Purchased a dining table set from Deen and when it was delivered a leg was broken. I asked the delivery driver Mario if he was the one that broke it. He said when he picked up the table from the store, he saw that a leg was broken and was instructed to deliver it as is. I immediately called the store (west location) and was told I needed to contact the east location for all claims. The receptionist at the east location said the warehouse manager Chad was not answering so I would have to wait until tomorrow to try to get ahold of him. I called West location back and asked to speak with the salesman Deen and was told by Regina he was not Available. I was told I would have to wait until I get a call back to schedule a technician to assess the repair. This is an expensive table set, I have family coming into town for Thanksgiving and this really upsets me! I hope this gets resolved within the next day or two otherwise I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau.

Went to look at furniture for new apartment staff was very friendly and was able to answer any questions i had about any extra item such as chairs couchs and bed with different styles. They have good quality items and great deals on items compared to other store i have been to. Will come back for future purchases :)

My experience with Furniture City has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I believe it's essential to share my story as a cautionary tale for potential customers.In November 2022, I made a significant purchase at Furniture City, buying a couch with the understanding that it was part of a bundle deal that included a loveseat. However, my excitement quickly turned to frustration when, just three days later, I returned to the store to inquire about the bundle price being honored. The salesperson, Dean, assured me that it would be, only to charge me full price for both items, which was a blatant breach of trust.The problems didn't end there. I decided to finance the couches through Furniture City, but I never received a single bill from them. Due to ongoing health issues that kept me in and out of the hospital for months, the couches weren't my top priority. However, when I eventually noticed my credit score declining, I investigated the issue. To my shock, I discovered that Furniture City had sent my debt to collections without ever sending a single bill or making a single phone call to notify me.Adding to my frustration, I attempted to contact Furniture City numerous times during their business hours using the phone number listed on Google, but not once did they answer, and their voicemail was perpetually full.This entire experience with Furniture City has been a complete letdown, marked by a lack of transparency, poor customer service, and a disregard for responsible business practices. I strongly caution anyone considering doing business with Furniture City to think twice, as my experience has been a financial and emotional ordeal that I wouldn't wish on anyone.

Very long wait times for furniture, expensive delivery that will usually be late. We purchased several things from this place over the years and never really had a problem, except that it seemed to take weeks and months for things to arrive. Now we get a couch and love seat and didn't notice a deep abrasion until a few days later when the light was just right. Called them, emailed photos, and they said we burned the couch, and since we didn't purchase the extended warranty, they were not going to help us. Since it was damaged during shipping, you would think they would step up and repair the couch. No. The manager said it was past the 24 hour window to return it. He didn't offer to help us get replacement parts, get it repaired, nothing. Reading the fine print, which I don't remember seeing on the original copy, there are no returns, no refunds after delivery, and a 25% fee for any changes to your order.The furniture is cheaply made, but very expensive. The motors in the recliners consume electricity constantly, even when not in use. There is a very strong electric field radiating from the seat, and that will make you sick over time.This is a toxic company and if their customer service was better I would feel sorry for the employees. They know there's no repercussions for taking advantage of the customer because they are a local company and "corporate" is just another store, with equally bad management. They don't have to answer to anyone and they know it.

0 stars if I could. My husband and I recently went to go look for a few pieces of furniture. I was considering buying something up until the salesperson, Ralph, decided to inquire how my husband and I deal with intimacy during deployment. (My husband mentioned he was in the service; Ralph was relating as he has a wife in the service.) So while I appreciate trying to relate to your customers, or whatever was going on here, the question made both my husband and I uncomfortable. Ralph clearly needs to better understand time and place. We weren’t friends at a bar, we were customers at a store. Meanwhile, whoever was working with Ralph, interrupted our search because he needed to go…pretty sure yelling across the store isn’t necessary to complete this task. Never coming back to this place. I don’t see how it’s still in business…

So here's my expierience... my husband and I spent $$$ refurnishing our apartment and the quality/expierince/service sucks!!!! I guess when they say, "cheap costs more"... is definitely correct! My furniture got delivered and was falling apart , the sales dude lied from the beginning which was a red flag I take responsibility towards! Long storey short I don't recomend you to buy from!

