this store with my dad. There was a lot of paper signing and it felt like I was signing a lease agreement. After everything they sent a 3rd party contractor that was super kind and made my parents smile the entire time. This contractors name was Trent he was very professional and kept good communication with us throughout the process. If you want the process to go smooth you need to ask for him, I was initially informed by the sales rep about him and I though well they are just trying to make it sounds better than it is, but they were telling it how it is. And he is also the first contractor I've seen use a level on all the appliances he installed.

Horrible service today at this Lowe’s location by a worker named Esmeralda, she was acting like she owned the store I went to go buy a LED vanity mirror and I was trying to price Match from Home Depot, but she gave me and my boss a hard time and didn’t want to give us the price Match that their competition store (Home depot) was selling. I’ve been a Lowe’s pro member for a while now and I buy all my material and tools from Lowe’s. I’m a loyal customer to them It’s a joke for this lady to act like she owns the store and try to give us a difficult time.

I am a local contractor in El Paso, I just started my business a year ago and opened a Lowes business card when I started as well. Since that time this particular Lowes has messed up every single online order and every 'ship-to-store' I have made. Once my Lowes card was flagged as potential fraud and an order I needed was canceled without notification or reason, I had to go to the store and get management to unblock my account. After this I continued to try and make online orders as well as in store orders and the store has either not actually placed my orders pr they have lost my orders every single time since then. The staff is very friendly and willing to help but the constant mistakes have made it impossible for me to rely on this store. For the time being I will be taking my business to Home Depot.

Definitely not ordering and expecting deliveries again. Second time they change days and times of delivery for orders I placed online. To some degree I can understand how the online delivery options may not communicate with the local delivery team. However, when you call to confirm and they change and change and change and then do not even show up after the changes they made, it's too much to bear. Forget about trying to get anyone from leadership on the phone. If you have 20 minutes to wait for someone to answer, maybe, but it won't be a manager. Two stars because I've shopped here since they opened and have generally been happy with service. This review is to warn about scheduling a delivery, and yes, the frustration in delivery experiences drive it from 5 stars to 2 stars.... Beware.

The policies for Proservice are below the standards of Home Depot. They made me get in line to get my receipt after already making my purchase at the Pro desk which makes no sense and wasted mine and my clients valuable time. I advised my client not to get anymore of our materials there. He agreed from now on only Home Depot. As a General Contractor i was very disappointed. No one offered or asked if i needed help loading the tile i purchased. Home Depot sets the standard. You should follow or continue to lose business to The Home Depot. fyi I've spent nearly $50,000 this year at Home Depot. Not Lowe's.

It's a decent store. I knocked it down one star because the layout seems very cramped to me and it tends to be disorganized at times. The outdoors shopping layout also needs work. Things are hard to find and I feel that it should have a little more cover since this is a very hot place. Otherwise, a nice store with friendly and professional workers.

Great customer service and great sales. I've had to return several things that I do not need and they accept returns with receipts no questions asked. You save 5% off your entire purchase with the Lowe's credit card every time on any purchase. They have additional offers though out the year and you can save up to 15% with their credit card. This is where I buy all of my home improvements needs.
