The staff was nowhere to be found and when I did find someone he was on his phone. However there was a nice lady that helped us out. She even got a measuring tape to make sure she showed us the right size bed.

It’s fun to go look but I had a very uncomfortable experience as a single woman shopping here. On my way out I walked toward the back doors and realized they were closed off; so I turned around to leave and one of the male employees chased me down, angry and intimidating vibe- just to ask what I was doing??? I heard someone mumbling profanities behind me but I didn’t think anyone was talking to me- as I was just trying to leave with my items in my bag that I purchased. I’m not too sure what the deal was, but I felt VERY uncomfortable- I won’t be backSuper super uncomfortable. I don’t feel safe shopping here alone.

Every weekend we go shopping, however the lady where she tests one of the devices treats people very badly. She told me that she gets annoyed with all the people, however, when I looked for the manager to tell him about the employee, the guard at the door. He denied it, too bad because I stopped going to Black Friday to go there.

This place is like all those other Amazon returns resellers. Alot of junk mixed in with some pretty useful items, you have to be prepared to dig.Our main complaint is their whole system once you check out, they make you feel like a common thief. They are looking in your bag, counting all the items and the guy at the door was a bit rude. Maybe this is a common thing in El Paso that we are not used to

Bought some stuff today and not 1 but all 3 electric stuff I bought was broken. The wires were all cutt up and thrown in the box, the milk frother was rusted where the battery goes, and then the electric can opener was crooked. But you can't open the box to check or you get kicked out

Went on dollar day & it was crazy. The guy at the door was awesome. He explained how it worked. Other people that were shopping were super friendly.These places are pretty filthy tho, so bring gloves!

Rude employees, the closing time is listed as 7pm but they don't honor that, at least that was our experience Wednesday evening. None of the employees said one word to anyone that was trying to shop. If you close earlier on Wednesdays that's ok the customers understand but what's not ok is the rude employees not even acknowledging anyone during business hours. The store concept is great and you can find some pretty cool things but the customer service is not there.

The entire concept of this place is amazing. They buy pallets of returns from Amazon and sell it at extreme discounts. It's very disorganized but if you know what you are looking for you can get really great deals ! This place is always packed.

For the book lovers, the books are now $8.00 each everyday! No more $1.00 books on Wednesdays 😕😣 I put my bag of books back in the bin. I’ll stick to the thrift stores to get a bargain on the books.

I found a few items on $1 Wednesday which was nice. There is a 10 item minimum which I didn't see a sign for nor did anyone tell people. Some of the employees are rude. I had an item that someone else had opened up and I still bought it. Believe me, there's always going to be people that open up those boxes even when they're not supposed to. It's a glorified liquidation center.
