Went to Dollar General looking for a few necessities. As I'm looking I see a section that clearly has clearance all over and the items have yellow price tags on them. I see hair dye on a shelf but notice the price seems about average normal price so I go to look at the hair dye section and notice yes , the price is the same for the same name brand. There is an employee near by and I ask her about the price I show her the yellow tag and tell her where i got the hair dye and she says that's the price she brings a manager the manager explains to me that the items are discontinued and the reason they are in a different section is because it's a discontinued section not a clearance section. I listened to her explain but you tell me dossnt this look like a clearence section with item at regular price. Im a bothered customer because this is clearly false advertisment. The last picture shows the normal store price

The best guest/customer service I have ever had in a long time. Sabrina provided the best service. She greeted me. Thanked me. She is very helpful. Nice great attitude. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. I will be doing more shopping at this location. We need more employees like Sabrina. Happy positive attitude. A wonderful person. The store was clean and organized. All the employees greeted me and asked if I need help. when I went on 12/17/23 at 10:03am at the doniphan location 5100 doniphan Dr. I will shop more there. Thank you

Since they remodel, it's much better. More cold items are added. So if your in a hurry and need something quick, and don't want to go to a big store, you might find it at Dollar general.

Visited store around 2pm. Nov 29. Was not greeted. 2 associates at register. Later one passed me and did not ask me if i needed any assistance. Store was messy. Christmas section was a hot mess!!. Cashing out was not asked if i found everything ok. Gave me my receipt and no thank you.

They were deeply sorry for not having what I needed because it was out of stock/season. However they offer a nice variety at good prices.

Had to leave store beacuse of their worst customer service and the worst thing about this store is they only have 1 cash register open just got tired of it 30 min in 1 line and then when I was just living they opened just one cash register worst store ever i will never shop or recomend this store ever hope it closes

Enjoy shopping there. Could be better organized but it's probably due to not enough personnel. Two people can only do so much.

Really rude cashier. Always on her phone rather than helping customers. Gets upset when you ask her any questions.

Some of the staff is awesome, but most is rude and condescending. It is always unorganized too.

Typical Dollar General. Personally I feel like Dollar Tree has better deals but Dollar General is still better than Family Dollar.

The place sometimes has halls that have items on the floor. They seem to also have packaged food items.
