Today I had the most satisfying visit I don’t think I got the lady’s name but she went above and beyond to help me look (because it was my first time at that store) for the items I wanted to purchase!Excellent customer service and the store is very full and has good location easy to find!

The times I go have been good. Except for when they don't have the water balloons I like to get. That's how my son and I keep cool in this heat. When they don't have them in stock I'm forced to purchase the cheaper ones at a different dollar store and those, you get what you pay for.

Bad customer service: the personal must learn that a disability is not a contagious illness, it is a condition, there is nothing to worry if you receive a person with disability at your store. The 3 stars that I'm giving in this review are just because I have found good products there.

The inventory on this is store is awesome, the store is always so clean and organized. The employees everytime I need help they would stop doing whatever they are doing and help me to find what I'm looking for. I visit this store at least once a week and I have never had something to complained about it.

First time I visited this place, I was treated like some criminal. I went in looking for a cheap, prepaid cell phone. Two employees approached me, one questioning me like I was a broke bum off the streets, until I pulled out $1,000.00 out my pocket. She saw my money, and instantly changed her whole demeanor toward me. None the less, they had no phones I wanted, which was good, cuz I didn't want to spend money where I get treated poorly. The isles are too small, and most of the stuff there is too expensive for a "Dollar General"! I'll never shop here again.

They have many quick healthy snacks ( such as various nut mixes with reduced salt ), as well as various healthy drinks ( such as milk and water ). You can purchase reusable carrying bags ( they were one dollar ) instead of recyclable plastic bags. Very useful if you are walking or bicycling!

So, due to the 'Rona... this place reorganized the whole store. They created a section of the store to resemble that of a larger food chain store to provide the community a new place for shopping, without the heavy flow of customers like those bigger grocery stores. They did a great job the new layout is easy to learn once you visit them a few times.Plus there is a bank, a liquor store, a st☆rB_ck$,a carZone, mobile phone store and sushi restaurant. In the same lot.

If any lower valley or eastside shoppers want to find more clearance clothing, come to this store. They have the best clearance since not a lot of residential traffic passes by here. They mostly sell to UTEP students and hospital staff that are looking for snacks. Yes they are busy but they have a lot on clearance after the holidays and seasonal times.

This store is super dirty. Right when you walk in, the carpet is covered in dirt. And it continues throughout the entire store. At the checkout, the checkout clerk just has a small circle to stand in, because she’s surrounded by trash, empty boxes etc. It’s just insane anyone would buy food in this store

Dollar General is a great place to quickly pick up some basics you need. There's even a small craft section! I like shopping at DG because it supports their Literacy Program.

Not as cheap as dollar tree in my experience but they do have some good items at a low price. Not a lot of staff (I think it goes for all small stores) but they were friendly and helpful to me.

About as average as dollar generals are. There wasn't anyone waiting at the counter when I walked up to pay, and many things seemed in improper areas of the store. Lots of staff walking around it felt like. But they had what I was looking for?

The lady kept charging wrong and giving wrong change. I finally just walked out still missing $9 because she didn't know how to count. Very disappointed with the service today. Please get people that can do basic math without the machine! !!!! Don't plan on going back anymore.
