I asked Dante the Manager if I could open a $1.00 package of 2 fave masks so we could enter the store and shop. He insinuated I would not pay for them in the end.Honestly privately owned business especially franchise business’ should have these ¢50 masks free at the door for those who do not have money to throw at expensive face coverings. Nothing but us poor people shop at the Dollar Tree só these dollar stores should remember who makes the stock holders rich.And Dante is just to slow and young to think quickly on his feet, take initiative and make a “management” decision. Stop paying minimal wage and hire people who may actually want to work there in a Saturday afternoon. I am now changing this to one star as I think about the experience more and more.

Store needed to replenish merchandise. Due to school starting the store was empty on certain merchandise. But workers were very nice.

I love Dollar Tree Stores but would give zero stars if possible to this store in particular. Was in line to pay for about 10min if not longer. "Manager" was in break when asked if she could back up cashier. What kind of manager is that?

Employees are rude! I walked into the store and they had glasses on the edge of a shelf. I didn't touch anything and the glass fell on my feet, could have cut me. Never asked if I was okay, and to top it off the charged me the dollar. It's not the dollar I paid but the attitude of the employees.Not coming back to this dollar store again!

Very rude management. Sean is extremely unprofessional and when I brought it up to his attention he gave me even more of an attitude after I was next in line and he opened another register and he did not check me out next all the while making eye contact with me as to say what are you going to do about it. When I asked for his managers name he said he’s the manager I then had to ask him who’s your boss and he said he couldn’t give me the name of his manager. I had to repeatedly ask him and he finally gave me the name of Homer. As I walked away my 6 year old son said he heard him say go tell hell im not worried because I told him I would be contacting Homer. even after I thanked him when he handed me my receipt

Person answering the phones is beyond rude. He hung up on me 2 times after I tried to ask if they carried a product. Then hung up on me 3 more times, he’ll just pick up and hung up right away. I called a 6th and 7th only to encounter a “busy line/tone”. Worst customer service ever.Turns out they didn’t have the product I needed “yeast” so I wasted gas in vain.

This store needs more registers open to keep the lines short and less crowded. Only one register was open and more then 10 customers in line. This store needs less employees restocking and more emplyees on the cash registers to get customers out of the store.

Awful service I was waiting to pay when there was no cashier at the register but the light was on. When she finally came, she was blaming me saying I was short and she couldn't see me. If I would've said hello to her she would've came. Another employee saw me and didn't do anything.

They were nice even thought I went right before closing. I like that. I hate going right before they close but I was really busy that day and them being nice about that was very much appreciated.

I really like this Dollar Tree. It is usually clean, stocked, and not packed with people. This location has a lot of crafting items.

Most of the time this location has what I want but it's kind of trashed at times compared to some of the dt's I've been to. Still better than Mesa Doniphan location

Much less crowded than the one on Sunland Park and Mesa but was disappointed to find a long line with only 1 cashier on the register and 3 others on break!