I will proceed for fraud, if is necessary! we spent like 5k on bedroom set and we don’t get my full order by their promised I will get everything but one night stand and this is what we get o and one night stand which is a bad joke, just before meek a purchase in this furniture en El Paso Texas think about it

Buyer beware. I purchased furniture on 6/28 with the "promise" from Mike that it would be delivered on 6/29 (and with a fee of $99 for delivery) and not only was it never delivered, but the delivery people never called to let me know they weren't going. I called the store multiple times and no answer. On 6/29 I spoke with Damaris who told me that they would be delivering it on 6/29 and that if for any reason they couldn't she would let me know; and, once again, no delivery, and Damaris never cared to call me back to let me know that they would again not be delivering. I have now wasted time from work and calling a facility that doesn't answer. I let them know today that it will be the last day I actually wait (AGAIN) for them to fulfill on the delivery, otherwise I will be filing a complaint and requesting full refund. This is the most unprofessional furniture store I have worked with which is very interested in getting your money but then has no interest in actually delivering what you pay for. Save yourself the headache and work with actual professional, honest companies like Crate & Barrel.

Very satisfactory experience at this location(801 Sunland Park). By brother referred this place after I had a very bad experience with another local furniture store.The staff, starting with the sales consultant, office support and delivery personnel were very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. This is greatly appreciated, when other employees have use this pandemic as a excuse not to work and demand something they haven't earned but are quick to say they are victims. So give your associates "Kudos" and an incentive (pay) for maintaining their desire to continue to work and allowing their employer to stay in business when so many are closing due to lack of workers, who are really the people that make it happen. Thanks again and I will definitely continue to do business with Furniture City. Have a Happy New Year and may better times come our way. Be safe and stay well.

I have returned to this location several times. Each time the team members are incredibly professional and helpful. They have greeted me as soon as I walk through the doors, but not in a sales type of way. I have walked through entire furniture stores, finding what I want, and being ignored by sales people at other stores. This doesn't happen. It's a cordial, "welcome, can I help you find anything in particular? Okay, my name is ____, I'll be over here when you're ready."During the country wide furniture shortage, every member of the team was honest about the situation which did make it easier. I did finally have my furniture delivered yesterday (not Furniture City's fault for the delay) and the two guys who unloaded and installed it were also very professional. They made sure that the furniture was set up exactly where and how I would like it.We will be going back as Furniture City treated us with respect while also having an amazing selection of furniture.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM IF THEY DONT HAVE IT IN STOCK AT THEIR LOCATION.I ordered June and was told 6-8 weeks. It went passed the 8 weeks and never once go a call or my furniture delivered. I went in to see what was going on and the lady said I would have it at the end of August. Still never received a call from them so September 7th I went in and they told me that the Manufacturer was sold out. I decided to cancel and for the first time on September 8th they called me in regards to my order. They told me they can't refund me due to it being shipped out on the 23rd. I think they are saying things just to keep the 25%.I had to go to my bank to dispute it because no way are they keeping a part of my money for items they don't even have in stock to begin with.Mike the manager was completely unprofessional.I think they are using this Furniture Shortage as a way to scam people and keep a 25% of their money for things they haven't received. I went to Ideal Furniture the same day I ordered from here and have had my stuff since the end of July from them.I also reported them to the Attorney General, there are consumer laws they aren't following and something needs to be done about it.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING UNLESS IT IS IN STOCK!!!I REPEAT do NOT buy anything unless it is in stock!When I purchased in store they told me 2 -3 weeks to deliver. Waited for 10 MONTHS!They do not care if you wait they just want to make the sale, they delivered the table and two side chairs first and months later the other parts. I had to go pick up the rest of the dinning room set in parts, because they were not kind enough to deliver quick since I had been waiting for so long.DON’T WASTE YOUR time and purchase on-line somewhere else, you can find same product, better quality, less money, delivered to your home.

