A lot of rotten food/expired food. Bought 2 bags of frozen veggies. Opened them and they were rotten. Tried calling the store and keep getting busy tone. Also all the carts were taken by employees. We had to grab one and move their cleaning supplies out of it.

Amazing customer service, employees are very nice and helpful. Came here after horrible interaction at other Zaragoza location. Very different environment. I appreciate your help today. Will be coming back to this location

Today Sunday 5-12-19 i walked in to the family dollar on 9595 N.Loop store #06122 to buy a few things. When i went to the register i was treated extremly poorly !! I don't remember the last time i walked out of a store very upset!! It was a miscommunication about a lip stick that i thought she rang up but i had it in my hand(for that it was my fault) and it was the way she treated me that was hurtful. I asked to speak with a manager and she very sarcastically louldly said it's Luz Ortega. Ok may i speak with her please. Again very sarcastically louldly said she's not here she'll be here tomorrow morning. She in a very very mocking way wrote her name in a piece of paper and giggling at the same time. She was mocking me ! After i paid she told the next customer sarcastically Hi how are you the man replied good how are you and she again same attitude said "well i guess i was" still mocking me. I felt so embarrassed and very upset. What an unpleasant experience.

Horrible service I guess the manager I asked for a restroom he said there's no restrooms but it was very impolite like it he was getting funny because my situation on a hurry to go to the restroom I guess that's a public store you guys have must have a restroom service room for customers and I probably even going off report to the county that a public store like this one should have restrooms it's just like not having parking lot it's just like not having a service for customers
