Not too busy. There is plenty of selection and variety of items in women's clothing. The shoe department was a mess and didn't have a lot to choose from. Otherwise very organized and a nice experience.

Can't beat 35% off house carpets....and I received a one time 40% coupon ...scored 7 8×10 carpets for $377. total then I received $70. Kholes cash to spend on whatever I want😱...unbelievable! Good quality also!

Store is clean, however I spent several years in retail management and have a huge problem with this stores FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!! They have 60% to 80% clearance signs all over the children's sections and I found maybe 1 in 10 pieces of clothing at 60% off or more. Pretty much everything was 40% some at 50 or 55...but they should have their signs say 40% to 80% off not 60 - 80. It's false advertisement. When I asked an associate she just kinda blew me off and said it's what the prices are.

I love shopping at, Kohl's, especially when they send me great discount coupons. This time they sent me a 40% coupon, one time use only and for only that day. My daughter and I rushed to Kohl's and took advantage of this offer. One of the many items I got was the Ninja Foodi XL pro air oven, originally at $329.99 reduced to$279.99 got it for $168 after my discount. I love Kohl's. Plus a total of $100 Kohl's cash, WOW!

Your big and tall section is terrible. There are more medium and smalls than 3XLT OR 4XLT. I don't like shopping online because you really don't know when and what you get. Your customer service is very good. Andre is very helpful and has outstanding customer service.

This store is always clean and well organized. The returns line took longer than expected, however Management finally figured it out after a while and added more staff to help. After that it was a smooth and seamless process to make an Amazon return.

The store is always clean, but they tend to follow me around the store like I'm a thief. I always dress casually when I'm off of work, and i look a lot younger than i am; little do they know that i am a professional and a government employee. Definitely need to work on customer service. Never judge a book by its cover people.

Good experience with finding good deals to spend my Kohls cash. Lots of home cookware and kitchen gadgets. Good discounted prices on gift wrap and other holiday items the week after Christmas. Also, one can find good discounts on holiday candy, popcorn and nuts. This is found in the back of store. I never worry about buying the wrong size or color because I know I can return items pretty easily.

Friendly, well-stacked, better inventory than most retail establishments during the pandemic. I had a 30 per cent coupon so I got a lot of bargains not only for my husband for Father's Day but also shoes for my granddaughter. A good experience. We're new in El Paso and are glad to find a good department store close to our house.

This kohl's was a great experience for myself and my girls. We received help from Savannah. She was very nice and provided us with great assistance. We also liked the stylish dressing rooms and the seating area provided. Overall the store was very clean and organized.

I've had several times gone to Kohl's to return items I bought from Amazon. I don't need the box or any packaging - just the confirmation to show Kohl's that I'm returning the items from Amazon. They always give me one or two discount coupons to use at Kohl's while I'm there along with another to use at a later time. It's easy and convenient and I always seem to find something I can use the coupon for.

It was better than previous times. There wasn't much activity going on in there. The store seemed to be relatively empty on product and staff. It could be because of the economic time that we are living in. I was impressed by the checkout system. 100 times better than the previous times that i shopped there.

I love Kohl's. You don't have to ask me twice to go shop there lol. Everyone is always so busy but will stop all and lend a hand if you need it. I love the clothing and the home wear! It's so quiet and relaxing all the time, and I love that they have their slow time in which I go and avoid all the people traffic.

I love this kohls even though its extremely far for me, simply because it's the biggest one in El Paso. It has way more selection than the one in central and the one on the east side. Staff is friendly and helpful. The store itself is neat and tidy. Only pitfall is the staff is usually understaffed and you have to wait in line, but it's usually pretty dead, so at most there are like 2 people ahead of you. If you're looking for a big selection, definitely come to this location.

Jewelry department, worst customer service. Just throwing the sun glasses against the countertop. Worst attitude towards the customers! Just The Kind of person you see performing to collect a paycheck and nothing else. Luckily Jessica one of the managers was there to help me out and ease my experience at kohl’s.
