I love this place, lots of cork bark and all the animals are taken care of (except for the betta fish that they have in very small plastic tanks, not good for them and is the reason why I have taken off two stars, these guys need a tank of their own too)The rest is great, they have everything you need. I'm just sad there isn't any gargoyle geckos yet in store. I'm hoping theyll have them soon.

They have a variety of reptiles and sometimes bring in some pretty cool fish. They post their inventory shipments on Facebook if you don't want to drive there.

We went just to look . An one of the best workers Mike was so sweet and very knowledgeable. He let us know everything we needed for two little dart frogs. He made us so happy and excited for these little guys. Great Customer Service. Everything was so clean and nice.

They will take their time if you have any questions. I usually just buy frozen rodents, but when talking to other's they go above and beyond with advice.

The employee of this place literally closed the door and turned off the open sign as we were walking up to the store! With another 3 people behind us!! The employee literally looked at us as we just stood there! Hours of operations are until 5pm not 3:22!! First time potential customer! Never coming back!!! This is not how you properly operate a business. Don’t not recommend!

If you care about animals go elsewhere they keep their beta fish in tiny containers they look half dead and from what I saw their rats are also horribly mistreated

Omg this girls blew my mind the over charged me (don't smoke when you come to work )they over charged me 8 bucks store stinks so bad. She touched absolutely everything and than put her hands in the tank to get my fish . These girls are aur heads stop smoking before coming to work. They both should be fired horrible customer serviceWouldn't give me a detailed receipt to see what I'm being charged. Just horrible

Love this freshwater aquarium shop. There are not many here. But they have a lot of knowledge to give and ideas on tank setup. They also have very nice reptile displays. So the next time you are on the northeast side of town stop by the Ark.