Horrible service. Do not shop here.Back in August (2021), I placed an order for a couch I thought was really nice with one of the employees named Dean. The couch mentioned was not available in-store and I was told they would place an order for it and have it delivered to my home anywhere between 8-12 weeks (Oct.-Nov.). Everything went well and they were very nice, so I assumed that’s how my overall experience would be.*Worthy of mentioning: prior to me placing the order, there was another woman there asking about a couch she had ordered that was sent to her in the wrong color/material and wanted a replacement. They denied her request and said she could attempt to get a refund but they wouldn’t guarantee her anything. Should this have been my cue to not shop with them? Yes, but I chose to look past it and go ahead with the purchase.*You would assume that upon reaching the eight week mark they’d have some form of curtesy call to inform that shipping was delayed, right? Well, they didn’t. I had to call them JUST to get an update on my order. They told me that since the couch was being built (since apparently they didn’t have the fabric or frames), it would most likely take the twelve weeks. Perfect, I can wait another four weeks. The twelve week mark rolls around and still, no call. I call them and ask for an update and get told, “aweh I’m so sorry about the delays, you’ll get the couch late November.” At this point I’m already annoyed, but again, I chose to overlook it.Late November comes and I still have no couch and no updates so I call again and get told, “aweh you see, the warehouse is falling back a little because of how many orders were place. You’ll surely get it early December!” Early December came and there was, like you can imagine, no call and no couch. I called again and was promised late December, I called and then was promised the first week of January (2022); 5 months after I had placed my order.I’m obviously upset about this so I waited out the first week and when I again got no call from them, I decided to go in person. When I walked in, Dean was near the front door and upon seeing me, decided to turn away and pretend he was making a call. Very professional, right? So the kind employee Beto tried to help me, but since he didn’t have the same resources ‘Dean’ should have, I was redirected to another employee (I’m not sure of her name). I told her my situation and she said she’d call a manager at a different location and before she could even begin to tell them the specifics, she had already asked them what to do in case of a “cancellation”. A cancellation that I never brought up, mind you.She ended up not being able to help me and just gave me the number for their finance person and sent me on my way. I get a call today and get told, “the order you placed for ___ couch was cancelled.” I never asked for a cancellation, I never asked for a refund. All I asked for was an update (which I was told February, but that was just absurd). So, now i’m waiting to see if the bank they placed my order to will return me my money (over $500 I had already paid). If you’re looking for furniture, there are plenty of furniture stores you can go to. Do not settle for their overpriced pieces that are not even mediocre quality. Save yourself from having a terrible experience.

We walked in there and Jimmy and Chris made us feel like family. Not salesmen but like FAMILY moving into our home. They gave us every deal and and showed us affordable way to furnish our whole home!!!! I was in shock! The quality of furniture, the patience with my girls, and us we the best. We will be buying our furniture from here only! Totally in love with the whole family.

Great place and very friendly staff. Chad was really helpful showed my fiance and I around and made suggestions based on the things we had in mind. He was knowledgeable about the materials of the furniture and my concern about our pets damaging some of them. He gave us very competitive prices from other furniture stores we had seen in town. Couldn't be happier about our decision.

Bought a $2,000 couch from them and had it about a month when it snapped by just being sat on by 160lb 14 year old boy, they had someone come look and said they don't cover that. About the worst experience ever, don't waste your money or time, they said I could pay their repair man if I wanted, not getting another dime from me. Poor poor quality

The sales man Michael was very knowledgeable. He explain everything in detail and explain to us everything about the prices to the shipping of the furniture. Liz was very nice and answered any questions we had when applying the a credit card. Would recommend this location to friends and family.

The warranty service is terrible. Do not ever spend your money at this place. I have being trying to make a claim on poorly manufactured furniture and they do not respond. Terrible customer service. You are better off going to the salvation army.

Great furniture store way better customer service than the east side store to include the finance personnel! I highly recommend Mike, he will help you out and give you the best deals. Thank you Mike for your professionalism and great customer service! Again, WAY better store than the east side location, they did not want to help me even after telling them I would pay cash upfront.

Dont waste your time or money. They can't honor their quoted time of delivery for the furniture you order. Poor customer service and poor follow through. To add, when you demand a follow up or threaten refund, they treat you like YOUR the problem. I got hung up on twice by the staff when calling to complain.

If you can avoid this store for your furniture shopping needs, I would. I bought a bedroom set almost a month ago and it still has not been delivered. They will not call you to update you on the status of your purchase either. They will tell you they will call you in 7-10 business days to set up a delivery time, but as soon as you have made your purchase and walk out the door, they have forgotten all about you. Every time I have called to check on the status it’s an excuse as to why this or that hasn’t happened yet. My bedroom set will probably be paid off by the time I actually get my bedroom set. If I could cancel my order, I would and go somewhere else for a bedroom set. Would not recommend this store to a friend and will not be repeat buyers here either!!!!

I ordered a dresser and bedroom set in April and they told me it would take eight weeks which was fine at the time. I received the bed frame and mattress at the 12 week Mark one night stand 6 weeks later and I'm still to this day waiting for the dresser and mirror it's been about 5 months

The store had nice furniture, yet very expensive. Michael the salesman that helped me was very nice and helpful. I ended up buying a sofa set on sale, not high quality. The store was not very welcoming, but like I said Michael was excellent, not pushy and very polite and courteous. I really appreciated his help!
