Reply to business: My relative hasn't done this several times. Just on the 5th and the 6th when she was given pieces of meat from the same batch. You do have the right to refuse service to anyone. We also have the right to peacefully assemble in the public right of way in front of the store to notify others to take their business elsewhere as well. See you this weekend! When it is one of the busiest days for sales for you. I'm make sure to make my sign very attractive so that others can see when entering the shopping center and passerbys along Lomaland. No need for a reply.On the afternoon of May 5, 2024 a close relative of mine bought a package of sirloin and stew. Upon arrival home the sirloin had a slimy feel. The meat was going to be returned but the store was already closed. My relative went back on May 6, 2024 to address the issue. A butcher assisted and he claimed that the meat was not bad. He was asked to touch it and refused due to him wearing gloves. He agreed to replace the sirloin with another piece. Upon arrival the same issue once more. Again, on May 7, 2024 my relative once again went. My relative observed the butcher they had contact with in the prior days was talking to a gentleman about the issue. My relative made contact with that gentleman who identified himself as the supervisor. The issue was once brought up that the meat was slimy and the stew was also brought to be returned. The supervisor refused to touch the meat as he assured that the meat was not in bad condition. A refund was issued and the supervisor told my relative that they do not want them setting foot in the store ever again. A formal complaint with the BBB has been filed in regards to the issue so hopefully it can be addressed with Mr. White the owner.

This has been my go to spot for any gatherings for many years. Their brisket is great quality. They have a produce section and everything you need to plan a BBQ or event, a one stop shop. Also their brisket burrito is a must try! The customer service is very reliable, they go above and beyond for their customers.

I recently order the cook Brisket for 50 people (17lbs) and Charro Beans for an event and everything was Delicious. The brisket was hot and juic, it was ready at the time we asked. I will definitely be ordering again for future events.

Recently moved back to El Paso and have seen this place when I would come visit Mom. Stopped in today for a look. Left with beans and brisket for dinner. It us DELICIOUS! I will be a regular now! Staff was so friendly and kind. They greeted their regulars warmly and really cared! Excellent prices!!

Absolutely Exceptional food, and prices but there’s an employee there named Miguel. I bought $150 worth of brisket and he acts bothered over the phone and in person is even worse. Next time I’ll go to Zelle’s or Estrella. This would be 10 stars easily if not for this guy.

It’s currently a line for service... the fact that people will stand in line to get meat should speak volumes. We don’t get meat anywhere else and for good reason. The review below that was upset about limiting to one per family - it’s necessary. I applaud them for it. The extra lean ground beef is amazing and can be used for so many recipes. The brisket is delicious. There isn’t a thing here we haven’t loved. Try them.... it’s worth every second waiting.

Best butchers in town. Friendly and helpful atmosphere and everyone is treated like family. The cooked food is delicious along with the some of the best cuts of meat. This is definitely a five star place to get your Ribeyes, New York strips, or best homemade Menudo, Chorizo and Discada. Come see for yourself.

Great customer service, staff is very friendly and attentive. They were constantly checking on their customers if they needed any help or service.Their BBQ brisket was delicious but the beans and Rice were very salty. Made it work kinda, by adding water and cooked on low in a warmer to reduce the salty taste.Over all 4.5 if i could, just the beans and rice were my biggest complaints during the event. I will be returning for their other services.

Awesome selection of great meats and groceries, top quality meats, great customer service, ready to help and answer questions. My porter house steak and ribeyes that I bought for my barbecue were great the marbling and the right amount of fat made them come great tasting not tough very easy to cut, and you can taste the difference in there steaks compared to the big box store bought ones. Thanks Eastside choice Meats!!!! I will be back , and will be a repeat customer.

Excellent butcher shop and store. Good prices...I fed the whole family of six steak for less then $25. Selection of both traditional and Hispanic seasonings is excellent. The house marinade is different then everyone else and a house secret, so give it a try you wont be disappointed.

Eastside Choice Meats is without a doubt the best place to get meats in El Paso. The meat is fresh, the staff is amazing and even at their busy times your wait is never long. The freezer packs are wonderfully priced and you can call ahead and they will have it ready for you. My order was incorrect this time but since we like all their products we know we won't be disappointed.

Still great merchandise, Del Sol tortillas are absolutely amazing.. flour or corn, can't find them anywhere else.But for heavens sakes, teach that grumpy cashier some customer service skills. Rude and pushy.. oh, I'll be back again, this place is great, meats are excellent, the last employee at the register is supposed to leave a customer with a great memory of a great shopping experience. That sure didn't happen. BTW.. the gentleman that came out from behind the butchers side of counter to carry out my groceries and apologize for her behavior was one of the excellent employees there..coodles to all the gentlemen there . See you all again!

We LOVE this place. I am stationed at Fort Bliss and I WISH I found it sooner. The people are so nice, the burritos are amazing and salsas are superb. The meat is also great! I suggest the brisket!

I love this place. We always get our holiday ham, brisket, chili con queso, spanish rice. Today I got the picadillo burritos and I suggested for them to sell the picadillo, chile verde, chile rojo in containers like they do that Chile con queso. So I could take home and have for the rest of the week. Also the staff is very friendly and ready to help you out

A little frustrated after visiting. I completely understand reducing the amount of people in the store at one time and appreciate the effort to reduce covid, but restricting to one person per family ruined what experience we could have had. It was our first time here as we are relatively new to the area. My husband and I (2 people total) really want to support local as much as we can and this meat market came highly recommended. We wanted to check out their products together as we didnt know what they would have, we arent used to cooking with Mexican ingredients, love gifting family local products from where we live, and we cook together. When we were stopped going in and told it's one person per family, I was flustered and ended up going in alone even though my husband really wanted to check it out too and had waited all week. Just ended up leaving not buying anything when I know if we could have shopped together we absolutely would have.

I would drive the extra mile just to buy from this meat market.. Have been coming for years n never had a problem.. I can tell customer service is a priority.. Since the first time I walked in I could tell the lengths they go to, to make any cookout as easy as possible w potatoes ready n covered In foil.. Can't think of a better meat market w quality food😍
